I travel all over Australia for business and this place is excellent, Great Service! The rooms are modern and clean and the room rate is actually too cheap! The restaurant is hands down the best I have been to while travelling for work! The food is awesome and well priced, I will be back just to try the rest of the menu!

Clean and well kept rooms. Customer service was top notch and Ryans Resturant was easily one of the best ive ever been too! will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely amazing. Highly recommended. Great prices and menu and food is amazing. Room service was great but the restaurant also looked inviting. Staff more then happy to help and very covid safe and awareness is high. Can park your car by your door also which is great. Plenty or parking. Over all 10/10 will definitely be back. The noise coming from the shower of the 4 guests in the room next door was horrendous. It was frequent and lengthy. We could not sleep when it happened. It generally occurred at 945pm and 0500am, sounded similar to a light jet on the other side of the wall, not good.

Great friendly staff, clean and tidy room, well kept property and the restaurant serves great food.

My family of 5 have recently moved to Hopetoun from Karratha (originally QLD) and have stayed in ALOT of accomodation the past 2 years. This place was hands down the best place we have stayed! Great price! SO clean, the best shower I think we have ever had (and my hubby is so picky with his showers! ) We even had the luxury of room service and the best steak we have had in a LONG time! Great, friendly service! We will be frequent visitors of Ace when we come back for our shopping trips! Thank you SO much for our stay, was an absolute pleasure for us!

Great place to stay the friendly service and meals are the best in Albany I try come here for Anzac Day or about April love this place.

It’s a nice place to stay away for a couple of nyts nice an close to town the restaurant is beautiful an also friendly staff food taste great as well.

The beds are very comfortable and the the food at their Ryan's restaurant is very good. Service is also exemplary.

We booked in for a dinner. It was a very pleasant atmosphere with excellent service. The food was fresh, beautifully prepared, and tasty. A nice drinks menu that has a good balance of favourites and local picks.

The place was spotlessly clean. The beds was comfy. They have a restaurant but didn't have the time to eat there. Really close to Albany city. 3mins drive top. Don't expect any sceneries around there but overall the place is really nice.

Staff was helpful in booking process. Originally booked a room via an online booking website. Yet, did not get the room that we wanted as it was for Christmas day. Contacted the motel directly and was able to book the wanted room directly and cancelled the online booking. Location is excellent and quite central. The room is clean and neat. The room that we had has a spa in the bathroom. Very nice for a motel. On the negative side: — Aircon is only on one room even though it is a two bedrooms unit. — There is no microwave to heat up food. Good place to stay if you only need basic accommodation for a night or two. If you are staying for more than two nights, better finda place somewhere else.

Only has dinner in the restaurant. Lovely service and atmosphere, however very average food. Steak was flavorless and over cooked while seafood tasted cheap and shop bought.

Very cute quiet location situated on the main road into Albany city centre. Clean tidy rooms that will require an update soon.

Nice and easy to find, the staff are friendly, the food is good and the room is good, the car park is a little bit small otherwise a very good place to stay. I will stay here again when I visit again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Ace Accommodation in Albany. The staff were friendly and helpful, the meals A1 and the bedroom was well appointed and the bed comfortable. When in Albany next time I will stay at the Ace. Rating — 10 out of 10.

Overall very nice accommodation, walls are quite thin though so you can hear your neighbours.

Staying here on a tour and it’s a lovely place to stay. Only things missing are fly screens on all windows. A shelf in the shower to put you stuff on and a power point near the kettle. Nice and cosy rooms with plenty of space which I like. Very friendly staff and very clean.

Redone everything apart from the toilet. Ok setup Walls paper thin. Family with kids next door, could hear them chat and shout. Went to Ryan's Restaurant (not yet listed on Google) would give this place also 3 stars Bruschetta — Nice Calamari — Done well, not too chewy Pork Belly — Ok Steak Mignon — Asked for medium. Came well done and the quality of the meat was for the price awful $45.50 and another $8.50 for 4 garlic prawns I expect a perfectly done steak not the rubbish I was served. Didn't have dessert Wine poor selection we had a SSB from Denmark, Due South. Awful quality. 2017.

Overall it’s good, but the shower won’t make you happy, it turns from hot to cold unexpectedly several times while you are having a shower, also being a family of four only 2 shampoo bottles were there for us and 2 hair conditioners (really small ones), so we had to shop for shampoo and conditioner which is unusual experience for us and was’t very nice.

Better than expected. Room service was much more efficient than the restaurant. Rooms are fabulous.

Very polite staff, were very accommodating with guests and their needs and were diligent in providing early check in, good Wi-Fi, clean rooms, sadly restaurant was closed on the night I stayed.

