We had the best 4 night holiday Beautiful surroundings, helpful concierge 5 star services.

This place is amazing, great facilities for all ages. However upon checking in and presenting my digital Covid certificate was told by Leonie it was not satisfactory despite it being a valid option on the Covid email we received prior to arriving. This instantly created unnecessary stress as I was rushed to set up my service wa which was faulty, on a Sunday. Upon speaking to other guests their digital certificate was fine and in-fact didn’t even know service wa existed. This place is great however would be even better if the staff knew their own rules and regulations.

Massive shout out to the staff who were awesome. Miscommunication on management “Lauren” who charged apparently our bill to someone else and we then paid a bill already paid for. The management was not professional at all.
Our waitress was beautiful, kind and helpful and the food was delicious but “Lauren” was not coming to play when our meal was already paid for. Looks like the restaurant made an extra $500 plus tonight. We asked for proof and it couldn’t be provided. Disappointed while celebrating a special occasion and then it was ruined.

My spa treatment was amazing. Treated like royalty from Maria and her team. One of my best treatments so far and I have been to many. 🥂

Simply the best great accommodation, some of the things I wasn’t sure of, yes hair dryer, beautiful bathroom products, balcony overlooking pool just stunning 👏😍💕

A huge resort you don’t need to leave, even to watch the beautiful Broome sunset.

My husband and I recently stayed at Cable Beach Resort& Spa. Beautiful, we loved it, our room was lovely and clean and a very private balcony overlooking a beautiful garden. The beach was right at the property and the sunsets are gorgeous. Staff were great. We would certainly come back. Thanks.

This place is amazing! We had a trip here for my hubbys 50th without the kids and the staff are just so attentive and kind, nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful adult pool with some great cocktails, the kids pool looked amazing too. Food is to die for! didn't have one bad meal and breakfast is varied with omelettes to order. We had an ocean view room and was certainty worth the upgrade. Thankyou guys.

Have spent the last 2 christmases here and loved every moment of it. The service, atmosphere and the kids love the pool. Always sad to leave.

The staff at Cable Beach Club are so accommodating, especially Declan at reception. They really do go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. Love the vibe here and I’ll definitely be back.

Highly recommend! Beautiful resort, spacious and the staff are happy and friendly! I absolutely loved my stay. I have one criticism that really must be addressed. Why oh why have plastic straws when there is a turtle breeding ground right out front. Please PLEASE change to paper and please PLEASE don’t use plastic bin liners in the rooms.

Put on your bucket list! Our second visit here and just as wonderful. So much to do and also the perfect place to relax.

Best Resort we have stayed at in a long time. From the check-in, the room, the facilities, the Sunset Bar and Restaurants and the Staff are all world class. No late check-out but they have that covered by allowing you to use the facilities and they have 2 rooms fitted out for showers and changing. Well done Cable Beach Club others could well learn something about hospitality from your organisation.

Expensive but worthy of the price. Nice for a splash out… it was like a town in there. It's so big. So much to do. Tourist town for sure.

We had a wonderful mini-break at the resort. Cable Beach Resort had donated the visit to a charity auction raising funds for childhood brain cancer research and we purchased it! We were thrilled to have our room upgraded which gave us plenty of space to chill out and relax in the winter sun. We had great treatments at the Day Spa which was superb. We LOVED our dinners at Zensai (best Japanese food ever! ) and Cichetti Club — I highly recommend them both. Special mention to Maia (Cichetti Club) and Tanya (Zensaid) — both wonderful and very welcoming. Also a shout out for super-friendly Christina (Cichetti) and Tui (we called him Mr T). We will be back!

Great club and resort has many features and lots is restaurants. It has an adults only pool good place for some quiet time. So big first night I got lost finding my room.

Swift check in. Friendly and helpful staff. Luxurious room. Fabulous pool. Fantastic sunset bar and grill. Great food. The only place to stay in Broome.

Beautiful hotel and rooms (a little dated though), sunset bar and grill has stunning views and food, perfect place to relax, not the most inexpensive though.

So beautiful, and near the sea made me feel close to home in the cape York, as my community is close to the sea as well so yes I enjoyed staying there during a great week of conference.

Amazing spot do not need to leave the resort as it has five eating houses, two pools, right on the beach at Cable Beach so good for walk along the beach in the morning. Staff are very helpfull and friendly and always their to help and assist you. Will go back again and again.

