Very good service, very well looked after and nice unique design.

Nice, clean, good location, ok.

Fabulous! Amazing, close to everything. Train station, down town. Modern, clean, great mattress, bathroom, kitchen. Gym. All you need on a rainy day, and all you need in a sunny out there. Post office around the corner too. Grocery shopping, restaurants. It’s all there.

Service was very good and friendly and the hotel is very clean and so close to all the pubs and restaurant (walking distance 7 mins)

Staff was very friendly and helpful, recommending it for any MICE activities!

Check in was friendly after they take your money thats it. The first and last time I tried to phone reception they hung up on me. Im here for another 4 days and cant sleep due to a claustrophobic feeling. There is no room service and its 2 blocks to get ice for drinks. You park your own car a fair way from the Quest which you pay to do. Weve spent the last month travelling the south west staying at all sorts of accomodation. This is not what you call a holiday accomodation. Expect to do a lot of walking.

I was treated badly by one staff member at this hotel. I arrived hot, scruffy and tired after a long trip. I was not welcomed but looked at like I was a vagrant. He told me that before he checked me in he would have to determine if I had more than $100 in my credit card and then charged my card in advance. He was pompous and rude. Even if I were homeless (which I'm not) I deserved common decency in front of others in the lobby. I will not be back. EDIT: I accepted parking as per the description in the Quest Fremantle brochure and I was told that I did not require any type of tag to identify my vehicle as being paid for by Quest. I have recently had to pay a parking fine because Quest Fremantle did not pay the parking fees as promised. In my opinion that takes Quest Fremantle from having one bad apple to being genuinely disreputable.

Nice hotel. Well placed. No parking available on site, but they have a deal with the parking on the other side of the road.

Close to ferry to Rottnest and Fremantle train station. Rooms are quite attractive, relatively spacious and the staff friendly. Many restaurants in walking distance. All in all a good spot to spend a few nights in Freo.

Clean modern and small room. Bathroom clean and modern. Shower pressure is low… could not get the aircon unit to work. Had to leave sliding door open and as a port, freight trains can be easily heard as hotel is close to railway through the night. Bed mattress was good and firm No food or beverage services. 4 stars.

Loved the Quest apartments — no problem with the accommodation whatever — the parking availability was a little muddly and complex even though we requested parking in advance — but given that it was New Years Eve we can imagine the demand for parking was also quite high … would highly recommend the Quest apartments to anyone coming to Fremantle.

Our room had a balcony and was well equipped, in perfect condition. Really well thought out. Check in was fast, organising parking was easy. And hiring the bikes was well worth it. Great place would stay again.

Decent serviced apartments, with clean rooms, if a tad worn. Our carpet was torn and some of the kitchen utensils were damaged by previous occupants to the stage where they were unusable. A bit too soft bed and too hard pillows. The fact that the room has one chair and one stool makes it a bit unsuitable for two occupants if you want to eat a meal together in the room. The rain shower lacks water pressure as well and it would be nice to have a normal shower instead. That said, this is nitpicking and the room was otherwise fine and the location is good, as it's close to almost everything in Fremantle.

If I could give less I would! Rude manager! Racist staff and such unprofessional behavior which most definitely not be tole treated by patrons of the this "hotel"

Previous review was an accident! Had a great stay in this newly built hotel. Wonderful views and location, helpful staff.

New, clean and modern looking. Fully furnished kitchenette. Very accessible and good location which is walkable to areas of interest to visit within minutes. Staff are polite and friendly. Only gripe is that check in/out hours do not cater to odd hours (11pm to 7am)

We booked the Manning Conference Venue for an event and were very pleased with the high level of service and attention to detail, the space was beautifully presented and our day ran extremely smoothly. The Garden Atrium made for a lovely opportunity to enjoy some sunshine between speakers and to have a bite and drinks during our training session. Wonderful helpful staff and very accomodating!

Great location, rooms are a good size, very neat. The one bedroom apartment has worked well with our 1 year old in a cot provided by the hotel. Staff were very helpful. The hotel parking is located approx 200m away in the open, works for me.

Great location — Walking distance to the heart of Fremantle. Apartment style rooms, large enough to be very comfortable. Would not hesitate to go back.

Nice respectable establishment. Clean room, found and returned something I forgot within an hour. A little inefficient check in process and non sound proof walls but that did not bother me. Small gym with a treadmill cycle machine and I think a weight rack. Also have communal washing machines. Overall a positive experience. Would recommend for families.

Very good location just 3 minutes walk to Fremantle train station and 15 minutes walk to b-shed (ferry to Rottnest). Supermarket, deli, restaurants and shops all by walking distance. Very new apartment and comfortable. A bit small in size compared to other Quest in this area but everything's functional. Good 3 day stay. It has small gym but sufficient for badic workout.

Quite expensive, great apartment. Was told to smoke at the end of the street? They also wouldn't let the pizza guy up to our room. Bit annoying after a long day of travel!

Beautiful rooms great location.

Was there last week. Booked online. When got there room downgraded from seaview and no car parking. Woman behind the counter tried to say it was an upgrade when it was obviously a down grade. Woman behind counter very rude and left my mother very upset. Have been there before so know the rooms and what we were expecting.

We got married at Distribution Lane in Fremantle on Feb 17 and wanted accommodation nearby for my husband and I for a couple of nights, plus extra rooms for a number of our friends and family who planned to stay overnight after our wedding. Well, the location of Quest couldn't have been better — it was directly opposite the reception venue and made life so easy for setting up and taking down all the decorations, etc. Our complete appreciation of Bram, Bing and the whole team… at Quest started way before that though… From the first contact back in November (which I sent before the hotel had even opened in December) the customer service was second to none. They answered all my emails beautifully, provided a group discount for our guests to access, gave us great advice on parking and other local options for dinner, breakfast etc, and even took us on a tour of the hotel a few weeks before the wedding! In addition, the managers (Bram and Bing) went above and beyond for us in so many ways that it would take me all day to run through them, but needless to say we were absolutely thrilled with the experience from start to finish. Then on the night of our wedding, Quest kindly let us use their courtyard in our photographs and the staff were all so kind and accommodating, we couldn't have have wished for the better. As for the hotel itself? Totally gorgeous! The rooms are fabulous with lovely decor, great shower, super comfy bed, big TV, kitchenette… what more could you need?

Close t ok the centre of Fremantle. Brand new appartments in an historic building in Fremantle wharf precinct. Well appointed rooms with a value for money rate.

I have to say a massive thank you to Carmen and the General Manager for finding, cleaning, and returning my 21 month old daughter's favourite toy Husky that we had not noticed she had dropped during our stay. The apartments were beyond beautiful and we had already decided we would love to stay again, but this act of kindness sealed the deal for us. My daughter was so happy to have her Husky back. The staff went above and beyond. Thank you so much.