Our investigators often travel around Australia and after their day's work, need somewhere relaxing and nice to wind down. The room was clean, however the bed was dipped (Mattress) which could have done with turning over, the tap in bathroom leaked all over the vanity overnight and soaked the bag of toiletries and the meal ordered (Pork Belly) was cold. Although a complaint was made, nothing was offered to remedy it. Not happy, wont recommend ever nor stay here again. Its a shame as reviews sounded good which is why we chose it, but its nothing like the pictures advertised, at least the room our investigator was in, was not.

Was pretty clean and cosy. Had more or less everything you need for overnight stay.

The room is as expected clean comfortable but it no longer offers the buffet breakfast which I most enjoyed.

I have stayed numerous times. As a rep. Comfort and friendly staff and nice rooms make living away from home for a week are very important to me.
It has been 6 years or so and stay here every 3 to 4 times a year. Wouldnt consider going anywhere else.

The lady at reception was very friendly and recommended a few places for us to have dinner. The room is very clean and pleasant. Can see that the place is very well maintained. Will stay again if I ever visit Albany in future.

Ryan's bar and bistro on site has very nice food, breakfast and dinner only with fresh fish caught locally by the motel owners I think. They carry local wines on their wine list. The Ace Motor Inn is an old established set of units but with some new decor, however, the toilet and shower areas are old fashioned and cold. It's cheap but cheerful accommodation and the staff are always very friendly and willing to go beyond to help out.

Good value. Comfy rooms. I've heard the restaurant is good value.

Best place you can stay with friendly staff and the Best chef you can have that create some wonderful meals that you can afford.

Stayed prior to Easter and after, 12th-18th April, we where offered a DELUXE room bcause all other rooms where fully booked apparently, a DELUXE room gets you a king size bed and a freshly painted old room and thats it, we would have moved on but the whole of Albany was booked out due to the school holidays plus the Albany Race Cup, thats why we were there for mainly, I understand its a motel and thats what it is, $148 first two nights then $185 for the remaining four nights (premium because of Easter) not bad for a living, streuth? Firstly the shower was useless, it went from hot to cold and back again continuously, Wifi-Internet was non existent absolutely hopeless, Breakfast was ordinary $19 ea, Bain mares where not replenished regularly, we had dried out scraps, asked for poached eggs which arrived like boiled eggs, I assume microwave job, coffee pot near empty, enough for 1-1/2 cups, no white bread, Dinner, Roast of the day, pork was good, but the veggies where rock hard, the steak burger was excellent though, Rooms made up every second day (fair enough) no bath towels second day, tea towel first day but not any other day, no milk capsules until the second last day?

Room very nice, good size. Room service only on Monday night though. Also Very noisy water hammer from room 26 shower next door. Would be upsetting if they were early riser or late showers. Otherwise, staff were excellent.

Cosy roomy loved it. Staff were so helpful breakfast was great. I would stay again. We had a king room. Was big enough to bring our Porta cot.

From the outside it looks like a nice place to stay, while everything was clean and bedding was nice to sleep in it seemed a little dated and could use a bit of a face lift. Water pressure and heat from the shower was great. For someone who was travelling with children it made it difficult to stay all in one room so we had to share the rooms between the 4 of us, also with that being said, it was strange to not see a microwave in the room. Also while there is free Wi-Fi, it lasts from 200 mins only once its activated.

Very clean and tidy. The food in the restaurant was really good as weel. It surprised me and my wife as we didn't expect such a nice place. I recommend.

ACE MOTEL deserves a great write up. My wife and I are currently here and have to say that if you are looking for excellent value accommodation in Albany you can't go wrong booking into ACE MOTEL. The staff are very friendly, room is clean n tidy. Food, good old fashioned plain cooking and a good serve. Not to far from the CBD. John the owner who took over ACE last year is doing a great job, he is a very hard worker, not surprising considering his past life was on the farm. John keep up the good work, thanks for an enjoyable stay.

The room was fine. Spacious, air conditioned (hot and cold), plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk (all replaceable for free at reception) and a nice, hot, powerful shower. The Wi-Fi was terrible, unfortunately. 2 hour 'chunks' of access that you have to ask for at reception, and even when logged on the service was absolutely dreadful. It was at least 10x faster to use our 3G! We didn't use the restaurant, but $16 for a breakfast buffet sounded alright in theory. The location is good if you are driving, but I wouldn't like to walk to Albany town centre as it was too far for that. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, so no complaints there.

Big clean rooms, excellent friendly staff and the cheapest in town. Great value for money. Chicken parmigiana in the restaurant was also good after a long day on the road.

They know how to look after clients. I travel around wa country and could not speak highly enough of the friendly service. Highly recommend it.
