Red Waratah Accommodation

Photos do not do this place justice. The building looks lovely from the outside and inside is even better — the room was huge and so was the bathroom. Sparkling clean and modern. The bed and pillows were heavenly. The bathroom is 5* star quality at 3* price — massive rain shower, his & hers basins and a separate toilet. Self check in and out were seamless. Parking was free but tight — someone else had parked in the space allocated to our room, leaving us to squeeze between two large vehicles in the last space available. A short distance out of Bendigo but a very quick and easy drive. During the night it was lovely and quiet, but around 6am it became apparent that the rooms aren't all that soundproof as I was woken by noisy people in the room next door thumping about until 8:30am when they mercifully left. Not a nice way to wake up in such a comfy bed on a Sunday morning! Not taking any stars off for this though as everything else was perfect. This was one of the best rooms we've stayed in, it was amazingly good value for money at $150 per night.

Firstly driving in and seeing this beautiful place I already knew I’d booked a good one before even walking in the door!
It just got better when I did walk in, such a spacious room. Enough room to set up the porta cot and my child’s toys to extend around the room! 😌 The shower was beautiful and the bed was 10/10. Highly recommend ☺️

This accommodation deserves 10 stars out of 5! So easy to check in. Rooms are spacious, very clean and have great amenities. The shower is glorious. The ned is very very comfy. Stayed here twice. Highly recommended.

Booking online on their website was very easy. Immaculate and comfortable room with everything well finished. Easy check in with Great service. Carol goes above and beyond to make your experience pleasant. There was plenty of room to park our truck.

Beautifully appointed room with plenty of space, comfy bed, good TV and amazing bathroom with double sinks and waterfall shower.
Huntly is about 12 klms from the city centre which wasn’t a problem and made for a nice quiet location. Wonderful check in/ out system and friendly and helpful owners.

Lovely rooms — great amenities, large and spacious and spotlessly clean. Very easy self check-in and out system. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're attending a wedding at their venue across the road — couldn't be more convenient.

It is not often I have walked into a motel/hotel room and felt like I was the first person to ever stay in the room, but I felt that here. The room was immaculate, spacious and modern. We stayed in a King room for 1 night but wished it was longer.
The bed was so plush and comfortable, the kitchenette was well appointed and the microwave and toaster were handy for a quick breakfast whilst traveling.
The bathroom felt very luxurious with the large shower, double vanity and separate toilet.
The location was ideal for us, a short drive to the centre of Bendigo whilst a supermarket and small shopping complex were only a few minutes away.
This accommodation is ultra boutique and with only 5 or 6 rooms in the complex, it is quiet and private. The twice I spoke to the staff, they were lovely and friendly and accommodating to my requests and questions.
Couldn’t rate this accommodation more highly, I really hope to come back one day!

Beautiful accommodation! Clean, fresh and everything is almost brand new. So glad that we picked this accommodation instead of the ones closer to town. The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful and clean the rooms are. We will definitely recommend this to our friends and will come back again. We are in the Family Suite and are absolutely feeling at home. Oh and the check-in is so easy, I don't even need to speak to a person. Love it!
