Easy location in Southbank Melbourne. Easy access to major roads — essential for this trip. Great selection of food and dining around it. Fully serviced room and gym were a great add on for a 2 week work trip.

Very comfortable bed. Great service from all staff. Close to main cbd and crown all within walking distance.

Small but adequately appointed rooms in a very central location. Though I didn't stay as a guest, the friend I was visiting was very pleased with the service and price. We were able to have a cuppa and a chat all without leaving his room as it had a fully appointed kitchen as well as space completely separate from the bedroom for just that purpose. Nice vibe from the front desk staff too.

It's new, fresh, clean. One bedroom apartment west tower, has a balcony overlooking Melbourne's East. Great facilities and the decor and design feels like a premium 4-5 star hotel for the price of a 2-3 star. Shower water pressure is AMAZING. One block from the Crown complex.

Great value for money. But there's only 2 lifts. So be prepared to wait to get up or down to your room. Would of been 5 star otherwise. Waited 16mins once for a lift cause the 2nd lift was broken.

Nice rooms, albeit a bit small. The lobby is impressive. The pool has a great view but is very small. The gym was basic, but again a great view. Loads of construction in the area, parking can be a hard. Having to prebook parking is a pain in the ass, especially when there's only paid parking available around, but I guess that's to be expected at a city hotel. Comfy bed, good bathroom, room set up was a bit strange but loved the balcony. Stayed on the 31st floor and the view in the morning was incredible.

Very nice rooms, well appointed, very clean. About 15-20 minutes walk from Flinders station, so fairly central. The pool was very warm. The only small issue is that the building is right next to several highways, meaning there was road noise all night, but the sound proofing was quite good. I would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Reception was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well kept. Parking would be your only downfall. Lack of on street parking in the area. Reception do provide paid parking within the apartment but even that was almost abysmal. We went right to the top before we found a park, all other parks were taken by other guests or the buildings permanent occupants. Close to tram stops though and within walking distance of the City's iconic places.

Great views, clean tidy room. Most staff were kind and helpful but there was one guy on reception that made checking in way harder than it needed to be. All in all though a good place to crash for the night.

Friendly and accommodating staff made our overnight stay at Imagine Marco easy and flexible. The rooms are nice and the location is very convenient for trips to Southbank or the convention Centre. I would definetly consider staying again next time I'm in Melbourne.

A truly fantastic place to stay in the lofty heights of Melbourne. Price/performance was top for us!

Good amenities. But we couldn't use the gas stove due to some installations going on. Rooms were clean and housekeeping good. The only thing is if you want a view you need to request for it. You also need to check parking heights for your car 2.1 m is max. Our 4 WD was 2.2 approx. But front office refused to let us park. Parking is 25 a night. Parking is difficult to find here. Rates are a bit steep if one stays for longer periods. City parking meters are at 3.50 per hour. We made a mistake thinking bottled water was free like in other upscale places but it is chargeable. Advantages of Marco is its vicinity to the city's teams and train station at Flinders. Good stay in conclusion.

Our room was upgraded free of charge because the room wasn't ready for us to check in. The view was amazing. Staff super friendly. Would definitely stay again ☺

This place looks great and has everything to be excellent — however I felt like they are let down by the lack of attention to detail. Its the little things that count in my mind. For example: 3x adults staying, daily only provided 2 face cloths. Lounge room laps were missing bulbs so needed to request the next day. The hallway was without lights on our floor and had to use phones while first finding out way to the room (fixed the next day). Marks on the walls & unfinished/unpainted jib stoping readily present. House cleaning missed making one of the beds, didn't stock mini bar nor teas daily. Apartment lacked power outlets. All these things were minor but generally provided as a given. The appearance of the staff and facility top notch and the staff were great. Over all value is good for the price but I think higher during the weekends. We moved due to not be able to extend through the weekend unless wanting to pay twice the price for half the size which did work for us.

Imagine Marco was a great place to stay. Close enough to the city for an affordable commute, and far enough to be a little out of the hustle of the traffic. The room was nice, plenty of room for a 2 bed room. Views were great, only draw back was the shower. Happens too often in hotels, so much room in the shower, but the shower head was worthless and the water temperature went from boiling to Freezing. For $200 odd a night, consistant water temperature would be good atleast.

Great beds! Stayed here for 3 nights during the spring carnival, staff were nice and helpful, room was modern and clean. Nice view from the 27tg floor. Very good experience overall.

Very impressed. The rooms are new, and price is fair. It's reasonably close to the CBD and crown. I would recommend this.

Just had a 2 night stay — great clean apartment, friendly staff. 2 flat screen TV's — spacious shower. We stayed on the East side facing the bay which included the freeway. Suggest ear plugs if you're a light sleeper — great stopover can't complain. Definitely book Parking as you can only get 12hr Parking across the road. Would stay again.

Hubby tried to check in but booking was on my name… Staff told him he had to speak to the manager and left, he had to ask the other staff around to find manager so she could be rude and then call me to make sure I was happy to let him in… when I arrived after a while staff at reception looked at me like I was a homeless person begging for money, all because I had gym clothing on. TV did not work and shower is horrible as it keeps getting cold all the time, it feels like you are fitting someone else for the hot water. Costumer service is very poor, staff need better training and manners.

Clean well priced and good location. But bring your own pillow! They are without a doubt the least comfortable pillows I have ever slept on anywhere.

Great place to stay in Melbourne. It's on the South Bank so it's a small walk to the CBD. The rooms are clean and spacious. There's a heated pool but we didn't have time for a swim. The view on the top floor were great.

A lot of construction around the building. Still a very nice place to stay. Rooms are clean and looks respectable. Only issue is parking. You must book parking, and must call reception to have garage door open.

The fascilities are top rate, the view is amazing and the beds are so comfortable, I don't even realize I'm sleeping. It feels like I'm floating on fluffy clouds. The shower could be a bit better, though. Not bad enough to knock off a star. The best hotel I've stayed at.

Amazing location, great views and great rooms. Perfect for overnight stay and is in walking distance to a lot of attractions like the stadiums.

The rooms are well laid out, bathrooms are large, beds extremely comfortable, apartments are roomy. They also have a wonder heated pool and gym on the th floor! Highly recommended!

Just spent 2 nights in this beautiful new Hotel. Very handy to Casino, Southbank and City CBD. Friendly helpful staff and modern fresh rooms. Great experience, will check this Hotel before anything else on my future stays in Melbourne! :)

Nice new hotel. Fancy fittings. Very clean rooms. Staff quite friendly and helpful for providing directions. Location is ideal for easy access to trams and CBD.

Modern Elegance and Sophistication Booked last minute direct through hotel Friendly & helpful staff greeted us with a genuine smile upon check in. We received a free room upgrade, free Wi-Fi and cheap secure parking (fee of $25 with remote for anytime access and direct lifts to hotel floors) Affordable and practical rooms with private balcony and amazing views of the city skyline. Privacy, comfortable beds and all the little things that matter such as the shower had the best hot water pressure (exactly what I needed after a night out at crown casino). Only a 3 minute walk to crown, Melbourne exhibition centre and the Southbank restaurants. Overall very impressed with this property. We will definitely be back again next time we are in Melbourne for the night!
