The property has a private beach at Lake Faak, which can be reached by car in 4 minutes. The Villa is located on a 2000m² plot of land which has an extensive children's playground.

Faak am See’s Karglhof Villa offers spacious apartments with a balcony or terrace that enjoy views of the surrounding mountains. A living room, kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom are also featured and Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Guided herb and mushroom picking walks can be arranged upon request. Finkenstein Golf Club is 4 km away. The region around Lake Faak is a popular starting point for hiking and cycling.

A 6000 m² children's playground and adventure park can also be visited 200 metres away. The grounds have a football, volleyball and badminton field, a trampoline, climbing frame, sandpit, swings and slides. A go-kart track can also be used there.

Villach can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The Warmbad-Villach thermal baths can be visited there. The Gerlitzen Ski Area and Klagenfurt Airport are both a 30-minute drive away. Airport transfers can be arranged upon request.

We felt very comfortable in the villa of the Karglhof.
Very friendly and helpful owners.
Apartment was large, lots of space and very clean!
Bread service fine and good!
Large playground for the children at the main house — great, for everyone something and also the petting animals have arrived super at the junior. The small playground at the Vila was also popular!
The own bathing area with sandbank and shallow water — wonderful for children and very clean!
I like to come back
