I had everything I needed the lady was very nice and helpful.

The Ventura Motel… What a wonderful place… had big family tea last night. Not a problem just use the pergola by the pool. Such a lovely setting. There is nothing bad we can say as its the best… oh remember Woolworths just across the road. What more do you want… we just love it. The O'Dares.

Was very nice, lovely owner more than helpful, very clean comfortable beds, nice pool even tho I didn't swim, overall very happy.

Driving from Sydney to Esperance to Monkey Mia to Cape Leeuwin & back to Sydney this is the best value for money I've found. I booked 10 minutes before arriving (calling the Motel is cheaper than any online offer) & had no problems. Shops across the road, swimming pool, neat rooms, & free Wi-Fi.

Very out dated. Room was small & not very clean. My son had a spider with babies land on his face during the first night. That's probably why they supply insect spray in their rooms. It was a typical motel from the 1970s. The price was excessive for an out dated form of accommodation. Will never stay again.

Love the shops across the rd nice pool and people here are lovely.

Service was great. The lady was very helpful when I wanted to use the laundry facilities. We stayed in July so the pool was closed. Location is directly opposite the shopping centre with Woolworths and BigW. Close to the skate park with playground. Couldn't hear any traffic or people noises even though it's on the main road. 1km walk to the river. Walking distance to McDonald's, KFC and Dominos Pizza. Family room included kettle, toaster and microwave. Shower nice and hot, but would almost come out boiling if not careful with adjustment of temperature for the kids. Cleanliness could be improved as all the coat hangers were dusty, corners and edges of tiled floors were dusty, one quilt cover had grubby marks on it that I easily cleaned off with a damp flannel, so it needed to be washed. We stayed in the family room with 5 people and the price felt a bit expensive, but it was the cheapest place I could find the night before we wanted to stay. Fridge didn't feel cold, so I turned it up then it froze all our food by the morning. Some instructions would have helped. Compendium of Motel information was hidded away in a bottom drawer. No Mini bar. Aircon instructions were for a totally different model unit, but they weren't needed as it was simple to operate.

Ventura Motel is on Sturt Highway. Central to everything. A good home base. Anne (host) is lovely. There's a swimming pool & Free Wi Fi, remember to ask for it when booking in. Own car space under cover. Rooms are clean self contained with Woolworths food store directly across the road. Town centre with Murray River running along side. Highly recommend. A beautiful place all n all.
