Very friendly reception. Stayed in a lovely clean, renovated room.

Great little motel with super friendly reception staff, they make you feel welcome from the second you walk in the door. The rooms have pretty much all you need. It comes with a few bowls, plates and cutlery, an iron, fridge, microwave and desk. Very comfortable bed, had some great sleeps during my stay. Deliciously hot showers, just what you need for that evil Victorian miserable weather sneaking over the border!
The rooms are cleaned daily. The only ‘negative’ feedback would be that the shower needs a little shelf to put things on so they aren’t on the floor, even something held up by strong suction caps would do. Had a great stay. See ya later this week for my next stay :)

Brilliant rooms. Quiet. Excellent service. Free Wi-Fi. Adjacent to fantastic parkgrounds and playground. Highly recommended.

Wow! Clean, hygienic, excellent amenities, fresh, updated, friendly staff. Clean mattress, finally a hotel with a non lumpy mattress! Slept well! Best place to stop over in between cities! Highly recommend it.

People next door very noisy, point is that sound proofing was very poor. Staff fantastic, super friendly, super helpful and very welcoming. Slept well, though the mattress was a bit too hard. Room was very clean. Great range of amenities, including an iron, a mini-fridge, a toaster, a microwave and extra pillows.

Set away from the main highway, we found this welcomely lit motel, 105 On The Park. We received a warm and friendly greeting and shown to our room. Yes, the bathroom is in need of updating but everything was clean, freshly painted, comfortable and in good working order. We were told that the units were all, one by one, being refurbished and ours was yet to be done! I am sure they will be fabulous when completed. Yes, we heard a train, in the distance, go through during the night but the disturbance was momentary. We would definitely stay here again. It's close enough to, but far enough from, town for easy access. A great spot. Thank you.

Fantastic place if you need a room for a night or two. The new owners are revitalising this old motor inn, and it's amazing what progress they've made! Rooms are clean and neat, with modernising ongoing. Staff are friendly, and happy to help.

I agree with Luke — the room was immaculate and with everything you could need. The bed was almost too god to lie on. The cleanest room I have ever stayed in. The owners have done wonders with renovating an elderly facility. Great place to stop between Melbourne and Adelaide.

This place is just lovely. But let me explain more. The rooms are modern, neat and tidy and the beds are comfortable. The owner seems to understand what a client actually requires in their room (extra cutlery, milk and microwave… just wait … toaster, kettle and iron as well). It’s the perfect spot to rest on your road trip. Superb customer service and definite value for money. I’m not one to write reviews, however this place is an exception. The smaller room is perfect for a couple. Best eighty five dollars we’ve ever spent!

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Courtesy tray, spacious bedroom and bathroom, everything is perfect. And as a bonus, the service and sympathy of the owner who makes the maximum for you to be pleasant. We recommend to anyone who could go through Bordertown.

Good place to stop and spend the night between Adelaide and Melbourne. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Room has the essentials needed including microwave, kettle, tea and coffee, plates and cups, and iron.

Great little room with a cute ensuite. Would definitely recommend it and would go back anytime of the year. Great appliances: TV and a fridge. Loved it. It is a great little destination between Victoria and Adelaide.

An older style motel in the process being upgraded. Well equipped and spacious, in a quiet location and walkable distance to the shopping district. Friendly and helpful staff.

Really clean country motel. The carpet is clean, you would not want to step your dirty shoes into room too much. Hehe. It's got all the basics you need, really clean and tidy, a comfortable stay. Worth every tip of that AAA triple star rating.

Gorgeous motel. Doesn't look like much on the outside due to age and renovations, but the rooms are renovated and modern inside. The beds and linens are fresh and super comfy, the smell of cleanliness when you walk in your room is great. The gentleman on reception was very friendly and accomodating. Wonderful weekend, visiting the Mundulla Annual Show and staying at 105. Very friendly hosts, comfortable bed, flat screen TV, great bathroom shelving, microwave, and Wi-Fi. Couldn't ask for more. When the motel is fully refurbished it will a credit to the town of Bordertown.
