➜ Cute hotel… good service in general although I expected a bit more from a 4-star hotel… the Italian language is spoken little by the staff and this creates some problems. Cute indoor pool and small but working spa though only in the afternoon. Naturist area for over 15 years not clearly specified. Food a little too sought after and spicy that offers typical dishes a little too reinterpreted. No change sheets in 10 days and this in a 4-star hotel should not happen. Positive experience but surely there is to improve the will to internationalize.
➜ Very rustic cozy family hotel. Very good cuisine. Competent friendly staff. Wellness area all available. We will be back.

We were back in the Eschenhof after a few years. This time we had our young dog with us. We liked it again. We enjoyed the delicious food, our kids always hopped into the pools and our dog preferred to run with other dogs over the fenced dog meadow.
The hotel is not a huge complex now, there is no continuous animation now, even the pools are not excessively large now.
BUT it fits somehow everything, we found the hotel cozy and could relax very well and for that is actually (at least for us) holiday there.
