Perfect location for a winter overnight getaway. The staff from the moment we arrived were attentive and friendly. The welcome drink on arrival and hand made chocolates in the room are nice touches. The accommodation is modern, clean with lovely linens. The day spa experience was amazing thanks to the best signature facial by Carly. The day spa atmosphere is beautifully relaxing and the products used have beautiful botanic aromas and a luxury feel. The muse restaurant for both dinner and breakfast was faultless with fresh produce and awesome triple cooked chips. Only negative was a limited selection of vegetarian mains. The cellar door had a nice environment with open fireplace and generous tastings. A visit to the tower and art gallery top off a special overnight luxury experience.

We stayed in the new beautiful hotel… hard to find any negative about the entire place. Great service with excellent wines. Try Nero D'Avola, Premium Shiraz and the amazing 2011 Museum Riesling.

Hotel had stains on floor & linen in room. Muse restaurant meals very poor & overpriced. Lamb rack had only 1 chop with burnt eggplant that looked like black tar & tasted just as bad. Had chicken the next night & that was very plain with no flavour. Needs dining service inside rooms at hotel.
