By far the worst service I have ever received when booking a property.
The property was available to book and accepted our payment of almost $3000 only for the owner to write a barely understandable email about double booking us and offering us different dates. After replying to this message to try to sort out a solution for either a refund or to utilise the different dates, the owner ignored us for 5 days. I wrote another email saying it was bordering on unprofessional how long it was taking as his delay in response (whilst he has all of our money in his account) meant that we were unable to book another property before they sold out, and because we weren’t sure if we had this house on the different dates, so our whole weekend away would need to be cancelled.
He responded by saying I was nasty, fabricating a story about my wife emailing him (I am single) and wrote an entire essay in Capslock, yelling at me how he doesn’t need my business and to complain all I want as he doesn’t care. He made a point to say that he has enough people interested and viewing the house so he can basically do what he wants.
Absolutely disgusting experience and one that I hope this review will help in saving you the pain of. We are now left with a cancelled holiday, and only just getting our money apparently sent back after he held it for a week.
