Wonderful room, great views and very well appointed, definitely recommend this gorgeous place.

Absolutely love staying here… it’s a favourite of not only mine but my children (15yo and 5yo). Staff are so friendly, rooms are gorgeous and lots of room! Caves Hotel next door for great meals and the beach is a short stroll. We won’t stay anywhere else.

Great location close to everything — Dunsborough, Yallingup Beach and all the wineries/attractions along Caves Road. Spacious modern apartments and beautiful gardens.

Stayed here over for 3 nights with the family. 2 bedroom apartment with really nice balcony. Walking distance to yallingup beach, caves and central drive to other great spots.
Accomodation was spacious and really nice.
Certainly recommend.

We had a most enjoyable visit, beautiful setting, accommodation was spacious, clean, well appointed and comfortable. Conveniently located to local tourist attractions. My grandson loved the birds that would visit our balcony each day!

Seashells is faultless! I cannot think of anything at all to complain about or would like changed. This is my second time here & the first was just as perfect. 5 stars.

We have always enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the area is perfect for hitting the Margaret River region.

We love staying at Yallingup, close to everything. Great for a quiet stay but as many people have stated the beds are the worst, very hard. Have gone home feeling very sore.

Rooms are ridiculously spacious. Very well equipped kitchen with microwave, cooktop and Nespresso machine. (Pods need to be purchased) Rooms have washer, dryer and ironing facilities. Couch is plush and comfortable. Bed is pretty decent for a hotel bed. I’ve stayed here a few times in different rooms and are always very clean. The carpet! Pretty much the only hotel where I’d happily walk around bare foot on the carpet without feeling a need to rewash my feet. Love staying here. Reception are always well mannered, if your checking in after hours the staff will make sure they leave you the keys in the late box and will sms you the code. Well managed.

Stayed 2 nights over weekend. Rooms were fantastic and clean. The location and view were amazing. Right next to Caves House Hotel. Our room had everything we needed, kitchen lounge, laundry, iron and ironing board, coffee. Coffee machine but had to pay for pods. The only thing we found was the hot water for showers was not very hot and foxtel had troubles with the footy chanel.

Great location, Kitchen facilities were good. Bed wasn't comfy. Had lots of mosquitoes in the bed room and bath room. Had a coffee machine but have to pay for the pods. Don't see much of the staff & not very talkative. Spider webs and mould also found in the apartment.

Clean and modern. All amenities we required.

Prettty hard to beat this. 1 bedroom apartment, very new and on the backdoor of Margs all for 250ish a night; it's a steal.

In a great position with very comfortable and well planned rooms. We really enjoyed our stay.

Apartments are well equipped, clean and well located close to the Yallingup beach (a 15 minute walk) and a short trip to Dunsborough. There are beautiful gardens right in front and the amenities of Caves House are right next door.

Superb room and great bed. Lovely gardens and a beautiful hotel next door with a pianist! Our meal there was beautiful too. Love Yallingup!

One of the best places in the world to relax and enjoy, close enough to everything you might want to see or do but secluded as well, magnificent gardens and grounds to wander and lose yourself.

Very comfy room, great location and LOVE the free movie selection for the quiet nights in.

Pure bliss, great scenic walk to the Beach and a great lively pub right next door.

We enjoyed our stay at the one bedroom apartment. Rooms are specious and well maintained with a great garden view. Could be a bit over priced around school holidays though!

Stayed here recently and the place was just superb. It was so nice on arrival to find out that we had been upgraded to a one bedroom apartment. You must have known we needed it after driving down from Pemberton where lets just say the accomodation left a lot to be desired. The whole villa there would have fit into the bedroom and bathroom of this apartment. It was so nice to have room to move and to open the doors out on to the beautiful gardens. Will definitely be back again.

Best place ever! not only we were upgraded but also got late checkout. We were on the garden wing … glorious gardens settings and a lovely walk to the beach definitely coming back all amenities clean and staff so very hospitable and friendly. Thanks for a lovely getaway.

Restful and peaceful (when pub music is not playing) Best place to stay and travel to M River and other locations.

Beautiful setting and gardens. Rooms are spacious and functional, but overpriced. Why include nepresso machines and then charge $1 a pod. For nearly $400 a night pods should be included along with better bathroom toiletries. Better options to stay at that price!

Great sized rooms. Lovely Bush setting, plenty of attractions close by. Very relaxing.

Adore this place! Such beautiful grounds, spacious rooms, excellent service, and the wonderful atmosphere of Caves House.

Best place to stay. Absolutely beautiful gardens to stroll through. Walk from your room to the magnificent Caves Hotel for a quiet beverage or entertainment and great food. Short walk to Yallingup beach. The rooms are excellent, large and extremely comfortable. The Balcony has the best views with birds sotting in trees nearby. Only thing that could improve it would be an infinity pool for summer.

We go to this serviced apartment complex at least twice a year, just to get away.

We stayed in a lower ground room with a verandah. The gardens were beautiful and it was just a short walk to Caves House Hotel for a meal or drink at the bar. The rooms themselves were very well appointed and you could easily self cater without difficulty. It is a great location with easy driving access to all of the sites in the region.

Great location. Tasting plate was fantastic, steak burger was tasty except for bun being burnt. Must admit it was nice to see something still serving food at 3pm.

We first arrived in the area in late 2005. We are on a working holiday around Australia, and having had a cleaning bussiness finding work is easy. The resort is on about 55 acres, and has 12 homesteads / 24 chales, a dividing door opens to create a 4 bed 2 bath home in the bush. The bird life is amazing, and at night there are possums, kangaroos and frogs galore. The night sky is just so full of stars and the air so clean. Having spent almost 2 seasons at the resort I have seen the wild flowers start in spring, then the long summer days only 5 mins. To geograph Bay or Yallingup Beach for a swim. Autumn is just like when I was a kid, the sun low in the sky, cool mornings and evenings. Winter finds me finding a cosy place to read and keep warm with a bush view. The rain on the tin roof is nanna nap making. There is so much to do here, it's like a theme park for adults. The food and wine, scenery, bush walks, coastal walks. Just living at reception with the van out back I feel like it's a holiday. No traffic lights and only 5k's to Dunsborough and the shops. It's now May 2008 and we hope to be here till January 2009 and I know I'll really miss this place like no other place I've lived in my entire life.
