I cannot recommend Hepburn at Hepburn Villas enough. I live in New York originally from Australia and I visited Melbourne and decided to go with a friend to Hepburn for a getaway. The Villas are magnificent and perfectly located to all the special amenities in the area. The Villas were very luxurious while at the same time I felt like I was in my own forest area due to the lush landscape. The service was also very friendly and warm. I came back feeling refreshed and serene. Highly recommended.

Excellent room, amazing spa.

It’s a beautiful location … really loved the spa and the cooling and the log fire effect gas heater was a nice touch … the view out the back of the window showing the lovely trees and nature was beautiful and all the furnitures and facilities were 5 stars … would love to go back again.

Beautiful villas at a great location. The place was just a 4 minute walk to the bath house and 7 minute drive to Daylesford city. The villa had everything we needed (a parking spot right in front, a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a deck looking out to the forest, a spacious bathroom with a spa etc. ). Staff were friendly and check in and out processes were super simple.

An incredible place to stay for a romantic getaway. Although its pricey, its a beautiful experience to stay in such a luxurious setting. I would just mention that the bathroom walls are complete floor to ceiling window's, so its definitely more of a romantic couples retreat.

Spent my 2nd year anniversary with my husband. Facilities and interiors are amazing and it is really romantic to take a bath.

I've stayed at a fair amount of hotels, from cheap and cheerful to boutique. This one takes the cake! I would happily recommend this retreat to anyone looking to stay in Hepburn. We were also visited by a couple of friendly kangaroos which had a lounge in the backyard chomping on the lawn. Close to all the spas, next door to the mineral spring, and only a 5 minute drive from the town centre. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Very nice Vila that has a fantastic indoor spa Beautiful kitchen and settings makes you feel the price you pay is totally worth it. The room is large and stylish with a very cosy fireplace. Very suitable for all occasion and all season.

Really nice villa, comfy bed, amazing spa bath. The property is in a beautiful location, and really close to Hepburn Bathhouse and Pavilion Cafe.

Lovely place to spend a few nights away. Upsides — Quiet — Friendly Staff — Clean Rooms — Kid Free — 5min Drive to Dalesford Downsides — Very dim lighting. Only a few scattered down lights with no option to turn up the brightness. Mood lighting 100% of the time. — Curtains that close off the bathroom are very transparent. The person using the bathroom is always in view of anyone else in the villa because of the sheer curtains and mass amount of mirrors on most walls.

For the price I don't think you can beat this place. Very secluded, secure and sets a very luxurious, cosy mood. The good? Comes with Foxtel, king bed, full functioning kitchen, fireplace, spa bath. Has a great location, friendly staff and as said before, has a look of luxury and extremely private. The bad? A rather funky smell in the bathroom not made by me strangely and the blinds that cover the bathroom are a little too transparent and nobody wants to watch me poop. In saying that I highly recommend this place.

The units are in a nice, quiet location but the units are clustered in twos so you may hear neighbour's TVs and such. The rooms are decked out with a kitchenette and a great glass-surrounded bathroom with a spa bath. There is no room service but this was clearly outlined in the description for the stay. Overall a great experience in a nice and quiet location.

Great size and clean rooms, convenient location close to the mineral springs and just 5 minutes from Daylesford's main strip. Great value, will definitely be staying here again!

The accommodation was very stylish and luxurious. We didn't stay long enough to utilise all the facilities in the apartment (such as spa and kitchen) but it catered for everything you'd need… or want for that matter. As we were there with a group of people, most of the apartments were booked for our group so I got to see a few of them, all of the same design and quality. The host was courteous and very helpful. The bed was amazing, bonus points for King size. The location is ideal if you want to wander over to Spa centre, beautiful surrounds.

We spent a couple of days there. Staff friendly and helpful. Really excellent villa unit, very well appointed, spacious and luxurious. Peaceful setting and surrounding area. No hesitation in highly recommending it. Would stay there again. (Could do with a bit more lighting in carpark and wooden walk way to villa, as quite dark, but this not detract from my 5 star rating. Great accom. Wonderful modern cabins. So well equipped. I found the promo pics a little misleading. When we stayed (Sept 2015) there was some ground clearing which severely effected the outlook of some of the lower cabins. I'd be more than happy staying again that said.

Great Villa very relaxing. The rooms are luxurious. The spa is amazing! The surround sound system is great. Overall 9/10 experience.

Such a relaxing experience. Especially after a busy week at work. The sound of birds in the morning is just delightful.
