Very nice parks, great service, the kitchen a dream and the proximity of the thermal baths is also very pleasant.

Very good location next to the spa center, very nice rooms, quiet, large garden with large pool, many spa treatments are possible in the hotel, excellent food, very friendly staff!
The rooms on the entrance side are a little too noisy (because of the noisy trains! )

Very nice ambience, quiet, everything is very attractively furnished. The rooms are in very good condition and have a complete equipment. The staff is very polite and helpful. I can really recommend this accommodation.

Very good hotel at 5 star level. Extremely accommodating and friendly staff. The manager also takes care of the guests' concerns.
We arrived there spontaneously during our last stay late in the evening on the way through. Nevertheless, everything was immediately organized. Although the kitchen was already closed, we were still made a great cold plate.
Rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Cleanliness top!
Spa and pool area are extraordinarily beautiful.

Perfect 5 star hotel with great service and great location to the public spa. But more suitable for some older guests.

There are a lot of choices of cakes and pies, as well as a good selection of main dishes — but you have to ask explicitly for the menu. The waiters are a bit slow but friendly. The parking ticket is cancelled free of charge upon request.

I stayed two nights in this traditional hotel that exists from 1798.
It was a dream holiday as the motto of the house says.
Particularly worthy of note is the friendly professional staff and always attentive so that the guest will live their dream.

Outstanding Heringschmaus on Ash Wednesday: Especially noteworthy are the salmon tartar, the scallops and the excellent curry Heringsalat.

For us the best place to relax. Fantastic spa offer in a tasteful atmosphere paired with great food. Most importantly… The staff is very, very lovable and does a great job.

Great location, quiet and friendly.

Very noble and special atmosphere, underlined by the enormous friendliness of the staff (from the maids to the waiters). The food was fantastic and varied. The Spa area is very large with a Park-like lawn. Unfortunately, the view from our room on the waste container was a bit restricted, and also the temperature of the water for a "Warmbaderhof" cooling — improvement in ev. A possibility to go Free from the Saubabereich and a slightly more powerful Hairdryer in the room.

The rooms are old and smell funny, the food is below average… the walking trails around the property are great. The spa/pool is also great.

Part of the well-known thermal spa resort warmbad. A fantastic place to regain health and enjoy an extraordinary vacation experience. The hotel's gourmet restaurant is one of the best in the south of austria.
