Nice and tidy close to all facilities.

Good park, clean ablution block.

Staff are obnoxious and have aggressive attitudes that I have had the displeasure of encountering at a caravan park. If you can find another park then that would be my suggestion. Totally disgraceful behaviour.

We have stayed here twice and we will definitely stay again. The park might be old but the amenities are kept clean and we felt safe staying here. The staff are very friendly and helpful that includes office and groundsmen nothing is a problem to them. There is a shopping centre only one klm / 20 minute casual walk from the park.

It's a great place to stay staff are so friendly and go out of there way for the little extras beautiful pool recreation room where you can play pool the guests who stay in the park are lovely what more could you want close to shopping. Beaches. Trains and buses.

Had an awesome stay there. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and made my stay even better. Definitely will be back again.

Arrived late to the camp, about 6pm, camp closes at 6.30. Nice friendly people running it. We changed cash for coin for the laundry and made it quite clear we were only here for a night. Found our site, set up, Oh no laundry closes at 7! Quick in to the laundry, no powder, off to the office, but the office is closed. SO, for all their niceness they didn't help us at all, we couldn't do our laundry. So, it just seems they could have been a lot more helpful in a practical way.

Affordable in a nice tucked away location still close to all your daily needs.

Stayed one night with my 4 boys. Cabin was clean and comfortable. On arrival the staff in the office were super friendly and very helpful they made me want to come back.

Very clean and tidy caravan Park lots of amenities and the beach is only 15 mins drive away.

Very friendly conveniently located park. A big plus is a fenced " doggie play area". Apart from normal city noise, it is a quiet park. I will definitely stay again. Good daily rate.

Staff friendly & helpful when on the phone to them. Cabin was fine. The park is very messy, tired & outdated. Needs a big tidy up & overhaul. Not like advertising photos.

We found the accommodation in the chalet well designed and comfortable for a couple, very clean and tidy. Management were very friendly and helpful with all our needs.

Clean and simple tourist park with powered/unpowered camping sites and chalets available. Very easy location to get to directly off Wanneroo Rd, the downside to this is the traffic can be quite loud. The amenities are showing their age but still very reasonable for the price and the pool was a hit with the kids. The staff are polite and friendly too. Over all I had a pleasant two and a half day stay with no issues.

Nice quiet park, very clean amenities, camp kitchen not the best, (very small compared to other parks) pool clean, Staff are very friendly and helpful, very close to shopping centre, bus stop out front, would stay again.

Not a pleasant experience at all, there was no hot water for three days due to no regular checks of the gas supply. Management had informed that there would be one housekeeping day for the whole week's stay however this was not conducted. When brought to the attention of the staff, they said that we only had a few days left so would not do it. The knobs for the stove were broken which meant that it was unusable. It is not a place I would recommend to others, there are better options for the same price.

Only stayed one night in a studio villa, the bed and pillows were just right The villa was nice and clean and cosy for two people.

Current staff are doing a great job to get the park back to its former glory. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kingsway caravan park ahead of some of the others.

Isn't there some organization that keeps an eye on caravan parks. To keep them honest and to give people what they pay for. Unbelievable that they can charge good money for sub standard accommodation. We had to clean the air conditioners filter, reset the tv, the doona cover smells, ants in the cupboard, not clean, a very old cabin, not what was shown on the website, the maintenance is very poor. Very disappointed. If it was half the price still would be over priced. Not impressed.

The park is lovely with lots old trees, birds and friendly travelers. My young daughter found a blueberry bush opposite the dog play area which she insists deserves mention in a review here :) We loved the pool and our cabin was clean and comfortable. It was our first time staying here and we will definitely be staying again.

Un safe people can easy acess especially junkies I had the window smashed on my and my 5month old baby I was feared for my life seen so many junkies hanging around coming and going mostly homeless but glad ron came to my rescue when it all happened my car had been stolen and not returned by a junkie.

Rundown c/park with questionable permanants. Police came through obviously hunting a crook. Avoid. Same price as Karrinyup Waters … go there, fast.

No stars! extremely disgusted by this place very bad experience. Got there at ten pm and woke up to the female manager peeping on me naked asleep in our windows. Then as we opened the door was told very rudely to leave even know we had payed in advance for a few days stay due to the reason she didn't like our type. My friend is a 32 year old disabled lady without a tow ball but they did not care and kicked her to the street. We were very polite well mannered and respectful to her and the park and for her to judge us because we are young I find is very unprofessional. I would love to take this further and still finding out how. Am now stating at Cherokee down the road and LOVE it here highly recommended. Much nicer much better maintained and even better priced.

DO NOT STAY HERE traveled 3 hours to help a friend move house and decided would take kids to a place to stay so we didnt take up to much room what a huge mistake when we first got to the hell holewe were greeted so kindly and the lady had a good chat and said that she is willing to let us stay with out credit card but didnt really want to due to having people destroy the place and light the blankets on fire I was shocked to heare people really did that. We went and dropped off our blankets and went back to help friend with packing and fix car get back at 7:30-8 to find we have no hot water thankfully they came out and fixed it half an hour later during that time I thought to have a look around like you do and to my disgust all the cutlery was dirty not just a tiny bit but covered in oil after that I went out side for a smoke because I was grossed out then finally after getting a gas bottle for the hot water had a shower and went to get into bed and then that is when I realized why there are people burning blankets our blanket was stained and had hard spots all over it I was so thankful I brought my own this is the worst place I have ever stayed and really hope no one else stays here DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOUR PREPARED TO SCRUB THEM DOWN NOT LONG AFTER cant understand how they can still be open or charge $140 for what I subjected my self partner and kids to.

Very happy with the facilities and availability of the caravan park. Always accommodating to last minute booking and early arrivals.

AVOID THIS ONE! This park has to be the worst maintained, most unsafe, most unfriendly, most over priced, most unwelcoming park in West Australia. Give it a big miss. To give it a one star rating is being overly generous! They are quick to take your money before you find out what you just let yourself in for. When we had the nerve to enquire with the manager if they knew there was no hot water and no lights in the shower block they confirmed they knew that and have been waiting on a plumber for a few days now. When we said it would be good to be told that at check in, we were told that if we are going to complain about everything we are "not welcome to stay in their park". We hooked the van back up and went to a different park and though booking in out of hours by now found a friendly park at Club Capricorn and saved $15 a night on a powered site. (With hot water)

This Park was the worst place I have ever stayed in. The condition of the Cabin was totally unhealthy and should be condemed. I had booked a Ensuite chalet & was given a Budget Cabin with my 87yr old mum. The condition of the cabin will be reported to Health Authority. We had traveled from NSW by air for our first visit in WA & were treated like SCUM. I couldn't even enjoy my stay as the Cabin was that bad I even had to shower my elderly mum (& she is a very independent person usualy) as the chances of falling were to the Max. I have pics of the condition of the Cabin & will be taking this further. I don't advise anyone to stay there as what you book isn't what you get. We couldn't find alternate accomodation as the V8 super cars were on and all was booked out elsewhere : (
