Great place to eat with a unique and impressive Egyptian theme that makes it stand out. The food and drinks are delicious, offering great variety.

We held a wake at the Sphinx and cannot fault the staff and their kindness. Everything was set up as planned and the food served hot.

Beautiful clean bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. Katrina is very lovely and we enjoyed a dip in the pool.

Great for a pre-stay for the ferry to Tasmania if you have an early sail as it is only a few minutes up the road. Basic amenities, but clean and the manager was friendly.

I am writing to share my positive experience regarding our recent stays at the Best Western Geelong.

Unfortunately I was unable to attend the Great Western motel in Geelong due to a family emergency and when I tried to cancel my booking through Expedia all I was told was to contact the booking agent

We stayed here for a weekend getaway. I cannot fault this hotel, it’s beautiful! The staff are friendly, helpful and accomodating. The rooms are clean and new. The pool, sauna, gym are great!

Great location just a short stroll from the town centre and ocean views from our balcony. Rooms were great value for the price. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was good but the main bedroom didn’t have air conditioning, fan or tv. The kids bedroom had the TV and air conditioning. Car park was good but can be tight with a bigger car in certain areas.

An enjoyable one night stay in a convenient location. We were greeted by friendly staff upon arrival. The room and bathroom were clean and nicely presented. A good size bathroom was appreciated.

We needed a place to stay after seeing a gig in Torquay and balking at the prices to stay there. This motel is perfect for what we wanted as we literally just wanted to sleep.

Great new hotel right on the waterfront in Geelong. Amazing views over the water, really modern and fresh design, very clean and comfortable with an amazing restaurant bar. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for the Geelong Beer Fest for the second year in a row. Really nice facilities, bright and clean atmosphere.

We continued our celebration of my son's 10th birthday with our inaugural stay at Novotel Geelong. We were spoilt by Shev and the team with an upgrade of the most stunning bay views.

Thought I’d leave an updated review as it’s been a while since the last one posted for this place. We booked the waterfront view 2 bedroom apartment for the Easter weekend — 2 adults and 2 toddlers.

It appears from reading reviews that these apartments are owned and booked by different people. We booked via Stayz and hosted by Bridget.

I stayed here for 2 nights and the hotel is in a great location and you can find everything in a walkable distance.

The most beautiful hotel, the rooms are absolutely stunning. The location is amazing! Right in the centre of town and everything is a couple of minutes walk away.

The building's location is good and my room is clean. The reservation and reception teams were very helpful and professional.

I actually don't know what people were complaining about. Our room was clean and spacious. The location was awesome, only a 10 min walk to restaurants and a 20 min walk to the foreshore.

Hotel in a very convenient location, near the waterfront (views to the Sky Wheel from rooms at the front of the hotel) and across the road from Austin Park, walking distance to the Botanic Gardens.

This accommodation venue was well located near the waterfront and close to excellent restaurants. The staff were welcoming and the room was modern, spacious and spotless.

Probably the nicest, cleanest and quiestest hotel that I have stayed at in Australia. Located just a short stroll from shops and restaurants, it made a great base in which to explore Geelong.
