I personally have the service as well as the cleanliness on site.
The services stated in the booking are only partially fulfilled.
The wellness facilities opens only on pleas and begging and after numerous previous discussions. (Adult children are treated as infants by local staff).
Moreover, it only opens for two hours if it is opened at all.
The billiard and darts were completely closed. (Reasons for this are not mentioned).
Another experience was the following: In the case of the rooms, there were not enough sheets everywhere. When the staff were told about it, one of them was told that they would have taken the sheet by themselves.
My conclusion: Beautiful skiing area, pleasant surroundings but also due to mentioned points many annoyances.
