Room was nice and clean. Outside area was pretty and well kept. TV reception was a bit unreliable, but overall a really nice place to spend the night.

Was nice and comfortable, service was great. Room and bathroom could have been cleaner, but all in all it was good.

Rooms a bit dated, but tidy. Not super close to anything unless you have a boat.

Stayed with friends for the Pinjarra races, great little place. Clean well appointed rooms, own little outdoor area, pool & bbq are looked nice. Boat mooring facilities at the rear of the property. Caught the shuttle bus to the race course from right out front, very convenient. Very handy for town centre, restaurants, bars etc being just a short walk over the pedestrian access path across the bridge. Had a lovely visit, nice day at the races, a few drinks & a meal in town, followed by breakfast the next morning in one of the lovely street cafes. All in all a great getaway spot.

Comfortable, clean and quiet. Have stayed in Stuidio and 1 bedroom apartment (which is preferred as long as you can take the stairs). Shower / bath combination not ideal with slippery floor. Good sized separate bedroom and combined kitchen/dining/lounge with balcony. Parking can be a bit tight and other guests not accomodating sharing. Notice some guests ignoring no smoking within grounds policy which is disappointing. However love coming back year after year.

Absolutely dissapointed wont ever be back or recommended. Laying in bed and next thing airconditioner above bed starts dripping huge amounts of water on to bed and pillows got moved to another room but as only staying one night it was a huge inconvenience. Cheryl Homewood and Tim Corbett.

Great location close to Mandurah Tce. The BBQ/pool area is great for dinner.

Actually a bit disappointing compared to many other Quest apartments I've stayed in throughout Australia.

Never have experienced service like this! I was just racially abused by a receptionist apparently a “Night Manager”! She thereten to call police on me when I was just trying to have a conversation and ask her what was the problem. She kicked me out of reception area and threaten me. The day staff were absolutely fabulous and extremely professional, I was so impressed and happy now I am feeling unsafe staying here because of the threat I received! This is a hotel I am paying $1600 for staying here! Please stay away!

Cant comment on other rooms but ours was ok for what we needed for 1 night.

From the moment I walked into Quest Mandurah I should have had a suspicion what we were in for, the lady at the counter acted like we were an inconvenience. On reaching our room my fears were realised when the smell was abhorrent, a mix of harsh chemicals and the unmistakeable stench of disappointment hung heavy in the air. As we went to walk the stairs to our room I couldn't help but remark to my partner to watch her step as the lights to the staircase were either flickering or completely dead. So happy were we to have a weekend away from the kids though that we collapsed on to the bed the minute we got upstairs… Thankfully my partner had a sense of humour as she was almost in tears as we discovered the "king size bed" was actually two singles that didn't match in height pushed together to form a King. It wasn't until the morning for some reason that we realised that there wasn't even any doona cover, just a sheet folded over the doona which if it hadn't been so funny would have been abysmal. We lay there for a minute taking in the bugs trapped in the light shade before trying out the bathroom, oh dear!. Dirty bathroom tiles, cobwebs on the ceiling and believe it or not a shower over the bath covered by a shower curtain… Retro or what!

Air con did not heat or work downstairs. Ducted air con failed to work on last night. Front door very hard to open and close.

Beautiful apartments secure parking close to everything just love it.

Fantastic spot for holiday. Bring the boat. Staff great. Accommodation great.

Love this place! Kids had great time too. Private jetties was awesome place for crabbing & fishing. Nice clean room, friendly staff.

Close to shops and canals. Only day 1 and weather has not treated us nicely.

Outdated interiors for the price Housekeeping lazy.
