We arrived last night. It is a beautiful spot over looking volcanic lakes. The gardens are right next door, and the dogs love it. When we arrived, we were not greeted, and we checked in via a computer system, which provided us with a printout. The writing on the printout was so small that our 50yo eyes struggled to read it. The site we were given was to reverse into a very tight spot, which was challenging trying to avoid a fire hydrant. There were plenty of other available sites that our 19'6 van could have easily got into. We tried to contact reception with no answer. So, my only issue is that staff were not available for us when we arrived, although I was told that they were there for others. Maybe they were busy. Overall, beautiful spot, dog friendly, and beautiful people.

This caravan park I would go there for a holiday any time the staff there are really good too have a chat with and joke around if anything they are all awsome people I would bring all ur family and mate down too camperdown holiday Park and it's very clean as well I would give them a 1000 out of 1000

We are staying in a large cabin overlooking the lake. It is a little older but clean with everything you would need, including a convection oven and cooktop should you wish to cook a meal. The views from the balcony are spectacular and perfect to take in whilst enjoying a drink after the sight seeing trips of the day.

Neat and clean park with Botanical Garden next door, new amenities about to open. $25 for unpowered site I thought was a bit expensive for this time of year.

A great camping spot within the Botanical Gardens. Dogs are welcome on a lead. Great sunrise/sunset views over the lakes. Good hiking nearby.

L loved the closeness to town for supplies, the park itself is awesome, with the facilities it offers, Toilet/Shower block clean, Laundry is great, kitchen block is fantastic, Park for the kids is good, and the Botanical gardens and lookout in close walking distance. Everything you need within reach, first time staying, already re booked for coming year.

The caravan park is very well maintained and it is a beautiful environment. The gardens and surrounds are magnificent.

We were here last year it's a beautiful well kept, clean, staff friendly enjoyed time. The views over the lakes are spectacular & very peaceful the Botanical Gardens in the park are amazing.

Lovely park that allows you to have your own fire and dogs on a lead, so close to the beautiful Camperdown gardens.

Loved this place. Absolutely stunning views and right next door to Botanic Gardens. Kid's climbed the trees and it was lovely and quiet and small. Great facilities too.

Camperdown botanical Gardens have the most amazing beautiful old trees. Also wonderful views of lakes and country side.

Nice park although had to wait over 30 minutes to check in due to office being unattended and their mobile phone switched off. Amenities were nice and clean… make sure you catch a sunset in the gardens overlooking the lake.

Nice place, but they tend to bunch customers together, when there is plenty of room to be spread out.

Had such a great time we will come again. We stayed in the 5 bed/2 bedroom cabin and it was very spacious and clean with a beautiful view. Lots to see and close to town.

Told us after our stay that we owed extra for linen because the staff member who made our booking “forgot to charge us” and that it wasn’t their fault. Woman over the telephone was terribly rude and didn’t want to accept any responsibility for the mistake. Wont be staying here again, which is a shame, lovely location, terrible service.

This place is majestic. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Very clean facilities. Pets r welcome here too. Amazing views overlooking the lakes. Botanical gardens at your doorstep. Everything about this place is everything we wanted. Would recommend Lakes And Craters Holiday Park to anyone.

Great place to stay and excellent hosts.

First time visitors to the area. Came with the family and hired the large cabin. Plenty of room for us all and spotless! Park was lovely and calm. Owners friendly and more than happy to help with any need.
We will definitely be returning to here to stay again! My son has a redemption fish to catch.

Left my hard drive there and they told me they can't even check if they can get it as they got people in there. How hard is it to knock and ask the people there? seriouslyy. Stayed one night less and no refund.

This place is lovely, brilliant location, right next to a botanic gardens and two awesome lakes. Great country feel. I stayed in a cabin which was cute and had everything I needed. Only stayed for 1 night but the interaction with the lady at the desk was friendly and welcoming. The cabin had a stove, oven and microwave which was great. Awesome view out the back of my cabin.

A unique holiday park, surrounded by the historic botanic gardens and amazing views to the lakes. Cabins were great, friendly helpful staff and good facilities.

Lakes and crators holiday park is a nice quiet place to visit they have a nice lookout point a botanicle gardes and the holiday park even has a playground for my little ones great place overall.

Great place to bring the kids. Nice clean park with good facilities. Camperdown is a bit of an unknown treasure.

Lovely holiday Park, well maintained. The only thing is that the holiday Park is not located close to the lake.

What a little gem this place is! The sites aren't flat, nothing we had a problem with but plenty of room and the views are great with the botanical gardens adjoining the park overlooking the lakes. Facilities were older style but very clean. So quiet here nice peaceful sleep. The rates were very reasonable and well worth it. Full service on the phone and Wi-Fi also. Congratulations to the new owners who have done a tremendous job. We recommend a stay here. After 1 week we are considering staying longer. Camperdown itself is a lovely town so come visit :-)

Things may have changed at this camp ground but very new owner has to learn, a well located camp ground and so close to the wonderful town of Camperdown and the crater lakes. I liked it.

New owners have doubled unpowered and powered sites prices. Given 3 pages of things your not allowed to do upon signing in. Unfriendly and unhelpful service with staff not happy to accommodate guests in preferred sites even though grounds are empty. Unlikely to return.

Nice little Park in a beautiful part of Victoria. Clean facilities and small but we'll equipped camp kitchen.
