Nice cheap motel. Reasonable beds that u fall to sleep on. Close to town and the airport. Staff what they can to help out.

Beds were really comfy, pillows were amazing and haven't had such a good sleep in ages. Perfect spot to be in.

Clean but barely maintained. Disappointing to see so little effort to replace worn-out fixtures especially in the bathroom. It's a great location and surely worth the effort to do basic upgrades and maintenance.

Great location, close to shopping, public transport and great eateries. Great budget hotel.

No idea how this is such a high rating. We stayed here last year. The only good thing about it is the area. The rooms are old n outdated. Shower mouldy. Air con from the 1970's! 3.5 stars? NEVER!

Find staff who can actually speak English in an English speaking country please. The whole Asian family was living at the hotel and the young boy of the owner kept spying in our room window and running back to his dad (the manager) and telling him what we were doing. We would have stayed for longer but they were very nosy and kept staring at us whenever we left the room. Also asked for $3 for a small bottle of water in the fridge which in most motels would be complimentary. Would never recommend or stay here.

Good for the price. Stayed two nights and have no complaints. Bathroom could do with being updated but all clean and tidy with fridge, kettle, tea and coffee in the room.

Basic rooms, usual affair. Clean and tidy, mattress was good. Air-con was excellent. Otherwise late 80s decor. Didn't spend long enough in the room for that to be a problem. I'd come back when the opportunity arises.

It was ok. Not great but not the worst place we've stayed. The rooms are very old and show it. The power points in the room we stayed in didn't look Australian except the ones that were used by the TV/fridge. Had to get a power strip so we could both charge our phones. Room wasn't clean either. The carpet was pretty old and dirty. No one was in to clean the room the whole time we were there either. If you need a cheap place to stay and don't care about all that, this place is fine. But I doubt we'll ever stay there again.

Not the best. No light in bathroom.

Have stayed here quite a few times and the service has always been consistent. Very good value for money, nice sized rooms and close to everything essential, the bathrooms could be updated a little but in saying that the current ones serve their purpose (hot water and shower pressure are always exceptional) only thing I've been disappointed in is that the Wi-Fi is quite glitchy for large periods of time if it wasn't for this I would definitely give them 5 stars. You wont regret booking here.

Avg Motel. Rooms are big in size close to amenities.

We stayed in rooms 10 and 11 from Thursday 16th of November to Tuesday 21 November 2017. Everything fine in room 11. Went to reception of Jasper to report a freezer that needed to be defrosted in room 10. But as typical the asian owners could not understand plain English "Your freezer needs to be defrosted" We said. "Come on we will show you " we also said. No is the reply. Asian owners gave us a water jug.

Shonky run down nothing worked kettle ect almost a Asian knocker shop.

Guy does not speak english nor understands english.

Old manky bathrooms, dodgy bedside lamps, room smelled of cigarettes, no cooking facilities. Wouldn't return.

Good service. Budget motel, no issues.

Arrived Jasper Motel and greeted cordially by the person behind the counter. Really starts the stay good.

Great rooms for the price. Not enough car parking or water pressure though.

Great rate & great location, roms were a little dated and in need of some repairs, but then it wouldn't be so cheap would it :) Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was cosy and neat, location is beautiful, cheap accommodation.

The owner was not a great speaker of English and had to show me the computer screen to be able to explain details of my booking. The initial thoughts on the room turned to cleanliness, just looking at the room it looked terrible. Tiles in bathroom, sink and toilet stained with age, carpet stinks with a bad odour and looks dirty, electrical chords everywhere and air conditioning unit not working and also dirty. Coffee cups still had liquid in them but the final straw was after sitting on a poor inner spring bed mattress and being bitten by mites after 5 minutes. Unfortunately we ended up leaving after 2 hours with welts from the mites on our skin. Poor hygiene. Although, we were able to get a refund for the nights that we did not stay.

Great service, very friendly customer service. I didn't need to interact with them very much, but they stayed around late at night (after 10pm) waiting for us to check in, and I get the feeling they'd go out of their way to assist us. The rooms are plain and showing their age and the bed sagged a little. However, they are clean and for the location you can't beat the price.
