The owners have created a truly amazing place to relax. The cabin is absolutely perfect with every luxury imaginable. It's just stunning with lots and lots of high quality and thoughtful touches. I can't praise it highly enough. Awesome!

Three Kings is an amazing getaway spot. Close to Melbourne, it has to be the most luxurious accommodation I've ever struck at a B&B. Brian and Julie have thought of everything. The units are well appointed and lack nothing. Ideal location for a romantic break.

We could not have asked for a better way to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing weekend away from the city, 3 Kings is the place to be.

My husband & I chose 3 Kings B&B to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and I am so happy that we made the perfect choice! Brian was so helpful & enthusiastic during the booking process. We booked the indulgence package an added an additional night, three nights in total. On arrival we were welcomed to Chandon on ice & chocolates, plus background music playing. The room is decorated lovely, is very spacious, with separate lounge, kitchen area which leads out to balcony which offers great views, is set off street and feels private. The large bathroom included a corner spa. It was apparent that Brian & Julie have an eye for detail and the property was very clean. The breakfast hamper was very generous in variety as was the BBQ hamper, which also provided us a couple of meals as there were so many goodies included! Brian chauffeured us to dinner at Bulong Estate, which was a lovely touch. Our package also included a winery tour with lunch plus a massage and facial each. The property is within walking distance to shops, cafés yet felt private and was very quiet. Julie & Brian are the perfect hosts as they were professional and friendly but gave us our space, however were approachable should we have needed anything. We adored our stay so much that I purchased my parents a gift voucher for Christmas to experience 3 Kings B&B and I'm confident they'll love it as much as we did!

From the moment we opened the door of our unit we were greeted by the welcoming fire, the tasteful décor and fittings, especially the romantic spa in the lounge, continued to impress us. We absolutely loved our stay. The picturesque surroundings made for a very relaxing weekend, we will definitely be going back again.

Spent 4 days in the Yarra Valley and stayed at 3 Kings for three nights. The webite and Face book photos actually "match" the property in fact it is better in the flesh! We stayed in unit number one, it had every luxury, big TV and spa, king size bed, coffee machine and even a washing machine and dryer. Check out the gas log fire as well very very cosy. We had a breakfast hamper placed in our fridge and it was full of local fresh produce and heaps to eat. I would highly recommend this place it is absolutely worth its 5 star rating and is positioned centrally in the Yarra Valley.
