Beautiful park with amazing facilities. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Big bonus was having help from the staff to park the van, I would have been lost without you and my daughter loved the playgrounds and heated pool. I cannot recommend Mandalay Holiday Park enough! the grounds were extremely clean & well looked after, staff very friendly & helpful. We stayed on a powered ensuite site & the ensuite was perfect & clean. My son had a great time & it's very well equipped for kiddies, almost a kids paradise! thanks for making our stay so enjoyable we will be back.

Never disappoints! Staff are always helpful and accommodating, park is always neat, tidy and gardens are beautiful. Oh! and Pete is "Da Bomb" (I promised him I would put that 😂)

We have just come back from a fabulous week on an ensuite site. Staff as always were exceptional! Great to arrive to a clean ensuite! Has to be my favourite park!

Had a wonderful weekend at this resort and they did not disappoint. Absolutely spotless. So many friendly and happy faces. The water slide kept the children (and adults) entertained. Hours of fun for children. Peaceful and so close to the beach. My only regret is that we could not stay longer. We will be back x.

We had the most wonderful family holiday at Mandalay, none of us wanted to leave. The staff were so amazing, friendly and helpful, they made us feel like it was our home away from home. The kids loved all the activities there and had so much fun. We can’t wait to come back for our next holiday and feel this will definitely be a once a year trip for the family, at the very least. Absolutely awesome for the whole family, thank you Mandalay 🤩☺️

Thank you for such an amazing stay! This place is truly amazing so many different playgrounds inside and out! The heated pool is amazing during winter, the staff were beyond amazing with our needs:) I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Definitely will be coming back this is our to go to place now :) thank you for such a wonderful time.

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to your cleaners and maintenance guys! We had issues with our tow vehicle, and had to hire a car (too small to tow the Silverline lol) so had to ask friends to come and collect caravan for us. Once down here, realised they didn’t have 12 pin plug — we had different connector, but between us, our friends and the maintenance guys — we sorted issue and got home safely — despite the horrendous weather. Thank you for going way above and beyond!

Great park with loads of extras! Playground and pool for the kids. Morning coffee van, food trucks and pastry van! Well maintained grounds and facilities. We will be back!

This is our first time at Mandalay. It’s really well maintained, nice caravan sites, beautiful pool area. Very friendly staff. Will be coming back.

First time staying here and we will definitely be back! Awesome pool area for all. Facilities were amazing and very clean. We had a chalet and everything was perfect. Beds were very comfy. Beach a few minutes walk. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would recommended staying here, you will not be disappointed!

It was a great first impression when we checked in and had our very own private assistant take us to our site and help us back our van in and get it in the right spot.
This place was heaven for kids! which makes it heaven for parents because we barely saw our kids!
I was very impressed with the hand sanitizer stations everywhere and around the kids playground.
loved the food trucks coming in however when we stayed we were expecting a burger truck the Saturday night so purposely had not bought food for dinner, only to find they cancelled at the last minute.

Clean and beautiful very spacious is best for family holiday.

Have so far stayed only one day. However, I have found the staff to be very friendly. The Chalets are modest but contain everything that you need. They are very clean and tidy.

It was the most prettiest park lve seen the pools indoor and outdoor amazing and the fire pits lit at night fantastic, the staff very helpful and very pleasant amenities soo clean
We cannot wait to come back loved it.

We have been to Mandalay twice in the past year and we are booked to go again later in the year. We love this place and our kids never want to leave. It’s clean, family friendly, a great atmosphere, amazing facilities and friendly staff. The units are clean and spotless and the staff are accommodating and helpful. The curfew on noise at night is fantastic for families and the food trucks they get in are delicious and varied. We will recommend Mandalay to all our friends!

A beautifully kept park with very friendly helpful staff. Wonderful swimming pools with great fun Resort atmosphere. Plenty to do here with a games room, TV and movies. Huge open playgrounds and jumping pillow for the kids to let all that energy out. Thanks so much for the Christmas Carol night and for inviting Santa along to sing with us. Highly recommend this beautiful park.

5 ⭐️ from the second we got here. The best staff! So happy and friendly! The kids are in heaven with the pool, slide, playground and the freedom to ride their bikes safely around the park. Impeccable grounds and our en-suite site was lovely and the bathroom was perfect. We will be back for sure! ❤️

Amazing holiday park! We can't fault anything here. Staff are super friendly and helpful, the parks upkeep is spot on and the activities for the kids to keep entertained is limitless. We love it and look forward our next visit. Thank you for having us!

Nice park. Good facilities. But $160 a night for grass really? And having to leave 2 days earlier because a family member passed away and not even get a credit towards rebooking again. Under tragic circumstances absolutely no compassion so lost $320. Not expected cash but only credit to come back. So not coming back Bye.

Until you relax your clause on periods of stays in the 2 weeks prior to Xmas controlling when you can begin your stay. As a single father taking his daughters camping every year at the same time. I won’t be in a hurry to call Mandalay.

Was a great resort. We stayed in a power tent. Extremely clean everywhere. Showers were great. The kids absolutely loved it. It’s very safe, the kids just went on scooters everywhere. They had a movie night yesterday and food and coffee vans everyday. The only criticism I have if any is that they need to have two inflatable pillows or age restrictions. My stepdaughter came of twice crying because of older boys playing British Bulldog. Apart from that would highly recommend and will definitely go back.

Tops of the class … very clean and well managed… indoor pool and flued BBQ to die for … short walk to the beach excellent even in winter … most excellent stay in no 20 chalete. Staff were super friendly… so excited to bring our teenage kids back after there toddler years for fond memories and a trip down memory lane… unfortunately we had Reno's next door early morning thru to Arvo in our 3 day stay. With the memorable inflatable bouncy pillow out of action for our once in a life time getaway unawares of works schedule for our time away… bit disappointed but still enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, well maintained, green sites, many trees. The staff are very friendly, great facilities, awesome pool/spa/slide. Food trucks for breakfast and dinner as well great activities for kids. The only down side is that the powered sites are a bit small and haphazardly organised. Everyone a bit packed in with no walk paths. Also, lots of chalets.

We stayed in a cabin, was lovely new and fresh. For those with kids, there’s a seperate telly in parents room, indoor pool is warm enough even on cooler days, plenty of playgrounds, kids movies on certain nights, food trucks for dinners and breakfast, overall such a great place for families! ♥️

We just enjoyed a fantastic long weekend in one of the 3 bedroom cabins.
4 adults and 2 kids, we were very comfortable in the spotlessly clean, well equipped and quite spacious cabin. We've stayed in 100's of tourist parks across Australia and I can easily rank this as one of the very best, elite in facilities, grounds, care, friendliness… the list could go on! The owners / managers clearly love this place, as will anyone that visits. We will be back to try out the nice shady camping grounds, as we heard from other campers that the public facilities were also spotless and lovely. Gorgeous gardens, fabulous for kids with lots to do!
