I stayed at the Frankston International motel twice in the Queen Spa apartment. The room is spacious and luxurious and has a balcony. The spa is relaxing. The staff are accommodating and welcoming. The price is good value as it comes with a cooked breakfast which was delicious. Defintely recommend!

Had my birthday bash in the panorama room and Phil the owner couldn't do enough when setting up nothing was a problem to get it how we wanted it.
Bar staff were amazing, food was great and the whole event went 100% to plan thanks to all the staff involved. Highly recommend anyone to have their event here.

We had a wonderful night celebrating my husband's birthday in the Panorama room on Saturday 15th May. Could not recommend the venue highly enough. Bar Staff Bec and Linda were amazing on the night and the owner Phil could not do enough for us to make our event so special 🙂

The room was old. Lumpy noisy innerspring mattress with a burn hole in the sheet. 1 ply toilet paper. Got bitten by something under the covers in bed and crickets crawling up the curtains. Everything I expected from grotty Frankston.

Feels old even with new paint job. Power points in strange positions — under ledge pointing towards floor. Beds uncomfortable. Painted spa needs repeated topping up while using. Can hear what people on floor above are doing.

The accommodation is clean and comfortable, the food in the restaurant is fantastic.

I had the pleasure of holding my 90th Birthday Party at the Frankston International Motel on the afternoon of Saturday the 4th of January 2020. Both the Panorama and Liardet Rooms were utilised with the Formalities taking place in the Panorama Room. Without prompting, I received countless words of praise from the Guests for the food, both in Gourmet quality and in quantity, plus for the friendly Professional Service of all Host and Staff Members including Phil, Lynda, Kim, Sharon and Tania. I feel certain that all 130 Guests thoroughly enjoyed the Event … THANK YOU Frankston International!

Absolutely fabulous. The food was 1st class. The staff were brilliant… oh and the Company was spectacular.

Would have given 5 star rating but forgot to mention to staff that there was a cockroach on bed when we arrived… no biggie, lm not scared of a cockroach. Towels like kleenex tissues. Had to go home for dressing gowns as heater not adequate. High price for a low grade motel. Give it a go… no worries fil, were happy to leave as place is like a compound. No luxury about this place… dog or no dog, cockroaches remain. Fix the heating at least!

Staff were incredibly friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the area 5 stars for the staff. However the restaurant made multiple error with our meal at the only table in use in the restaurant. The rooms were average but adequate, but the condiments supplied supplied in the room were many months out of date. Very quiet for such a large motel.

Friendly service, great breakfast included. Good value for $162. Wish they had Foxtel though, instead of the two in-house movie channels.

Very disappointed the room was ok, needs a 're vamp it still looks like it's in the 80s/90s. Web sites not updated. Reception was nice but thay couldn't find a bathrobe like stated on my booking. Don't think I will be staying there again … when manager states she forgot to put the mini bar back in and bathrobs use the reason that not back in the room was because she had construction workers there 21 days out of the mth … Hmmmmm.

Stayed there Easter Sunday, surprised at quietness of room considering location. Our bed was uncomfortable but the lady on reception, sorry forgotten her name, fixed the problem with providing a doona to put under sheets. The mattresses were new but very much like sleeping on a trampoline. Breakfast was ok, chef had limited supplies to cook. He made up for it with a buttered hot cross bun. Bathroom recently renovated to a good standard, a coat of paint in the walls in room would make all the difference. Enjoyable stay.

Clean and comfortable. The staff were great and Taggarts Restaurant does a fantastic buffet cooked breakfast.

Surprisingly quiet hotel for the position. Very comfortable beds, great staff, clean, good breakfast, loved the spa. It's hard to fault this hotel.

Quick overnight stay was enjoyable bed was a bit uncomfortable breakfast was nice lovely receptionists.

These guys have written the rules on hospitality! It is absolutely outstanding service, from the gentleman at the front desk to all the staff. Included breakfast was way above and beyond what you would expect a hotel in this category to provide. Can't recommend highly enough, outstanding!

Convenient and clean rooms; don't expect fancy but it is a good value for money hotel.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff are wonderful, but the walls are very thin and I did not sleep a wink thanks to the people in the next room. The breakfast is very good though.

Although the staff were friendly on arrival I cannot see how this Motel can call themselves International! The place is very run down and more like a re-development site awaiting! The room was clean but everything outdated. Our stay was a Sunday night and the restaurant wasn't open so we had to seek out alternatives. Not the greatest value for money, but where our room was it was quiet considering it's on a main road.

The location is great… few minutes walk from the beach as well as the train station. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The room was clean and had everything I needed and more. Free Wi-Fi etc.

We had a family room, which was of reasonable size. Room was a little old, but in good condition. There were ants in the room. Breakfast had a wide variety of warm foods, but cereals selection was fairly basic. Reception staff was very friendly.

Location is not bad walking easy distance from shops. Rooms very dated but clean. Overall outside appearance of the hotel leaves a bit to be desired though with nesting birds around external stairways and faded old signage etc. Restaurant offered a small buffet breakfast which while not a big range was sufficient for me and hot foods cooked well. Check in check out pretty easy, pain free and friendly.

Stayed for work and I didn't book. They give it a good try but the whole place needs a refit. A/C was broken in winter too!

Location suited us… staff great… room was clean and facilities great. Free Wi-Fi an advantage. This was our second stay and will do so next time we are visiting the Mornington peninsula… no complaints whatsoever…

Everything was ok. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Place is a little old and the paint does not always hide the age well. Local area was entertaining. Walk to the shopping centre and saw a heated domestic dispute, an arrest and someone needing medical attention. These were 3 separate incidents.

Very clean, comfortable rooms. And absolutely lovely staff! Made us feel so welcome. Great food as well and great pricing for everything. Sorry for being noisy in our room but im glad they were s o and nice calm about it will definitely be back for future melbourne shenanigans haha thanks again

From the moment we arrived, Nathan ensured we were welcomed and settled. We had a beautifully clean room, fantastic breakfast and the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay.

Took my beautiful wife to our Valentines Dinner there and were very impressed by the quality of service and "the food was to doe for" complemence to the chef! Was so Good that we are planning to eat there mothers day! Live music would have topped it off!

They are fantastic here I feel right at home there very friendly staff very helpful rooms are amazing.

Good little motel, vary friendly staff. Right in Frankston. Rooms are pretty out dated though. But a Good place to spend a night.

Friendly reasonably priced accommodation. Don't be put off by its external appearance which is not the best. Rooms are quite nice and clean. Good value freshly 'cooked to order' breakfast.

I'm in awheel chair. And the had the perfect room. Diabled Bathroom. The staff were really helpful & nice. Ad a great stay.

Although we arrived very late we were looked after very well by Joshua & ended up with a beautiful spa suite at a discount rate. Thankyou. Lets hope they get a cancellation for tonight so we can stay another night. :)

The Frankston International provided my now husband and I with the best wedding I could've asked for! All staff members were very lovely and gave us the time of our lives! Love both Lynda and Josh! Not to mention the vegetarian menu was phenomenal! We highly recommend this venue to anyone!
