Timboon Tiny Homes

We stayed at the Tiny Homes during a long trip after semi-retirement and cannot rate them better. Self-contained cabin that was so clean and comfortable. It is very small so only room for a couple, maybe an infant in a bassinet, but not large enough for a family.

We stayed here during our Great Ocean Rd Roadtrip.
The tiny home was clean, cosy and well equipped. We especially enjoyed sitting in the back deck listening to all the wildlife whilst enjoying the peace and serenity of Timboon. Highly recommend 👌

My husband and I spent 3 nights in the Tiny Home in Timboon. The place was gorgeous and had everything we needed for those 3 days. The place was very clean and very modern. We were walking distance to many things… the whisky distillery, cafes and the wonderful ice cream place. Highly recommend! 👍👍

Stayed there in the first week of September for a couple of nights. Fantastic couple of days the tiny apartments were not tiny in my opinion. Lovely deck, lounge / kitchen had heating, nice bathroom and bedroom. Presented beautifuly. Highly recommended. Also the Timboon distillery is 200 metres down the path past the icecreamery. Nice to watch the wildlife. I intend to go back.

Had a lovely stay in a Timboon tiny home. It was in a great location, lovely view, very clean, nicely appointed and spacious despite being tiny. Great air flow for warmer weather, but would be cosy in cool weather. Hot plates/pans enabled us to cook one night which we liked. Would be very happy to return.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Mint tiny home hosted by Caroline. The host was easy to communicate with and the home itself was very clean and well kept, looks exactly like the pictures and has a really cozy vibe, the location is also very good for if you want to do great ocean road/12 apostle related activities, would definitely recommend staying here!

I stayed in MINT one of the three gorgeous tiny houses. What a delight tucked in the green valley in Timboon. Toasty warm with TV, great linen, beautiful soaps and shampoo, muesli and coffee all on this squeaky clean little house that is beyond expectation on the inside while blending into the environment from outside. A gem in Timboon.

We had a wonderful weekend in Timboon. The Tiny Homes are well located and appointed. Highly recommend for a stay in Timboon and make sure you visit the ice creamery and Distillery while there.

A lovely place to stay. Perfect for exploring the rail trail — we especially loved the walk upstream from Curdie siding through the forest. The 12 Apostles bike ride to Port Campbell via Schultz’s organic dairy was also fabulous. And we had whiskey and our complimentary ice cream as a reward for the uphill, before sleeping soundly in the super comfy bed. 🚴🏼‍♀️🚴🏼

We loved our little apartment and we kinda wished we spent more time there as part of our great Ocean road drive!
Has everything you need and it's very comfy and clean. Super quiet (it's noisy when you arrive with the birds but you can't hear them at all once you're in your lodge! )
They provide you with bits for granola breakfast.
You also get two free ice cream vouchers but we didn't time our visit well enough, fools we are!

Spent four nights, stayed in MINT (unit name). The unit was excellent in all aspects, high quality unit, with all you need to have a very pleasant stay.
Spotlessly clean an a great view from the deck. All communications with the host were excellent an very friendly. I will be returning in the near future for another pleasant stay in Timboon.

Timboon is gorgeous. I had a few days there a week ago, and took a walk along the rail trail, and sampled some of the awesome flavours from the ice creamery. The whisky distillery has great food for a long lunch as well. We stayed in the the 'Raspberry' time home down from the ice creamery, and it was perfect! Super comfortable bed, everything you need in what really was the size of a good hotel room, and beautifully presented. The hosts were super helpful and lovely people. Thoroughly recommend this as the best place to stay in Timboon!

I stayed at Timboon Tiny Homes over December 2021 with my partner, and we had a wonderful stay! The tiny house was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully and thoughtfully furnished. The location is fantastic — right next to Timboon Fine Ice Cream and a short walk to Timboon Railway Shed Distillery. Timboon is a town well worth visiting in its own right — charming, at the heart of the 12 Apostles Food Artisans Gourmet Trail, and a short drive to some fantastic beaches on the Great Ocean Road. A Highly recommended stay!

I feel very fortunate. I had two nights booked as Melbourne exited a lockdown in mid-November. How wonderful to travel through the Western District and find this beautiful little Tiny Home waiting for me. A real destination while experiencing all the nearby coast line has to offer. Such a gorgeous contemporary interior surrounded by a lovely environment. It suited me to a T. I loved the little chill-out deck which was made even more enjoyable thanks to some Fine Ice Cream. Wow and Yum!
