Great room with everything you need. Fully functional kitchenette, dining room, lounge and separate bedroom. Would definitely stay here next time I'm in Adelaide.

My work always books my accommodation here whenever I am in Adelaide, but they have limited parking space and sometimes I had to park my car on the street overnight. Otherwise very good apartment, very clean and well located. I definitely recommend Adelaide Pho for near by for real vietnames food. I go there at least 3 times in a week when I am staying here.

We had a great stay on the 12th floor. Amazing views of sunset. We loved the pool and spa. Two things irritated us though. It is advertised that you can have a late checkout but they wanted to charge us $100 for a late checkout. Secondly, the rooms didn’t have many amenities. It would have been nice to have some more tea or coffee, maybe even a biscuit?

For the money, this place is amazing. Large rooms. Full kitchen. Sample sizes of all the cleaning supplies needed. Good parking. Endless hot water.

Lovely place lovely kind reception especially Winston he was so hospitable letting us have our therapy dog stay with us n thank you Winston for taking the time out to fix our foster 2wice we will b back.

Parking was great and easy to get to, the apartment was fantatic. Could use some carpet cleaning and some new wallpaper but all in all a great hotel.

Good location. Room was tired, heavily worn carpet with stains. Only windows were on the other side of a smoking balcony which meant the room would stink of cigarettes if you decided to use them. Bed was mediocre, hard line down the middle where two beds had been joined together, may as well have had a single bed.

IStay is in a great location and has comfortable modern apartments. Apartments are well set out and beds are comfy. Location close to bars means that Friday/Saturday nights and be a little loud, but bearable. Amazing indooor heated pool and sauna facilities.

Just a place to stay nothing more. Carpets were filthy everywhere including inside the apartment and corridor. Not worth the value.

Stayed here for work. Central to where I needed. Modern and comfortable stay. No liquid soap and cutlery was a little dirty but otherwise fine.

Fabulous 3 bedroom apartment, with amazing views (17th floor). However it could do with a little more kitchen things. They expect you to do all the dishes but only provide one dish washer sachet and a poor cloth…

Room was outdated and dirty, don't feel like we got what we paid for. Better off going to Novotel. For real.

Clean neat and great value for money. Stayed on the 10 th floor. Some construction near bye but was not intrusive or noisey. Great views. Thanks for a neat clean comfortable stay. Keep up the good work.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and modern. Could use with new kitchen appliances.

Clean place. The only bad thing is that it doesn't have free Wi-Fi.

Good view but poor quality of apartments. Dirty smell. No Ac in second bedroom. Dryer doesn't work. No room service. Smelly towels. Dirty utensils. Extra charge for other daily usage items. Dirty pool. Towel stored in parking lot in open cages.

Nice and clean. Very comfortable. Perfect location. Good view. Kids love the swimming pool. Wife loves the kitchen. Enjoy the atay and do not want to leave. Value for the money.

Wonderful apartment with enough essentials to cook a meal or two. Beautiful view with a pool and jacuzzi. Enough eating places within walking distance incl the central market. Parking abit pricey.

Pros: 1. Located close to the heart of the city. 2. Fairly decent sized apartment. Cons: 1. More expensive than Meriton apartments in Sydney which are much better. 2. Maintenance can be lot better as windows are dirty, carpets can do better with more frequent cleaning. 3. Amenities like gymnasium are not there.

For 1 it looks nothing like it does in the photos, it's not clean at all. Our room smells like someone had burnt there dinner, the air con smells. The bathroom smelt like urine like it hasn't been cleaned in months the building is grotty the pool is in a completely different buliding. The only good thing is that the staff where helpful. Wouldn't recommend staying here.

Comfortable hotel, but some rooms aren't of too high build quality. Other rooms are located next door to massage parlours and don't leave a very good impression. On the upside the staff are personal and helpful and the location is really good!

Staff were friendly and quick to help. Rooms were a decent size. Pool and spa were quite nice as well. Weird rules for a hotel on what you had to clean up in your own room before leaving however.

