Extremely noisy and not really clean. Expensive for the service!

A very nice place for dinner. Nice food. Just missed out on 5 stars because they slightly overcooked the fish and the steaks : (

Excellent room and great room service. Only down side is the lack of parking.

Our room overlooked gardens and pool with views to the ocean. Definitely got our 30 mins on the stairs but the room was nice no issues and thanks to the lady who delivered our room service. Had a great couple chilled nights. Would visit again.

Fantastic place to stay. Great staffvery helpful and polite. Only the best you can ask for.

Was great place spa was great but weird how they open your door every three hours in the day time to ask if you want more towels and not have towels with them was wierd but other than that great stay.

First appearances of the hotel, staff and room we were impressed. However, within a short time we discovered mould riddled bathroom, yellow stains on white towels linen and the bedhead. Food was very poor and a waste of money. Its the only pizza I have not wanted to finish and chips were hard on the inside. Would not return!

We where given a voucher for 4 people… food was delicious although not much variety. Service was ok but was due to slow times — construction blocking streets etc — and only having limited staff on. Great relaxing atmosphere. Would defiantly go again.

Good value for money by Aussie standards, decent rooms, good service. However the Wi-Fi ain’t free and neither is the breakfast so that’s where the cost can rise.

Very tranquil. Great rooms. A little pricey, but well worth it.

Average room, overpriced for what you receive. We got put in an attic. You literally open the door and have to walk up a bunch of stairs with all your luggage. The roof is sloped and low so you have to watch your head. Aircon must not have been cleaned or serviced in YEARS. Kept spitting out giant chunks of dust. As it was right over our bed this was pretty disgusting. Our family paid an extra $100 for a pool facing balcony room which ended up being even smaller than the attic. Loud music playing all day. Pool not heated and dirty. Way too cold to actually swim. No mini fridge, even though online it claims there are minibars in every room. Wifi is an extra add on cost. Staff are friendly but it doesn't make up for lacking facilities, wouldn't recommend. Reviews for this place are terrible for a reason. It's strange to me the owner or manager doesn't take on the feedback to improve.

It is called a boutique resort hotel. Unfortunately, we were shoved into the attic which was anything but boutique, or resort. No Wi-Fi, pay extra for secure parking and the ceiling was so low that my wife and I both bumped our heads several times. There was no where to put toiletries in the bathroom and the stairs finish right under the fridge.

Good rooms and nicely set out.

Gorgeous hotel. The rainforest feel and koi ponds were so relaxing and inviting. Spacious rooms and fluffy dressing gowns completed the luxurious feel of the resort. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

Rooms are lovely and good service but tried to charge me for breakfast I never had and been a week now and deposit still not returned.

Beautiful little resort close to the water front. The buffet breakfast is average but good enough to give you fuel for the day. The location is about 30-40 mins from the airport and I easily found my way around by catching the bus to the local shopping center.

Absolutely terrible value for money! Food was awful steak was fatty and full of gristle. I called up to complain and asked to speak to a manager who was not around promised to call back twice but never did. I was offered a free glass of wine with my next meal. But why would I want to spend another $60.00 on another awful meal for a measly free glass of cheap wine. Do not go here!

Great hotel, we had a balcony overlooking gardens which was great, better to have a back room as the front rooms are right on the road. Well kept neat place, small pool no shade, restaurant average. Short walk to the beach.

Nice location, a short distance from the beach. Resort has a nice layout and is quite homely.

Place was ok, but on arrival they took a 'pre authorisation' on my bankcard, which actually took money from my account which then takes 3-5 days to get back. Very unhappy customer — won't use them again. Apparently happens alot to customers. Poor business practice and abuse of customers.

Not fussy, obviously Sunmoon is well used but still very nice. My room was small (double) and view of back wall. Food was ok nothing flash although efforts to price and present a flash feed. I had a steak $34 with a shared starter $15 but left still hungry. Hey but I enjoyed my stay, somewhere to rest and relax… thats what I got.

We stayed in a spa suite, not enough hot water to fill the tub. Changed room in the middle of the night. Got enough hot water to fill the whole tub yay, but no available hot water until next morning… good friendly and helpful staffs.

Excellent and friendly service, especially Tan, nothing was a problem. She organised day tours followed up as to how our day was. Our room was very clean, dinner in the restaurant was delicious, again with excellent service. Sunmoon offers great value for money.

Not what I expected the walls make the room feel cold you have to pay for Wi-Fi. Parking is bad. Got a crap view from balcony with old back yard furniture on the balcony. Noisey spot. Only upside is the furniture in the room besides bathroom and balcony is ok and the room feels small. Its an ok room if you only want yo sleep and not spend time relaxing in your room. Would not return again not even if the price was cheaper very disapointed.

This is the worst place iv stayed in ever! The rooms are run down, poor service and I was told I had to pay $20 to use the Wi-Fi for a day.

Lovely place to stay. Parking is a bit tight though, for that they lose a star. Otherwise very nice and a good price.

Not a bad place to stay, friendly staff good location and price okay. Rooms are good but not great but enjoyed the spa and free robes. Would stay again but only if could get a special rate.
