Norseman is a small town located in the Goldfields-Esperance region of Western Australia. Situated along the Eyre Highway, it is known as the gateway to Western Australia for travelers coming from the east. The town is surrounded by vast stretches of outback and is a popular stopover for those traveling to or from Perth. Norseman has a rich history as a gold mining town, and remnants of its mining past can still be seen in the surrounding landscape. The town itself is small, with a population of around 900 people, and has a relaxed and laid-back atmosphere.
