Told we'd have a room of 6, got a room of 8, shower was not great. However the rest of the place was great and was fine for a short stay, enjoyed it overall.

I found this place to be extremely RUDE. They discriminate against homeless people, even if you have paid up front for a whole week, they will not allow you to stay. Why? Why should it matter as long as you are able to pay for your accommodation there and stick to there guide lines. Then you should be eligible to stay. And NO WHERE on there website do they state HOMELESS people are not WELCOME! Well thats my thoughts, opinion and my experience with them. Never would I reckon mend this place to ANYONE.

Very nice room for the price. Very clean and excellent communication prior to arrival from the owner.

Excellent close to CBD… communication Ok… others mature.

Office is not always attended, but the owner is just a phone call away. Nice rooms, good bathrooms. Kitchen is average.

Cheap, no reception room, no one has been talking to the face, also said: (I said, very busy, not staying in the hotel. )
Before Christmas, booked a room, PayPal paid the room money, b She does not give us live, run for a few hours, is the boss do not know what is PayPal, provide ordering number, bank transactions, the boss has been only said: No, no, you can not live today without paying money.
Finally we can only catch the train back to the city.
There's no apology, it's a Christmas present from the hotel. Request a refund, returned one months has not returned.

It's a nice place close to everything clean and a bargain. Had a good time there ☺

Inexpensive place to stay. I shared a room with 3-5 other men, thankfully I was the only one who snored. Interesting other guests. Nice kitchen.

Friendly accomodating staff, clean and tidy, close to town.

Is not the usual backpacker. it actually feels like housesharing! the place is clean (never seen a backpacker so clean before) and well looked after. is quiet and functional. less than 5 minutes walk from the town center. probably my first overall positive experience in a budget accomodation.

Worst experience ever. I originally booked to stay here, and received a booking confirmation. I was then told my booking was not confirmed because they didn't realise the date I booked it was the date of a big event in Bendigo so they bumped the price up and told me cancel it and to re-book it. I then agreed to pay more because I had no other option. My second booking was confirmed. Then they AGAIN replied to me that I NEED TO CANCEL AND BOOK FOR 2 NIGHTS INSTEAD OF ONE! They didn't state this ANYWHERE on the booking before the confirmation. This is absolute bullsh*t. Never recommending to anyone. Such poor customer service and communication.

Service was great, and the backpackers was nice and clean. Be warned use of towels has an additional charge.

Lovely and clean! Great Wi-Fi and kitchen, lovely people! Would happily come again!