Fabulous resort right on the beach. Our cabin was clean and comfortable and we even had wallabies visiting each day. The sunsets were incredible and our favourite spot was at the Sunset Bar & Grill each evening to soak it all in with a cocktail or a glass of wine. It was a bonus watching the camels come off the beach on their way home. Special mention to Joanna at the Sunset Bar & Grill who really looked after us! She was wonderful! Highly recommended!

Ate at the restaurant and enjoyed the ambiance. Prices are steep though, which comes with the territory. Not a lot of flavor.

Good service, nice meal at the Italian restaurant but the complex is too big, especially trying to find your way back to your room at night.

From what my mum and dad told me it is amazing because they worked there so it’s really good and friendly but broom has changed a lot from the last time my family were up there but it’s a really fantastic resort.

Zensai Restaurant is without doubt a 5 star restaurant. Host Mr & Mrs Newman are just the best Restaurant Managers you could wish to find. 5 star plus for service. Food (first time) just perfect. A lovely night with very good service and just wonderful hosts.

Our family of four had the most magnificent holiday last week. We stayed in a two bed bungalow — heaps of room with two bathrooms. Gardens are green and lush. Guest laundries are located around the resort with free ice machines (ideal for keeping drinks cold etc on day trips and beach trips). The weather was perfect every day. Being Easter Monday, the resort wasn’t overly crowded. Free icy poles for kids by the kids pool is a bonus. There is also a free courtesy bus to the town centre and airport. Kids are entertained with free mountain bike hire, mini golf, water playground and tennis. The view of the ocean from Sunset Bar at breakfast, sipping cocktails or evening dining is spectacular. Lifeguards are on duty at the magnificent Cable Beach and you can hire deck chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and surfboards directly from the beach, which are all reasonably priced. If you have the time, book in a treatment at the Loccitane Spa — you won’t be disappointed.

Big resort located on famous cable beach in broome western Australia. It boasts 2 pools and 1 adults only. Enjoy a cold drinks near pool. Several restaurants including the sunset bar. Come sit watch the beautiful broome sunset. Well worth it.

Rooms were clean but dated. The pictures on the walls in our room were of dirty streets or poor and sad children. Not really what I want to look at on holidays. Good facilities. A good 10mins from town, though on the beach where the camel rides are. Buses are on the hour but finish at 6pm. So youll probably need to hire a car. The hotel had a shuttle at 1030 and 2pm. Most staff where great except the guy who came in to check the mini bar and walked in while my daughter was getting out the shower. Apparently he knocked and just walked in though I didn't hear him knock.

I stayed there for 1 night. It was OK but during dinner I had to fight off mosquitoes. Also, TV was not working. They offered me a different room but I did not want the hassle.

Totally relaxing — beautiful surroundings with absolutely beautiful beach sunsets. The only resort in Broome on the beach. The staff were exceptional and so helpful. We had the most beautiful meal at the Italian restaurant.

Polo on Cable Beach Broome in May. Teams come from interstate to compete. It a bit like going to the Melbourne Cup. Pay to enter the Marque for drinks, luncheon and watch the Polo matches. Or watch from the Club Resort over looking the beach.

Best facilities going. Pool, mini golf, tennis, restaurants and bars galore, yoga, spa plus the awesome service! Super fun kids activities too!

Good food, great staff, fantastic rooms. The secret to a good resort is its location. Cable Beach is one of the most stunning beaches in the world. Go for a quiet walk after dark around the resort and see wallabys resting on the grass. Broome is an amazing place to visit, stay at the resort and see one of the oldest pearling ports in Oz.

Great service, however they issued my room to another guest so someone came into my room while I was in there.

We’ve just visited here in the low season and loved the fact that it was wonderfully quiet. Guest numbers seemed very low so most days we had the adults only pool pretty much to ourselves. Our room was on the ground floor in the Eucalyptus wing which meant that we were able to walk straight out from our decking to the poolside which was great. The Sunset Bar looks out towards the iconic Cable Beach and is the best place to sit and relax in the evening to see the famous camels returning from their sunset walk. Food at the bar there is good and portions were generous to say the least! Everywhere was very clean, staff very friendly — we couldn’t fault anything. However I imagine that staying here in high season may be a different matter entirely so my advice would be to go Low!

