Convenient location but a recent revamp can not hide the age of the place. Reception is efficient but has very limited facilities and the rooms are small. Access room needs better parking and some work on both the path and entry… For the price, we will seek something else on our return.

This was a last minute booking due to a missed flight. I was picked up from the airport at 930pm with no hesitation. The room was basic but very clean and the bed super comfortable. Would definitely stay again if I needed a place close to the airport.

Decent motel for a stay by the Melbourne airport. Room was up-to-date, and bed linens were fresh and clean. There was some outside noise, but not surprising with the exterior corridors. The airport shuttle was packed both ways, so be prepared to wait. Staff was friendly.

Lovely, clean modern room. Great airport pick up & drop off service! Friendly member of staff, heated my dinner in staff facilities, Very helpful & accomodating. Perfect for coming to or from the airport.

Shuttle service was good and they were flexible considering it was 1am and I was checking out at 6am I think a touch pricey.

Great place to stay not far from the airport and they offer a shuttle bus. Rooms are great.

Staff were very quick to accommodate us after our flight was cancelled last minute. Rooms were very small but adequate and nicely decorated. Shower pressure was insanely powerful, felt great.

Great value for money. Close to the airport, very clean, spacious room. Recommending for short staying and business. And the most surprising, which I found good, u can find ashtrays on the patios outside the rooms. Well people coming from all over the world, so I found it great. I will come again for sure. Thanks.

Wonderful friendly service. Very comfortable room & excellent shuttle service too!

Convenient location for the airport with a free shuttle to pick up and drop off. Also very close to Apex car rental which will leave your car for out of hours pick up in a car park only a 2 min walk from the hotel. Rooms are clean and grnd floor are slightly better studios with easy chairs although no kitchen. Friendly staff. A good selection of full English or continental breakfast.

We stayed in a family room, which was a 2 bedroom suite that slept 5. It was a great layout and perfect for families. The kitchenette had a small refrigerator, microwave, kettle and toaster. More dishes woild have been a good addition. The pool was nice, the kids enjoyed it. We plan to come back another night in February. The only big complaint I have is there is no late checkout available beyond 2 hours, not even for a fee. So if you have a later flight you have to pay for a second night.

Nice very large room. Very clean. Restaurant was steak night Friday — friendly staff and great meal. Entire place was quiet and peaceful. My 2 boys and I were the only ones in the pool for a 2 hour swim! McDonald's 2 mins walk for morning coffee etc. The ONLY drawback was the rough rock speckled sidewalks (I tracked tiny rocks into the room that had stuck to my shoe. Then I felt bad).

Room spacious and appears to have been recently fitted out. A few marks on walls here and there but nothing bad. Staff helpful and friendly. Airport shuttle bus available. Didn't eat at the restaurant because I didn't have time.

Inside been renovated. Nice and clean.

The rooms are not noise proof and often you can hear the noise of moving suitcases on brick pavement floor.

Literally just a place to rest while you wait for your flight. Very noisy and the rooms are not at all sound proof. Service and the people were good however the clientele is what let’s this place down. My airline put me up here due to a missed interconnecting flight.

New renovated hotel. Closer to airport. Reasonable good italian food or breakfast. Not very expensive. Internet connectivity in the hotel is a concern. It keeps on getting disconnected evry 10 minutes.

Lovely room and surrounding. Warm welcome and very helpful. Room service delivered as promised, on time and hot.

Overpriced and run down — I was upgraded to the 'executive suit' which was a great start… but there were ants crawling all through the bathroom, the breakfast charge is $18 (what a joke! ) there is a desk lamp on the table that flashes on and off repeatedly even though its switched off (had to crawl under the table and unplug it) plus the internet is too slow to even stream music on Spotify. I wouldn't care if the place didn't have "quality" in its name. Would not recommend to business customers near the airport.

Clean and spacious staying option in Melbourne with a reasonable price. They offer good service and many hotels and dept stores are with in the walkable distance.

