A pleasant stay in a rather ambiguous town. Having missed my train during a layover this was a rather late same day booking made at near 2pm. I was provided a room on the bottom floor, and the open plan of it all took me a litttle by surprise. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. You can expect metropolitan standards with wonderful simplistic and modern decor. My only issue was trying to finesse the heater as this was july (winter). The trick is to press in the power card that comes with your room key just with a gentle pressure till you here a click or feel the key engage. Then your heater will run swimmingly. The staff were friendly, polite, and really went out of their way to answer my queries. Overall a pleasant stay for a last minute reservation due to unforeseen circumstances.

Superb hospitality and service and food. Actually a lovely WARM heated pool& spa. Luxurious new bathroom. Highly recommended.

I stayed there for a week during a work trip. The rooms were nice and cleaned, got serviced every day. The bed was comfy and I loved the big bathroom. The location was super handy with all the restaurants adjacent to us. I would stay there again.

Great location for city centre and all the food and drinks that go with it. The room and bathroom are just a cut above the average and tip top for a county town. Will stay again.

Clran and comfortable room. Bathroom looks like it has just been updated. Receptionist was out getting coffee everytime we went in there. Pool was very dirty would not swim in there. Health risk. Otherwise nice.

Julie meets every need with a warm friendly welcoming smile. Helpful in every way. Neat tidy immaculately clean room. We will be back.

Great hotel, great staff, tight in the middle of town so close to everything and even Netflix on the TVs which comes very handy when there’s bugger all on free TV!

Great central location with very welcoming staff. The large rooms and newly renovated bathrooms are quiet and comfortable.

Dirty old rooms and dirty unheated pool. Spa is very cold and you are woken up each morning by the squeeking roller door going up. Bed springs stab you in the back and forget about using the pillows! Had 2 rooms paid for 4 people. Another family had 2 rooms 4 people and paid for 3. Work that out? Rude management who dont fix anything that is broken. Had to push the spare bed against the door due to the lock not working. Was told "its getting renovated in June so not going to worrie about it ". Will never stay here again. Complained to Management and was told to F&$k Off. Check this place before you book in and pay! Beware!

This is probably 1 of the best Motels we've stayed in, spacious, recently refurbed and a very reasonable rate! Being in the centre of town it's within walking distance to pretty well much everything. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this to travellers!
