They serve 101 different parmigiana. So my only disappointment was they were all chicken and not veal or other meats. They have a compition if you can eat five parmas with chips and salad costing $77.00 in twenty minutes you get it for free plus a t-shirt. Before you think you can do it only two people managed to do it. They also have other meals on the menu. We had four adults eat lunch at a cost of $130.00.

Nice decor, didn't realise till later they sat us near toilet door When place was empty… schnitzel was thin, dry and crumb fell off but good sauce, prawns veg and chips.

Loved the food. Service was great. Not to noisey. Great atmosphere.

Here for blues festival. Good crowd, music. However can get squeeze trying to get a view.

Parmi dry and rubbery, onion rings delish. Service was friendly at the beginning so no complaints, however my partner complained about his food (which they offered a refund for. Handled well), but after that when our plates were collected tables had turned. Understandably they were annoyed that we complained, but basically received the cold shoulder from there onwards & felt like we had done something wrong & were no longer welcome. Last issue, please put heaters in the smoking area. There was fires & heaters and all sorts in the outside dining area, but you were sort of 'doomed' in the corner with no heaters, again sort of making you feel unwelcome like you were punished for being a smoker. Overall, an OK experience.

Shammy is a good place, nice building atmosphere. It was busy the night I ate there took a little longer but can't really complain.

Had some excellent parmas from the 101 list. Staff were helpful and atmosphere was great.

A place truly deserving of a 5 star rating. Menu is so varied and hilarious, bar is great, and on your birthday you get ANY single parma for FREE! Portions are massive and its so DAMN TASTY!

Best meals I have eating in a long time. The 101 Parmas is the best so many to choose from.

Food is fantastic. Came out very quickly. Staff were great with us and our child. I had the chicken pie with vegies.

Every time I go to Echuca I wanna go to this place. I'm a pescatarian that loves the grilled eggplant dish at this place. The place of 101 parmas and I love the vego dish.

Food was great, not amazing. 3 out of 6 mains came out a good 10 minutes before a kids meal ands other mains, I think that could have been organised a bit better. Overall better than average experience.

Fantastic atmosphere, great food, huge beer garden and live music. Well worth a visit.

Had the farmer Parma which was absolutely beautiful & had the mixed grill Parma which was just ok. Great staff great meals our second visit entree & mains came out together which we weren't happy about, chef was accomadating for dietary requirements.

Best parmies in town. Over 100 different combinations of parmigiana on the menu at a reasonable price. Beverages are quite expensive though.

Terrible venue for a family celebration, they changed my nephews birthday celebration on the day from the wine cellar to segregated booths and spilling on to tables outside in the rain. It was booked months in advance. It was noisy and nobody was able to mingle. What a disgrace, they ruined a really special occasion, I’ll never dine there again.

Sam and Trev are absolute legends who cultivate an amazing atmosphere at the Shammy. These guys have the best live music setup in a 100km radius, regular karaoke blowouts, cosy backpackers and beautiful indoor and outdoor areas. Also the menu is literally 101 parmagiana options. Would return 10/10

Would have been great except for the flies inside of the bistro. Was annoyed by a few flies while trying to enjoy lunch spent most of my time shooing the flies I gave up and left.

Nice meal but drinks in the lounge are expensive ie 2 pots soda water and pot of beer $12.60 rip off soda water is just that water with bubbles.

The parmi menu is a great drawcard for this place. I was pleasantly surprised that everyone's parmi (no matter how extreme the selection) was actually very tasty. I have heard however that the dessert parmi's might be difficult to enjoy.

We normally have great food here, but last night our three parmis were over cooked, chewy and tough, and our vegies were crunchy and undercooked. It was a slightly disappointing $120 birthday dinner (the two other meals were enjoyed) not sure we would come back for the Parmis again.

Try the mix grill pamy staff and bar service Greg do a awesome job good food good service.

If you love parmas this is the best place to go, good food. Only negative experience I had was when the place was filled we asked a few of the staff if they could light up an extra fire for us outside because we were cold, they told us they wouldn't do it for us until the next 2 hours had past for whatever reason (probably because they didn't want to waste firewood on us). So of course instead of waiting in the cold we bought our drinks elsewhere, kinda crappy that that happen.

Fantastic food & atmosphere. Check out the Parma menu, it's insane! I've never seen so many variations! Food came out super quick & was great quality. Perfect.

The food here is amazing, you will never leave hungry and I can assure you that their food is worth the money. The parmigiana selection is to die for, I've never seen so many different and creative ways to have one in my life. Mine though was like warm and they did add a dish to our order that we didn't order, we had to fix the bill as we were also charged for it. The beer was amazing and the children's portion was huge as well. I had only salad with mine, no chips, I still walled away completely and utterly full. My fiance had the fish, he said it was amazing. Smiles all round, will most definitely be returning here.

Not from here but went there last night. Was disappointed and annoyed that after juggling all of our drinks from the bar to the downstairs section and slipped in a bit of water on the stairs and the drinks spilt. One waitress says 'don't worry it's happened a few times before'. I was told I needed to pay for them again. Not only that when someone brought them down again he made the comment that if he spills them then that's when he will replace them. You would think from an OH&S point of view that this wouldn't be allowed. First and last time I would go.

Had a great meal at the Shamrock Hotel last night. Great service and a wonderful meal.

Best pub in town, travelled up here for the weekend and this pub did not disappoint well worth a visit, meals were delicious and huge, live entertainment was awesome and the staff were super welcoming made us feel right at home especially the bar guy! Can't wait to get back up here 🖒🖒🖒

I dined at this hotel tonight 28/5/17 and I was immediately impressed with the polished floorboards and a roaring open wood fire, I ordered a porterhouse steak with vegies and mash, the staff were very friendly and helpful and my meal was lovely and hot and tasted fantastic 10/10 a wonderful old hotel.

Apparently the parmis are good but the regular menu is fantastic, ribs are great, bugs are beautiful, good consistency, and service rocks!

Came here for the Parmas. It's decent but not worth travelling all the way from Melbourne. Ymmv.

We went for lunch and thought the food was well priced and came out quickly. Only issue I had was being charged 50c for using my card. The vendor only pay 0.010% for any transactions. Generally no body charges for using a card.

Amazing Parmas to die for. 101 to be exact. I highly recommend the "meat axe". Staff were very friendly and the building itself had a vintage pub feel about it.

Great place and great value if you can't find a Palma you will eat then you have an alternative menu would one back.

Friendly staff. Well presented pub. Reasonably priced. A complete Chicken Parmigiana menu like you would believe. Great beer garden and all just across the road from the main Echuca Wharf. Parking in the area on a beautiful day can be a problem but there are all day parking areas within walk distance.
