Stayed here for a work trip. Confirmation email stated check in was 1100 as I was starting work at 1300. Arrived at 1200 and waited in empty reception area for 20 minutes after buzzing for assistance. Was told that check in was 1400 and room wasn't ready. I said but I have confirmation that it was 1100. Was told "you can tell me 3 more times about your confirmation but it won't make your room ready. " The guy was so rude so I just left to return after work at 2200. Was greeted by a woman who said "yes? " I told her I was checking in and she punched some info on the computer passed me a card and said "room's upstairs" not even a have a nice stay or anything. Room itself was fine. Nice shower after long drive then working all day. It's a shame the staff are so rude. Will tell work to book me somewhere else in future.

Best place to stay in Horsham. Friendly, modern and clean.

Great experience with the Horsham International. We stayed here as a midway point between Melbourne and Adelaide. The very friendly and efficient Pete booked us in! We were really happy with our room, it was very clean and modern and had everything you’d expect. Highly recommended.

Quite a surprise getting this level of accom AND in house restraunt on a road trip. Very comfortable, new, clean room with nice bedding. Under-cover parking on ground level was good for un-loading in what can be a very very sunny part of the country.

Rooms are real nice and clean close to town to walk to the RSL and other places. Close to petrol stations.

Quiet, comfortable, clean rooms. The restaurant is good too. Lacking a little soul but worth 4 stars given it's the best big hotel in Horsham.

Lovely room, bistro was clean and food delicious but the cocktails was undrinkable.

This review focuses on the Ducks Nuts restaurant, and the vegetarian dinner options. The vegetarian main dish on gnocchi basis contained just three pieces of broccoli, one of asparagus and one of green bean, covered in a bland carbohydrate drip of unknown constitution. The gnocchi existed of pasta and potato. No herbs or spices appeared to have been added. In summary, this vegetarian dish was a assive carbohydrate bom with a sprinkling of greens. Worst vegetarian restaurant dinner main dish that my partner ever had. This is unfortunate, as some of the other dishes were quite good. Management may wish to bring in an international dinner consultant (the host hotel isn't called "international" for nothing), to revamp the menu to one that also may satisfy the tastebuds of international travelers such as us and our guest. In the mean time, if you're after a savory vegetarian dish, skip this place until the menu had been updated.

Excellent! Good value for money. Nice rooms. Good size bathroom, nice tall shower. Love the comfy bed, slept wonderfully. Ate at restaurant, and thoroughly enjoyed. Staff lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Nice place but the food is so overpriced its not even funny. Eat at the local pubs.

Great position, miserly attitude.

Staff certainly lack in customer service. Staff member who was in the reception when arrived for the booking at 9.30pm after a 4hour drive don't know how to welcome guest with a smile. Even though the hotel is International, it is definitely not in line with International standards. We stayed in family room cost $279 a night in a country town and requested a late check out given we had a ballet show in the town hall and our extended late check out was denied and if needed will have to pay for another night. I was happy to pay a nominal fee for the late check out given I have travel overseas to hotels with International standards and those International standard hotels have accommodated late check out with a fair fee. In the morning we then proceeded to Comfort Inn May Park and what a welcoming reception we received with a beautiful smile and they accommodated us for the half a rate of the full day's charge of $149 for the family room. The room was fabulous and so beautiful. We were disappointed that we never checked in to Comfort Inn the previous night and stayed on with the extended check out it would have been well worth it. The stay at Comfort Inn May Park so comfortable and staff looked after us with a warm hospitality.

Easily the best available in Horsham. Staff are accommodating, friendly and relaxed. Restaurant (Ducks Nuts) is brilliant quality. Rooms are comfortable but due for some love in the next few years.

Bed was comfy and the late check in was handy, however cupboard drawer had to be kept shut with a piece of folded cardboard and the shower was luke warm at best. Not a great start to the morning! For a four star hotel and a relatively new one at that you would expect more. Also staff didn't look very professional, wearing plain black polo shirts.

New hotel with decent fittings. The rooms are nice and quiet. The standard of breakfast and dinner at the in-house Ducks Nuts Restaurant is excellent.

So clean and spacious and friendly staff that really look after you. Id recommend here 1st time every time. Im travelling for work and the meal and atmosphere was lovely.
