Firstly positives: great welcome by Adele aka Kristy 😘 room was lovely and big. Bath was amazing. Staff friendly. On the down side pillows were terrible, room/bathroom was not vacuumed or mopped over our 4 day stay. Bar fridge a finger hazard and not very cold. Poor internet. Despite this I would stay again.

Great service, highly recommended.

The front desk staff this weekend were absolutely lovely! Beautiful smiles, helpful, can do attitude. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend the Sebel. Walking distance to town, cafes, beaches, shops. Perfect location. Clean comfortable rooms. Great view overlooking water in the bath bliss room.

I am absolutely disgusted on the way they treat people. Was laying down in bed with my boyfriend then we get a knock on the door. Without even giving us enough time to get out from under the sheets a worker had opened our door to the point where I closed it in his face because he had startled me for all they knew I could of had no clothes on. Also confirmed our stay to someone who had come into the hotel claiming we invited him when we did not. So much for privacy and confidentiality.

Amazing staff, they go out of their way to keep you happy. The estuary facing rooms are huge. Could do with a little freshen-up but great place to stay.

Beautiful views from the veranda. Very comfortable beds.

My fiancé and I stayed in the spa suite and it’s safe to say it by far exceeded our expectations. Photos online did it no justice! The room was spacious, clean and pure luxury with the big spa and huge balcony with stunning views.
The gorgeous lady who welcomed us at the front desk was friendly and made all of the time in the world for us. Thank you The Sebel! We will be seeing you guys again.

Beautiful hotel fantastic staff and amazing view from our room.

Great hotel needs room service but so many food places around who cares.

Nice stay and convenient to have a restaurant and bar below the hotel also a nightclub. Lovely views if you book a room over looking the water.

Bloody nice place loved it comfortable clean and spacious.

Great place to stay. Room was excellent, great view too.

The whole experience. The greeting from the front desk was wonderful and it got better from there. The room overlooked the water and I can’t wait to use the massive shower.

We got a free upgrade to a “bathtub room”. Very nice! Beautiful view across the water to Cicerello’s. Lovely huge balcony. We love it!

We had a 50th Wedding Anniversary here today and it was absolutely beautiful. The staff were so professional, accomodating and were there for our every need. Everything went absolutely perfect! Would definitely recommend.

Great food and service at the Pen restaurant overlooking the water. Great long lunch with an old friend.

The Pen bar is a great location to enjoy lunch/drinks by the water. Good service as well.

Wow, what a location firstly, close proximity to everything, lovely food at the Peninsula as well. Stayed for a family event and staff were friendly and helpful a superb breakfast, even accommodated late check out which these days are rare! Was lovely have daughters wedding next weekend so re booked. Thank you Sebel for making our weekend relaxing and comfortable.

The Sebel Mandurah is a wonderful place to stay! The rooms are beautiful, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Located right near the Mandurah foreshore, you couldn't stay in a better location for easy access to food and local entertainment venues.

Loved our stay here, beautiful rooms, great location and friendly staff. We got a room over looking the marina with amazing views. The breakfast was delicious, we got the continental breakfast and a choice off the menu with our booking. We ordered, eggs Benedict and the veggie breakfast both were very good.

Very pleasant and modern room. Staff very helpful, even found me a lemon for G&T in room.

I was really impressed by this Sebel, by the town and the region. Situated on the water and close to cultural and shopping areas. And free parking. The only down side was that there was no restaurant in the town that accepted the ACCOR Plus membership card so you will need to pay full price for evening meals.

Great place to stay. Beautiful location on the water, onsite parking, comfortable rooms. Staff are polite and friendly, and the onsite breakfast cafe is mare than adequate and reasonably priced.

My husband had a meeting so booked the Sebel, as stayed before and loved it. Sadly only had the one night, but again, everything perfect. So clean, comfortable great location. Can’t fault anything. We were heading down from Perth, had planned to stop for lunch on the way, but Nikki, rang to say our room was ready if we wanted to come early. How good is that. So we went, checked in, then had a lovely meal downstairs. Had a great continental breakfast, staff so friendly. Can’t wait to return.

Its near to everything. Next to the pretty sea. If you lucky you would have the chance to see the dolphin from 3-5pm.

My family and I stayed at The Sebel due to its convenience for a nearby function. Upon arrival, the staff were informative and friendly, which continued throughout our stay. The room was clean and spacious, and the afternoon view was fantastic. It was suitably appointed and bed very comfortable. The breakfast spread was excellent, food tasted great and portions were generously sized. Again, the staff were accomodating even though we were sluggish to move on. The hotel and its facilities are superior, while its central location is just a bonus. This was our second visit to The Sebel, and I am yet to fault it.

Quite good actually. Aside from the towers and Como getting a good hotel is hard work so it's nice to know somewhere like this exists. Welcome friendly, let down by lugging your own bags up to your room and no bell hop. Before people think what do you expec the room here was $270 per night. Rooms spacious and nice. View is nice as well Bed / Pillow comfortable Free internet Didn't get the breakfast as so many other places to eat.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sebel — the room was stunning, the balcony was great facing the Marina, in a perfect spot and walking distance to everything. Would definitely be staying again.

We won a competition so our first stay here. Thank you Sebel Mandurah. Our room was large & spacious, clean with all the facilities we would want and need. A separate shower & bath — both huge… Fantastic views, staff very friendly. Walking distance to so many eateries, spoilt for choice. We will come back…

Disappointed, no hot water! Drilling and noise both days as repairs were being done to the hotel. Too many other places they are better.

