Let me begin with the Management for starters… Disgustingly rude and no customer focus. No wanting to resolve customer complaints and are rascist. It is very sad that you pay high prices to then not be able to stay at the property. We arrived late Friday night to find the door to the Villa wide opened. We certainly realised very quickly why with the putrid smell we walked into from what was possibly strong cooking odours that had stained into everything. The windows leaked and had old mould on the walls, shower leaked and the range hood kept falling apart. The smell alone was so bad that part of our party were unable to stay at the property even with the door being left open for the whole 2 days we were booked. No staff around for us to complain to and then when we tried to address our concerns on check out we were met with a very rude staff member who was swearing, wouldn't provide her name and then asked me to leave the property when I advised her I would be reviewing on Social Media. Stay away. Plenty of other lovely properties available in the area that are better priced and have much friendlier staff running them.
