Lovely location. Kids really enjoyed playing in the river! Will visit again!

Quaint and close to shops, bars, etc. Cabins were clean and basic. Great resources for kids.

Great scenic, mountain village, caravan park with cabins. Reasonably priced. Cosy (snug), clean. The woman at the desk however was argumentative. The boom gate started operating 2 days into our stay and she was rather obnoxious when asked to supply the pin to exit the park (yes EXIT! ).

Yes, the location is amazing, the views are great, but the service is bloody ridiculous! 1 car per cabin! Ok, some cabins have only one spot, so it makes sense, but some others, the big ones for two families have more space than for 1car! Therefore, without being able to explain herself, she just shuts you up regadless of your ability to carry things. Its not her business to make your stay be pleasent. No customer service, so its 1 star from me, for ruining my holiday before even starting it. All she could have said was "sure, come in both, but once you unload, please, 1 car must leave, as it is OH&S issue. Felt sick from that service. Answering: I showed you on the map, that vehicle that was supposed to be behind our cabin, was in between cabins. So the spot behind our cabin was empty. I don't ask you to "put us at risk by "blocking " the pass for emergency vehicles". I asked to put the car at the specially allocated spot. The othet "4 cars that was asking you same favor " did not have extra spot in between cabins like we did. When you realized that I was making more sense then you, (even showng you the map to prove my point), that's when you shut me up by "you agreed on email/terms/blah blah". And yes, I had to park my car all the way at the shopping centre as even from there it was closer to carry my heavy belongings. I understand small cheap 1 family cabins, but these time we paid for 2 families, almost twice more. Still only 1 car you would let in. No common sense.

Stayed in a donga type cabin. Clean enough. Has reasonable bedding and for what I was there for was suitable. Actual cabins very nice with ample room for 2-4 people. Surrounding setting beautiful. Close to restaurants pub bakery fuel ect. Would go back for sure.

Very happy with our stay. We booked a powered site. We found the bathrooms to be very clean, there was lots of fun things for the kids to do (ages 1, 4 and 5) and the grounds were well kept and just beautiful! Such a beautiful, short walk to town to the super market or bakery and cafe.

Very family friendly site, a lot activities for the kids on site. Close to everything (walking distance). Managed by lovely people.

A lovely caravan park, with a stream winding its way through which is perfect for paddling in on hot days. Walking distance to everything in town (and a very short walk at that). Highly recommended.

It was a very nice place with adequate provisions. The area was nice and quite as well.

The host at reception was very pleasant and welcoming. The cabin was very tidy and well stocked with coffee, tea, etc. The location of the camping ground to the town was perfect everything was within walking distance.

Beautiful setting, been visiting here for a few years now, cabins could do with an update.

Close to town, can buy ice and fire wood on site, on the river, nice atmosphere. Toilets and showers could do with a facelift.

The people are very friendly. The progress that has been made after the shocking event on Feb 9th is absolutely incredible, without a doubt. I would tell everyone to come to Marysville and help to keep the amazing momentum going. Well done all the residents of Marysville.

It's such an amazing place I loved deeply! Just one thing maybe the shops closing to early!

Beautiful Caravan Park. Friendly staff working there and helpful. We stay for a night but we should have stay longer. Marysville is a lovely small town too.

I only went there to use the toilets and I found them to be clean and a great relief!

One of the best and clean caravan parks. Me (dad) and the boys (11 & 9) spent a couple of nights in Marysville Caravan Park this week, to give mom a relax time. We added this to our one of the favorites places and really enjoyed the stay. I was going to stay on Sunday and Monday, but with the rainy weather forecast, I asked the owners whether I can postpone to stay on Tuesday and Wednesday. Christine (I believe) without any hesitation allow us to come on Tuesday which helped us hugely to spend a really good time in Marysville. Thanks Christine. The amenities are well looked after and kept clean. The park is very family friendly. There are several fire pits, but all booked out even on off seasons so if allowed you better take your own fire pit. The kitchen is small but have all the required facilities like fridge, gas stove, sink with hotwater and dishwashing liquid and BBQ. The jumping pillow was also an entertainment for the kids. The town was fabulous. Small but relaxing. This is a must visit location for anyone looking for a relaxing family break.

Amenities were well kept. Staff were clean and friendly. The river was nice to listen to while you sat by the fire place and got warm. Good location, walking distance to the city centre.

A great vista and get away. The creek and surrounding bushland is great and the black spur drive I'd refreshing and exhilarating too.

Beautiful caravan park. Slowly build back up after devastated by bush fire back in 2009. Love to come back.

Beautiful little town and very close to the alpine ski resorts. Lake mountain is a 30 min drive for famil snow play and tobogganing. The caravan park is positioned along a beautiful creak with fire pits. Super market is directly behind the park and a bakery 5 min away. I highly recommend staying here.