It was a last minute booking and we arrived late, a very nice and helpful guy checked us in and went through everything with us. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool. The ensuite was spacious for a hotel ensuite and clean. A large room with two king single beds pushed together, surface area was clean (just don't drop anything behind the bedside table). Great location. Overall very happy with our stay.

What a great place, nice big room, huge bath you can watch Telly from. Big balcony, you can watch the world go by. Super friendly staff that gave me a lovely surprise when they told me my breakfast was going to be on the house as they forgot to upgrade us. Will definitely be going back, great location.

Amazing stay really enjoyed it. We got to watch dolphins swimming in from our balcony which the kids loved. Recommended.

Staff were friendly, location within walking distance to the main strip, our room was a bit run down and need some maintenance done so it wasn't upto the 4.5 star rating the hotel should be offering.

I brought my family from abroad to stay at The Sebel. We stayed at room 421 and 422. From the balcony we have beautiful water view, looking out are restaurants, boat traveling in and out, people walking along the jetty. The rooms are clean. It is very convenient for food and activities, varieties of restaurants nearby. The only minus area is the small pool, fitness room, and during weekend there are noise from the pub. But overall it is a nice holiday place for family.

Have stayed here before so thought I knew what to expect. It's in a great spot and the rooms are great, especially if you have the river view. Hotel staff are very friendly but it was slightly let down by room service being no longer available, which is a must with a toddler and early sleeps, plus not as many alcohol options in the minibar as on previous stays. Hubby really missed that. Excellent customer service though as we had a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine as it was NYE. On a plus size the size of the fridge is a must with a small child. This was our go to for stays in Mandurah but may have to look around next time.

It was our second wedding anniversary and we were given a lovely room even though we had got the room on an web site special. We were also given champagne on arrival which was a wonderful surprise. The staff were very friendly and the room was always cleaned very well.

Excellent. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Spa didn't work during our stay, but staff rectified this with free breakfast (wasn't already included in our price) and also late checkout (also not already in our price). Wherever there were problems, the staff fixed and attended very quickly. My wife and I would happily stay here again, and strongly recommend to family and friends.

Our experience staying at The Sebel was amazing. The staff were approachable and done everything they could to make our stay as wonderful as possible, even when faced with some unforeseeable difficulties with the rooms (such as the room above our booked room flooding and the spa in the spa suite having some problems). The staff also seem to genuinely enjoy working at The Sebel. The 24/7 service made life a lot easier as we did not need to stress about whether or not someone would be able to answer our queries in a timely manner, which is very important when it comes to wedding times. You just can't buy the type of view staying at The Sebel either, such as eating breakfast out on the balcony watching the dolphins swim by. The rooms were tailored to our needs as best as possible rather than having to have set beds which worked really well for us considering we had the whole bridal party staying with us. A kettle and microwave in the Spa Suite would have been handy but the staff were able to provide us with plates and cutlery on request and were happy to heat our food for us if we had of required as such and likely would have provided a kettle on request. It would also have been handy to have a hair dryer in each bathroom but again, likely would have been provided had we requested as such :) We will definitely be back again for our anniversary, if not sooner.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a great view of the Mandurah harbour.

We called 2 days before as we wanted to check in early and staff promise that will get ready for us at 1030. Then we called again to confirmed on the day and staff said yes the room wil be ready at 11 am. But when my partner arrived at 11.15 am the room still not ready. We have been waiting till 12.15 pm so we lated at the wedding that we have to attended too.

I have used this hotel about 15 times in this last year and the staff is great here. It's slightly more expensive than the competition in this area but the price is totally worth paying if you like good services and well maintained rooms.

We only had a short stay but it was a faultless experience nonetheless. Great location right on the waterfront. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Service staff were all very helpful and friendly. Free (limitied) room Wi-Fi was a plus as mobile reception in our room was quite spotty.

I stayed for one night and never again the bed linen doesn't fit the bed properly. mould in shower everywhere. Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at please stay away…

Well where do we start. What a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are great the beds are very good the bathroom nearly blows you away and we only stayed 3 nights will be back for sure. The staff you can not better anywhere and we have stayed in Singapore and a lot off hotels in the England and off course Australia the Sebel is the best we have stayed in. Only a short walk from the hotel to the main street in Mandurah. Many thanks everyone at the Sebel M & D Townsend.

Had the water view room — king size — Room was a lot smaller, the pictures are VERY deceiving, we were told 20 dollars for an extra hour — went to reception was charged over 300 dollars. Would never stay there again, what what in the Butt.

Booked room with water views, got that, bath tub, didn't get that. Room was not ready so we were down graded, nothing offered to compensate this, room dated needs refurbisjment, dusty, shower leaked all night, we wondered why there was a towel on the floor. Shower fittings going rusty, pub down stairs noisy. No undercover secure parking for guests. Wheel clamping notices outside front carpark. Food in resturant over priced, this is not a 4star hotel anympre. 3 star more like it. Take your owm bath robes. Don't bother filling in review, they don't respond. Bed was hard, room was large, 2 years ago it may of been in better shape, not room 419 though.

While the area is a "created" port area that lacks a bit of character, the hotel room was fantastic and large. Definitely worth it. And the other hotels close their desk at 7 around here, Sebel has a 24-hour desk, a definite plus for late arrives. Modern decor and, did I mention, spacious.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and the rooms modern and well designed. We were disappointed that even though we had booked months in advance we were checked into a room room on the ground floor which did not overlook the beautiful water as we had hoped — rather, our room looked over the pool pump room. We were very disappointed. It was also designed for wheelchair access which meant that certain things in the room were not suitable for us ie. The mirror that was angled down in the bathroom, seat in the shower etc. I would happily stay here again but next time I would ensure I called the hotel and requested a room overlooking the water.
