Karma Chalets

A very cosy, comfortable and spacious place to stay with the bonus of beautiful forrest views almost all around, bush walking trails and birdwatching opportunities. Nicely located away from the town still close enough to the town if needed.
Office staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Internet access was the only shortfall for us as there was no Wi-Fi and mobile reception was very poor. This makes it a bit harder for families with young children specially.

The chalets are located in a very peaceful setting but with easy access to town and to all the local attractions.
Prior to arrival we had reservations about staying in a log cabin based on experiences from several decades ago, however, we were very pleased with the cleanliness, spaciousness and general feel of the interior which was also very comfortable.
This is possibly the first rental we’ve stayed in where we haven’t had to spend time cleaning the bbq before we could use it!
The hosts were really friendly and helpful and we would be more than happy to stay here again.
The local tourist info hub was excellent and a great way to get help with making the most of your stay. It’s also a good place to pick up phone signal which is a little sparse in the general area.

Beautiful peaceful stay in these cabins. So clean and every amenity you need. Charlie the manager is amazing, super friendly and goes above and beyond. Great value for money!

First time staying and hope to be back again. Lovely log cabin that is spacious, clean and has everthing you need. Comfortable bed and decent pillows. I might be mistaken but think it even had an electric blanket. Scottish couple — were we come from even the polar bears were scarves. We did use the electric blanket or need it. Very handy abd short drive to Denmark town. Excellent and look forward to coming again with our grand daughters (from polar bear land).

Beautiful property, great location, full equipped kitchen and lovely staff. Very little cell service and no Wi-Fi but would be great if wanting to disconnect on holiday. Would highly recommend!

We got the serenity house and it's so spacious for the both of us. We'll definitely come back here because this place offer everything we want. The location is nice.

Overjoyed to have stayed at Joy Karma Chalet! Everything has been diligently thought of in the chalet, from the bird seed to the bath salts, it all adds to the experience. This is such a great location for a staycation all year round. We were received and sent off very warmly by the hosts. Cannot wait to be back.

Stayed for the long weekend — a very relaxing weekend with beautiful, peaceful vibes! The chalet was amazing, well maintained with a wood fire, bird food for morning visitors, fab sunrise and a big spa bath. Highly recommend and will definitely be back again :)

My wife and I stayed at Karma Chalets after visiting Albany and it was a pleasant stay.
The peace and quiet was a relaxing change from the hustle and bustle of suburbia and the views over the lush green fields with the view of the blue waters of Wilson Inlet was such a fantastic sight.
The chalet contained all the basic luxuries that we needed and a jar of seeds were provided for the bird feeding station which was set up on the porch. We woke to find Pink and Grey Galas, 28 Parrots (They are green and black Australian Parrots) along with other native birds attend to feed off the seeds in the morning.
Karma Chalets are situated a short drive from the small country town of Denmark, approximately a 40 minute drive from Albany, and central to some really good tourist attractions.
We will be coming back for another and longer stay later in the year as the stay was perfect for us.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The people who run this property are really lovely. Our chalet was incredible. It has absolutely everything you would need for self catering and is super clean. The bed was very comfortable, the huge bathroom was fantastic, and we had a wrap around balcony where it was lovely to sit and look over the valley. There was even bird seed supplied to put into a hanging bird feeder — nice to see the birds coming!
My brother books Karma Chalets every year and we were so glad he recommended this place to us. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely wonderful second stay here. We stayed in Destiny again and 6 years on it was spotlessly clean, well maintained and parts of it updated. It’s such a great place for peace and quiet, tranquility, and it’s a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend, yes, it is out of town (a drive away to Denmark, ) but wonderful. Highly recommend Ravens Coffee, Pepper and Salt, and the Valley of the Giants, William Bag, Greens Pool and Elephant Rocks. Thanks again we will be returning.
