Great little park! Clean and tidy with well set up camp kitchen. The new management are very helpful and friendly. Easy access from Bruce Highway.

The parks actually in Tinana, a short drive across the river to Maryborough but that's a bonus as it's a far quieter suburb.

Accommodation was good 👍 need a bit of maintenance done to the room we had. But overall it was good. Nice size rooms and bathroom. Can sit outback instead of the front carport.

Had lunch with a group of friends and thoroughly enjoyed the food and service.

At the finishing end of the big lap I got a call saying my brother has been admitted to hospital in a bad way. I rocked up at the Ned Kelly Motel looking for a resonible room for 1. Jackpot.

This place is awesome!

Stayed in a few local budget motels, they're all like stepping back into 1970.
But the managers here go out of their way to welcome you.

The caravan park is a fantastic hideaway. The layout is good and the sites are roomy. The rest rooms are spotless. Ally the cleaner does a fantastic job.

I had an extremely satisfying stay at the Wallace Motel & Caravan Park in Maryborough! The customer service was absolutely amazing, and the amenities were spotless.

Great food as always! We keep coming back to dine and indulge in truly delicious food. Highly recommended!

First impressions weren't great personally that was suspose to cheking us in was off in front of a room smoking. The room was nothing grand but everything needed beds fridge aircon shower.

We visited as a club with 30 members attending. We had great round tables which makes conversations flow easily.
The food was delicious and so quick coming out. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Dining at your restaurant. Garry offers exceptional service each and every time we go.

Really nice quiet motel close to town but just off the highway, so it’s convenient without the traffic noise. Room was comfy and well kept, bed was great, and the check-in process was easy.

Stayed here with my truck and had no problem parking — there’s plenty of space and it feels secure. Rooms are simple but spotless and have everything you need.

Stayed three nights the hosts were exemplary nothing was too much trouble, I wish Cara and her husband the very best in their new endeavor.

Clean and tidy room. Close to shops. Not too noisy despite being near a main road. I'm a return visitor to Mineral Sands Motel.

Dog-friendly motel and honestly exceeded expectations. We didn’t come in expecting anything fancy, but everything was great, from a strong hot shower, to proper cold air con, and a really comfy bed.

We stayed at Maryborough City Motel Qld for three nights over xmas 2025.
The room and beds were comfortable.
The A/c worked well and everything was clean and functional.

Went here for lunch had the best burger ever!

Great place to stay, not too close to shops and pubs so it's nice and quiet. I had a good size room which was clean and well maintained. Newly renovated bathroom. Very comfortable king sized bed.

Had such a nice stay at the McNevins Motel.
The rooms are spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, right underneath an air-con and in front of a big TV.
The staff are friendly and always helpful.

I did not stay in the motel but went to the Pub and Bistro.

Nice peaceful atmosphere, the astro turf at the outside seating area is a nice touch, never seen that before. Huge meals, great prices, really good value and drinks are reasonable also.

Stayed here for work purposes clean but the bed in room 5 the spring was broken half way along the side of the bed otherwise no complaints will be back.

Stayed here one night with our small dog over January 2026. Very impressed, the best cabin amenities in any cabin we’ve stayed in over decades of travel.

Went for a trail ride with morning tea by the river today, fantastic experience, even better than the last time I went 10 years ago.

We stayed in a powered site in a campervan, bathrooms clean and extremely nice powerful shower.

Loved the hospitality, a fantastic country pub. A good value place to spend the night.

A very welcoming feel throughout the entire park. Facilities are spotless and the whole place is beautifully maintained. Will definitely be back.

Kangaroos can be seen just around the corner. The showers and toilets are nicely designed and very creative. There are frogs on site, so be careful not to step on them at night.

We made a last minute booking and the gent behind the counter could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. It’s straight across from the hospital.

Great 2-day stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely view out of the back-door onto the leafy pool area. Well maintained pool and gardens.

Great park, right on the water. Loved that they have a bar and café with very reasonable fish and chips. Facilities were clean and spacious.

Lovely little place, very scenic. Tide goes out a long way so fishing a tad difficult without a boat. Beware the midgees are monsters and will eat you alive if you're susceptible to bites.

I have stayed here again few times since 2021 &, although this has been first time in while, it is still (in my opinion) one of the best places to stay in the Bay. The rooms are always clean.

We stayed 4 nights and it was perfect for all of our needs. Owners were lovely and really helpful. This is a place that you want to return to and I will every time we return to the Bay.