Amazing location overlooking the beautiful cable Beach, staff have been fantastic looking after us, upgrading our room and complementary bottle of bubbles on arrival. Rooms are really great and traditional Broome styling with dark wood and corrugated metal.

Went to the Japanese restaurant here zensai. Unfortunately on arrival the bathrooms were filthy. No toilet paper only on the floor. Advised there was a function earlier. A cleaner did come about an hour later. But I think it should have been done before guests arrived. The food was nothing special we had the 5 course menu. It was ok but for $75 pp it should be amazing. The sashimi had a sinew through more than one piece. We eat at a small Japanese restaurant in leichhardt called raiken and believe the bento boxes for a lot less money have better flavour. The staff were great. Hate leaving bad review but have to be honest. For a $230 night out I feel really disappointed.

My daughter go married here, cant fault the staff or the grounds however the cabin she was in was very hot even with the aircon on. Very poor designed units.

A nice resort that has everything you need within the resort. It is the dominant establishment in the area so not easy to visit friends staying in accommodation nearby.

Probably the best resort in Broome. Even if you aren't staying here, a visit to one of its restaurants is well worth the visit. You can catch a beautiful sunset while eating some great food.

It is set in the most beautiful gardens. The beach is right there at the front of this resort. Also the ambiance is wonderful.

It wasn't too bad. Too Be honest though, we stayed at the Mantra frangipani which was 1/3 the price and would easily get 6 stars out of 5 from my partner and myself. Aircon stopped working halfway through the night, wasn't mentioned that the pool was under service, and for the price, would have expected breakfast was included. Charging for $3 to use the washing machines on top was a bit of a joke.
Staff were friendly enough however and was close to cable beach and nearby great restaurants. Save yourself a few $$$ and try the mantra.

Cable Beach Resort Broome for Telethon 2016 Management ensured every detail of this lavish & busy event was well catered in every way. Setting up everything from the moment you got on or off the private jet. Special mention was the absolute beachfront 'feet in the sand' party. Not to forget the raising 450k over the weekend that was made effortless by this well drilled professional crew & the unbelievable generosity of the venue owners & invited guests. The newly refurbished garden rooms showcase Broome's cable beach trademark 'welcome home' smart yet relaxed fit-out, Truly Australian. Well done again crew & look forward to being back real soon…

Stayed there with my mates for a few nights and have an awesome time. Food was amazing and the spa gave us a great massage. Highly recommended!

My 2nd home! Words can't begin to describe how good the whole Broome experience is.

Perfect location but restaurant could be run so much better. Broome is a very quite and expensive place in January.

After a day of travelling from Melbourne we were tired and hungry. Went to the CBCR signature Japanese restaurant — decidedly average food. We returned to our room at around 9.00pm to be greeted by VERY loud music and voices from a wedding reception just outside. We contacted reception who initially said it would stop at 10.00pm, then after another call changed it to 11.00pm. Reception Staff were unapologetic and indifferent "It's a regular occurrence here". The music stopped at 11.00pm, but the drunk wedding guests kept the cacophony going with their own singing and shouting until after Midnight — 2.00am to us after allowing for the time change! To top it off at 6.00am the next morning we were woken to the lovely sound of a leaf blower outside our room. At $415.00 per night we expect to be able to sleep in comfort and peace. This business has an identity crisis — it needs to decide if it is an expensive resort or a Wedding Reception come Discotheque. Not impressed and no recommendation from me!

We landed Broome airport Boxing Day 2011. Surly staff from shuttle driver to reception. Thai restaurant food very ordinary. We got a complimentary drink each which we had to remind them of. Take this to Sunset Bar, well worth a look at least once. For $249 per night, we get 2 very good buffet breakfasts. Free Wi-Fi in rooms; again, you have to ask. 2 good pools; the family pool is more fun.

Yes, I believe it is badly run. We recently came in for lunch and asked for a hamburger but the waitress who attended to us was rude and seem like reluctant to serve us. When our lunch was brought out, I could see the lettuce leaves (with chicken satay) were several days old, I could not put my finger to it! (A photo was taken) How could you call this as a world class resort! I am very disappointed after coming all these way to check out the resort, good thing we stayed next door to them over the road.
