I am finding the Quest at Bundoora very relaxing and close to restaurants.

5 star service, friendly and inviting.

Exceptional level of comfort and style, like a home away from home. The staff have also been the most professional and personal that I've had the pleasure of engaging with.

I had very good experience staying in this hotel: clean, modern, comfortable and well positioned but… the best part is… staff and customer's service. The hotel provide free shuttle service: *pick up and drop off from/to airport. *shuttle to get you to work in the morning if you don't have your car with you. Lovely ladies went extra mile to accommodate my need start my work from 7am. They came 30 min earlier than they usually start to make sure I was in time for my shifts Thank you.

The management at Quest Bundoora were extremely cheerful, understanding, and made my stay very relaxing for my wedding weekend.

The best place I've stayed in so far. Very modern and clean. Great service and good mini bar in rooms. Very comfortable beds.

Comfy beds, showers nice & hot with good water pressure. Clean, tidy & well kept furnishings. Exc facilities with dishwasher, washer, dryer, aircons & TV in bedrooms. Within easy walk to restaurants, cafes & local mall. If we were out this way again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here.

Very expensive thin walls and now it is only card no cash accepted. So guys your folding cash is useless here make sure your credit card is loaded up for room charge and for deposit.

Fantastic stay. The rooms are immaculate, staff friendly, bed comfortable… what more could you ask. Vibrant area with fantastic food.

In terms of the facilities beds service etc all fine. The major disappointing thing for me was internet quality and the phone reception was a big deal and don’t think I would come back as it impacted my productivity.

Very nice apartments with big comfortable beds. Not very good telstra coverage for phones.

Relatively clean. Great location. Friendly staff. A practical option if you have work/people to visit down this end of town. No room service, cafes, restaurants, gym, pool etc. Although these services are at walking distance but nothing on site.

My 3 bedroom place was big and the beds were really comfortable. The room had 2 bathrooms, a washer/dryer and all the appliances I needed for a 5 person family. The reason I only gave 3 stars is because the underground parking is too low for most 4WDs which would be fine if they offered another secure carpark but they dont. The Wi-Fi was slow but it worked.

Highly recommend staying here. Staff and management are truly amazing. You won't regret staying it's amazing.

Nice conference room. Did not have any reception staff when we arrived and a room change made it difficult for some members to find the function.

I dtayed in room 407b. I found the room to be clutered with an excess of furniture. An ironing board which lent against the wardrobe and most things showing signs of being well used. The shower head would not hold a position. The room was not well sound proofed from the adjoining room as I was awoken at 10.30 with his long phone conversation. The room was very clean and staff very friendly. Would I stay again, probably not.

Stayed for 2 night work related, was a lovely apartment, comfy huge bed, clean. Please put an extra carton of milk in the room, could have done with one more for the morning. Would deff stay again.

Very spacious and well appointed. Staff were helpful and very thoughtful — including Easter Eggs for the kids!

We used the conference room for a speaker night. Very clean, well lit and good facilities.

Apart from an intitial booking mishap, which was rectified, the rooms are lovely and clean and the reception staff extremely helpful.

Had a fantastic sleep in this hotel it's very comfy and very well appointed. Staff are friendly even calling to see if we were coming as we were delayed which was nice. I would recommend this place to everyone Close to shops and food and very relaxing.

Need a place to stay in the north do go past quest Bundoora rooms are amazing and secure parking will always come back here.

Pretty new place, second time I have the opportunity to stay there and both time was great experience. Lots of restaurant in walking distance which is always a plus for me. Accommodation is great, location is great, quiet at night for a good rest. Very positive for me.

Modern clean apartments set in the centre of shops, cafes and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Outstanding service for the price, the rooms are on the small side but don't compromise on amenities. Probably best for singles or couples at most, however larger rooms may be available.

Beautiful clean rooms, lovely decor, definitely worth the money. Stacey (at the front desk) made me feel very welcome. Would definitely consider staying there again. All hotels should be like this.

We had an extended stay in Bundoora Quest. Although we missed home our accommodation was very comfortable and the staff did their utmost to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
