We had a really great stay and amazing service, including local recommendations and detailed information. Pool was a great touch for the kids, spacious bathrooms with awesome water pressure in the shower. Will be staying again.

Had a lovely stay, the rooms were very clean and the bed was oh so comfy, had the best sleep there. And the surrounding area is lovely and quiet.

We are in a lovely room, queen bed and 2 singles. The room is spacious and very clean. Bed feels comfy. Far enough off the road to not hear the traffic as well.

Receptionist Helen is cheerful and tracked down the cheapest price for us. On our arrival the airconditioning was already on. How often does that happen? The room was welcoming and the king sized bed was just so soft and luxurious. And the pool, we had it all to ourselves. Just so relaxing.

Great service despite contactless check in. The personalised text to thank us for staying & leaving the room tidy was a nice touch. Value for money, clean & comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Our Trip have fun, because they provide a free indoor BBQ system and all the kitchenwear to me. But you should go to supermarket first. Very good experience.

A great cozy and really comfortable place to rest your bones, very competitive on pricing and comes with free Wi-Fi and cereal breakfast and tea and coffee. I’ll be staying there again next time I’m working in the vicinity! Highly recommended from me and my boys. Great for a family of five with younger kids. Stayed in the cottage which is more like a little home. Had all we needed (including enough bowls etc for five rather than the usual standard four). Washing machine was a godsend after a weeks travel but just make sure drainage pipe is in tub as it had fallen down beside it originally. Easy drive to Lake Tyrrell and great place to stay if wanting to explore it.
Would book directly next time rather than through our usual booking p…rovider to support local business. Was perfect place to stay after a day exploring the silo art trail and got to see the lake at sunset. Took the advice of the owners and headed into the hotel in town for dinner. Has been well renovated and food was fabulous. Highly recommended. Thanks for a great stay!

We have just had the best stay at the Sea Lake Motel in the house section. 6 ladies travelling it was perfect.
Super clean, warm, spacious and super comfortable.

Our long weekend stay at Sealake was a most relaxing and fascinating time. The lake is indeed very beautiful, even during the middle of the day and most definitely at dawn and dusk. Dawn can be very cold though. Barely above freezing in this case so take warm clothes. The motel was very pleasant. Auto-check-in was easy. The rooms were a reasonable size and facilities adequate for a short stay. The bed was comfortable. In particular, my partner, who is very fussy indeed, was impressed with the cleanliness. That aspect really enhanced her stay. The road is noisy in the day but it quietened down through the night. Other local roads were very empty and made for pleasant, relaxed driving. The dawn/dusk bus tours to the lake suited us. Some more confident explorers might be happier finding the way independently but not knowing about the local terrain and viewing spots, or the access to the best photographic areas, we were happy enough to pay the fee and follow Julie, the guide. (You drive your own vehicle. ) There is a reduction in price if you book two tours. Be prepared for a fairly energetic walk out to the lake centre. The schedule is a little tight and if you dawdle, you could miss the best of the sunset far out on the surface. Once we had familiarised with the lakeside, we were confident to drive the fairly rough dirt track during the day, all the way up to the salt works. 4WD or equivalent is advisable for that though the adventurous could get away with 2WD on dry days.

Located along the same road to the Lake Tyrell look out. The word ‘Sea Lake motel’ does not appear on the board at night. Just follow the address. Lake Tyrell has become a photographers delight with the perfect reflection photo opportunities! All you need is to bring your gum boots! The Asian community has particular liking for photography, thus the high attraction to this place as evidenced by the tourist buses! This motel got it all set up with rice cooker and chopsticks! It is quite a big motel with two entrances from the road. Don’t forget that the motel is a self check in after hours by following instructions on the door. Some of the rooms are renovated and some aren’t yet.

Very clean and convenient! The 24 HR check in service is great! Although the price is a little bit higher, but still acceptable. The room is tidy and clean and provided nearly anything you need!

We are regular visitors to the Sea Lake motel and cannot fault both the service and cleanliness of the motel. The 24 hour self check in is a great facility, given that you can book in at any time without having to be there before reception closes. If you are planning to arrive after hours, the motel has some frozen meals available for you to microwave but if you require bread, butter or something more substantial, bring your own as there are no shops open (or hotels avail) after 5.30 pm in the town. The owner has updated the rooms with comfortable beds and has plenty of cutlery and crockery, microwave, fridge etc. For your needs. The coffee machine is in reception along with a snack machine. Enjoy your stay — we always do.

Simply the best. Super friendly owners, clean as a whistle, and excellent outdoors woodfire and barbecue facilities even in winter! Could not recommend it more. And the sunrise and sunset vistas across Lake Tyrrell are second to none.

Liked it a lot nice and tidy beds were comfy and I liked that there was a truck bay for my truck to park.

Great simple accommodation. A little pricier than similar motels elsewhere, but given the demand for the salt lake photos it's understandable. Very simple automatic check in and check out process. Not much to eat after hours in town but they stock some snacks in the vending machines here.

A standard motel, kept clean, beds are comfy. Great thing is the 24 hr check in service with the key-locker. Good Wi-Fi service.

To be honest I would rather sleep in my car, It's just dirty and there is nothing there, a vending machine with frozen meals and a self check-in hub and just not a pleasant experience.

Pro: Easy to check in and check out. Price is fair. Tidy and clean. Con: Air con is not powerful enough and very noisy. Noticed some insects in the pool and did not let my kids in. Comfortable over all. And happy with the motel at small town.

One of the nicer motel rooms we've stayed in, although the automated 24hr check-in didn't like me too much! But soon sorted with an intercom call through to the lovely Sue who sorted things out for us. Be aware though, that if you're hoping to eat/drink in the local pub when you stay, it's now closed down. We had to double back to Berriwillock for a pub meal.

This place have hot water that can’t be turned off! Beware.

Exellent room, clean and tidy. Offering tea and buskets, little fridge and microwave. Pool was clean and well serviced. We were in a larger cycling group and overall the rooms were good. Trucks on the Hwy are a bit loud but for just passing through it's great.

Great little motel in a really lovely part of the world! Unusual booking/payment method (for me) but all seems to work well… and staff very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable… We'll be back!

New owners. No onsite staff just a whole in the wall check in. Not likely to stay here again. Oh there are also invasive cctv cameras everywhere watching everyone and everything in the place.