Had a professional meeting in the bar area. The place is spacious, quiet and no one bothered us. Would recommend it for catching up for work meetings.

Not a bad place, the rooms are small but nice. The restraint had good food. We were only they're a few hours, so it suited our needs.

Very clean, bathroom newly renovated, bath heater lights and room heater worked beautifully. Staff were friendly and helpful. For studios, you can park your car right in front of your room door, so that's really helpful for those coming in late and/or heaving lotsa luggages. Location easy to find & there's Hungry Jack, Red Rooster and petrol stations surrounding the premise. Free shuttle bus to airport & just a 5min drive to Melbourne airport. Defo a good airport hotel & value for money.

What a lovely room we have and the staff a truly lovely :)

Slightly above average in terms of the finish and fittings on the room, but absolutely excellent if your goal is to grab some sleep after a long flight rather than drive away a hire car away from the airport, fall asleep at the wheel and crash! Well, that's what I use Quality Inn West Meadows for anyway. My partner and I have started there a fee times now … consistently polite, congenial help from the staff when needed, from those who service the room, the drivers of the included shuttle bus ride from the airport to ride at reception. A while ago I forgot a few belongings when I checked out, discovered my mistake when I reached the other side of Melbourne so I phoned them … they were able to tell me there and then that they'd found them and kept them safely in a bag for me. I picked them up on my way back to the airport to catch my flight home. They're close enough to the airport that hire car companies will deliver your car there during business hours for free, that's what I get them to do anyway.

Room not to bad, smells clean. Reception was very nice. I would, and am going to stay again. Close to what we needed & free shuttle to airport. I would like to say thank you to everyone. Hihi.

I had recently been on a late notice business trip to central VIC via Melbourne airport and missed my return flight. The first and second hotels I approached nearby had ridiculous prices. Then I contacted Quality Inn and asked for the cheapest room they had. And was picked up quite promptly. I was told it was rather small. I got quite a shock to find my small room to have a double and rather comfortable bed, big flat screen tv, exceptional bath room, sizeable robe, ac. Even as late as it was they still allowed the use of the laundry and provided an agreeable meal. A shuttle is available every 1/2 hour. The staff are quite helpful. The external noise is barely noticeable in the rooms. And there is a pool in the courtyard if you want to have a dip. Over all its one of the best places I have stayed and will again when I am down that way next. I will recommend them to any one.

Staff are excellent. They are friendly and responsive and helpful. The rooms are dilapidated and not of a quality for the price. If they were charging $80-85 a night I'd say it was good value. At $139 a night I expect more than rusty mirrors, chipped tiles throughout the bathroom, holes in the wall and a powerpoint with a switch that is bulging. Positives are that the rooms are large, the courtyard outside the room is lovely, there is no road noise and the shuttle bus to the airport is free. Like I said though — the staff are excellent and the hotel is undergoing renovations so things might improve.

Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport is very handy for us to get in or out of Melbourne. It is located on 26 Mickleham Road where is five minutes driving away from Melbourne Airport. 24 — hour free shuttle bus service make it easy to get in or out of the hotel. It provides free car parking as well. Nice and quiet rooms make me feel like home. I enjoyed staying there very much.

We have stayed here several times when we are travelling and want to leave our car near the airport. Rooms are basic but comfortable, restaurant is surprisingly good. The shuttle service is efficient and friendly, as are the staff at the front desk.

My husband and I stayed here on our first trip to Melbourne and found the Quality Hotel very suitable for our stay. It was located a very short distance from the airport with the courtesy shuttle bus but not close enough to hear the loud planes and other noises that other hotel properties get. The service and hospitality we got was first class and the rooms also were in excellent condition. Thank you Quality Hotel staff and management for making my first stop over in Melbourne a memorable one.

Clean, comfortable, well apportioned. Convenient shuttle bus service and courteous driver. Excellent meals in restaurant. Have now used the motel 5 times and recommended to others. Will stay again.
