Super friendly staff — nice, clean rooms. Pool is a bonus (not heated). The included breakfast is subpar. Milk left out for hours at room temp, stale cereal constantly left exposed and old bread to toast. Stay for the room, not for the food.

We love staying here. Rooms are fantastic. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Very close to main shopping area. Best of all our fur baby and boss of the family can stay here with us.

Would be a great place to stay if we didnt get the riot rules read to us as soon as we walked in by a grumpy owner & being 38 to 40 degrees & the pool is only open between 4 to 8pm (what is that all about? Bad luck if it was hot & you had kids, Too lazy to check the pool twice a day? ) & again more rules & regulations & to top it off a 3min shower? You have to be joking!, Been in a lot of hotels/motels all over the world & have never seen rules & regulations stuck to the shower screen before. Too many rules & regulations … Would only stay there again if there was no where else in Taralgon. Hint to owners … RETIRE.

Very well maintained rooms, clean bathrooms, the hosts are very friendly and helpful… Free breakfast, Wi-Fi. Only thing to improve is the capacity of air conditioning as I felt that AC is of smaller capacity according to the room.

We arrived just before 8 pm and the friendly owner with her cat gave us without prior booking room 11. This room does not face the highway so we slept well. The room had TV, microwave, big wardrobe, small couch, small table with 2 chairs, proper curtains and a comfy bed. Bathroom was clean and tidy, everything worked fine. Fast Wi-Fi is limited to 500 MB. Continental breakfast was good. Be aware that all food places in the centre close at 9 pm, except McDonald's.

Rubbish, the proprietor was rude as hell.! Christmas Day and didn’t have a caring bone in her body.! Ended up leaving for another motel. Would never recommend this place.

Very clean room & amenities, a couch, table & chairs a spacious room. Central to Township to walk in to.

After riding pushbikes all day to get there we were not particularly in the mood for the rude Grinch owners and their crazy hotel rules. I purchased a hard earned beer from reception which turned out to be a year out of date. The room was pretty dank. We were too scared to use the stained spa bath (let alone stand in it for a shower), and the towels had questionable brown stains. The highlight of the room (apart from leaving it) was the comprehensive list of rules. Highlights include the 3 minute shower, fines for moving furniture, fines for making too much noise, fines for having guests in your room. Oh and can't forget the hilariously specific rule about making sure that your tennis racquet restringing clamp has rubber feet so as to NOT DAMAGE THE TABLE. Would recommend a stay if you hate your life or enjoy good comedy.

Very disturbed by these two old nasty people. I was stranded from being robbed. Arranged for a friend to make my booking. Told them I will be there in half an hour after police statement. And hour later I apologized I wasn't there earlier as police meeting went longer and o could not use phone during that time. I rang and the. Man said OK well hurry up we haven't got all night I was outside and the lady said Nope We Don't Want You Here you took too long. I slept at McDonalds as nobody. Else was open. These two old grumps need a doctor for their cold hearts. I always knew money wouldn't buy happiness. These two are prime example.

Terrible! Mold in fridge, inside of kettle was black, electric power bord would short out, Dirty and dusty throughout the room. Management was extremely rude apon arrival. Rules are literally 3 pages long and include a $250 fee if any furniture is moved, $250 if the smell of cigarettes is present even though you are explained balcony smoking is okay, my favorite of the 3 rules ive chosen is the $100 noise charge if you are caught making noise after 10pm.! Unbelievable and unrealistic.

Friendly service staff. Rooms were old and basic but fine. There was a small amount of Wi-Fi, and the hot water wouldn't run for long so I couldn't wash my hair.

The service from staff was wonderful. Very helpful with everything I asked and very flexible with me while I was staying there. If it stays the same. It will be the first place I try to book. Rooms was lovely. Very clean and was very impressed for what I payed. Breakfast was continental only. But had a good selection.

I found the staff to be friendly & our room to be very clean, even have a microwave in the room, which is handy. Only thing is they could've had a dishcloth with the dishwashing liquid & tea towel.

We booked over the phone and the guy was friendly and I thought good start. We went out side for a smoke at 10pm (we arrived at 9.45pm) And we were told by the owner that we were't allowed out of the room after 10pm — seriously! The room was revolting. It was dirty and it had a horrible smell, it was hot and stuffy. The top of the microwave cupboard was dusty, the spa was stained and dirty, the shower had no pressure, there was cobwebs on the bed side tables, lamp bases were broken, the couch was stained. A good indication of how dirty it was — even the tissue box was dusty. It wasn't a 40 dollar a night room — they charged me $120 way too much for what we got — I'll never stay there again.

Attended my daughters reception their a lovely ambience and décor, Rooms were all you could ask for in a 3 star hotel. Very friendly and obliging.

Great place to stay. Walking distance to town. Very friendly owners. $15 full on buffet breakfast (alas, buffet breakfast gone). Laundry service available. Elec blankets, clean, tidy. Our room didn't have a heater though, my mates did. : (.

Fun, friendly and comfortable, all you could ask for.
