I booked this hotel as a night get away for my family and my mum.
My mum got admitted to hospital with heart complications etc and I gave almost a week notice but they would not exchange the days or refund me : (very disappointing.

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago, whilst travelling around the area, in the queen room with spa bath. I could not fault it in any way! Super clean, modern and the spa bath was amazing. The little extras in the room (shampoo etc. ) I noticed were environmentally responsible products, which I personally appreciate.

We stayed for 3 nights, must admit that during the night you can hear cars and trucks passing. Room was clean, but the furniture was a bit dated. The motel is 2 min drive from the city centre which is good. The queen bed was very comfortable, but you could feel the springs in the single bed. We payed double the amount for our stay, because of the major events in Warrnambool.

Annie and her husband are great hosts. Sure to make you welcome. The restaurant has very nice food at a good price. Been there three times and I'll be back!

We took a family room. It was clean and a descent size as we just needed a place to sleep. The bathroom was nice and clean. I personally recommend their restaurant. The food was scrumptious, good size and value for money. We ordered the soup of the day, steak (adult and kids version) and Singapore noodles. The soup was delicious, steaks were juicy and cooked as desired and served with fresh vegetables (not frozen! ), Singapore noodles was very flavoursome with a generous serving of prawns cooked to perfection and fresh vegetables. The staff from the housekeepers, waitress, cook and the reception area were very warm and welcoming, always polite and very helpful. This is a place where we will surely come back!

A bit disappointed. The shower was running too hot or too cold, couldn't get it right.

Excellent one night stay, easy check-in. Room was a good size with comfy beds. Immaculately clean and quiet. Will return for sure!

Our stay at the Comfort Inn was comfortable and pleasant, but nothing too special. The location was a bit to far from town, a good 25 minute walk to the main restaurants.

Great motel for a quick stay, beds were really comfortable, room was very clean! The extra amenities were a standout, and the view and location was perfect for a tourist!

Just had one of the best curries (aside from dad's and mum of course) at the Comfort Inn on Raglan — Yummmmm.

Good location, we stayed in 3 bedroom room which is 2 upstairs bedrooms and a Queen bed in the downstairs lounge room. Toilet and basin upstairs and a full bathroom downstairs. Was very comfortable and clean overall. 2 split system heating/cooling units did the job although it was quite mild while we were there. Would definitely stay again.

Room was very clean and convenient. Around 1.5 km from Warnambool centre. Bathroom is spacious and easy access to amenities.

We were impressed with the modern decor, very clean and management was helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend staying here. Could not fault it.

The room was nice, enough space, staff was very helpful, the only con was the bathroom: small, and the shower had low waterflow.

The room was nice and clean with a wonderfully sized spa. Unfortunately we couldnt figure out how to use the air-conditioning and even though we stayed during the christmas period we were unable to have breakfast or use the restaurant as there was no staff!

Clean room but very small for 3. There is a restaurant there but it only opens on Mon — Thu evenings. The free Wi-Fi doesn't work.

Excellent value for money, comfortable, clean room, and most of all, an extremely friendly and helpful host. Would definitively come again when visiting Warrnambool again.

My husband and I went to the Comfort Inn On Raglan for our 26TH Wedding Anniversary and we loved it. The room was lovely with modern decor and the 2 person spa was an added bonus. The Host was really friendly. We had a lovely time and would definately stay there again one day. Thank you very much Comfort Inn On Raglan for making our stay, Great.

Power cuts out if you use the Toaster! Host will not offer any solutions except to tell you to "STOP USING THE TOASTER! I'm SLEEPING "No apologies, and blamed us for the problem as if we are not supposed to use the toaster?! Terrible customer service.