Great for a short or long stay. Recently stayed for business in the CBD and it was great for access to restaurants, shops & transport. Nice & quiet with loads of space & great views.

I would give them a 0 if possible as this was the worst stay ever… The main reason why we paid top dollars for a Skye view appartment is just have to enjoy a clear view as per discribed. At the time they confirmed it can be done but when we arrived the We were given a lower level, The view was all covered by the buildings Infront of us. Then I asked for a room change to a higher level but I was told that cannot be done. The room was poor quality. Few things have been broken in the toilet, door locks were broken, cutleries were not clean. Air conditioner was very bad and made me sick. Next day morning it said filter change required. Advised the front desk and they said someone will be there soon but No one turned up until it's closed to check out time. We lost about two hours in the morning because we were waiting for someone. We had a late check out but room service came to clear the room an hour before the check out. Also the mainance guy started repairing everything before we leave. This was very inconvenient for us as there were three strangers in the room when we were trying to pack up our stuff for check out. Front desk is not very helpful, one lady was rude over the phone. Have been to many hotels local, interstate and overseas but this has Very low standars compared to them all. Not recommending.

I've been to hotels and apartments around the Australia and this was the worst stay ever. There is no window blinds for our bathroom and people in other apartments can see our bathroom. Toilet roll holder has broken and toilet roll always fell down when using it. Cutlery were dirty. Only one mug in the kitchen. Spider webs around the balcony. Front office wasn't helpful as we strongly request north face or west side they promised they will reserve either one side of the room but when we checked in we got east side apartment. Toilet door lock has broken. I'm not recommend this for anyone.

Disgrace hospitality, stingy people, the shower wasn't working, the carpet wasn't clean. They removed all hotel services to make the price cheaper and make it look like they are on sale. The stay there was a nightmare. Highly not recommended.

Generally satisfied. Shower and kitchen sink were leaky. Not enough toiletries to last the stay and refills are spendy.

Situated in the middle of Adelaide within walking distance of most things including Adelaide oval. Great views and very reasonably priced. We stayed in a two bed room apartment on the 14th floor.

Comfortable fully furnished apartment in city centre close to restaurants, shops and public transport.

Overall, was happy with the apartment. On check-in (almost midnight), process was quite quick. Should put more toilet tissues since room not going to be service every day, had to ask more toilet tissue on last day. Love the apartment and very good locations. Will def tell friends and come back to stay here.

Rooms had all the essentials. Was a pleasant stay. Friendly and inviting staff.

We enjoyed our stay at the iStay Precinct. The staff were super friendly and were happy to mind our suitcases both before we checked in and after we checked out. This was really helpful and much appreciated as our flight was 5 hours after check-out time. Loved the fact that this place actually offers a room with 4 single beds and has amenities like washer, dryer, toaster, kettle. Modern clean apartment with balcony, though not much of a view from level 5 — think we will go higher next time we stay. Plenty of room for the four of us to live comfortably and felt very homely. Apartment was overly warm, but opening the balcony windows made it pleasant. Would highly recommend this place. Many thanks to the very helpful staff at iStay Precinct.

Clean facilities, great staff.

Myself and three mates stayed at this hotel over a three day period. On arrival the man at the front desk was not welcoming at all and just plain rude, since we're young they assumed straight away we would cause trouble so they were rude from the minute we stepped in the door. Firstly, they gave us 1 key between 4 girls. On one night my sister wanted to come home but did not have a key, she asked the man at the front desk to give us a second key or let her up, he refused and told her to go outside and use the intercom, we then ended up having to drop the keys off the balcony so that my sister could get in. After that we were told to not be seen throwing keys over the balcony. The following night whilst we were all sleeping at FOUR in the morning we received multiple knocks on our door which we were unable to answer as we were asleep. They then rang our room and accused us of things we were not doing. The following day they returned to our room frantically knocking, we answered the door to a rude man from the front desk who began to go off because we were supposedly playing loud music, once the front desk man had his dig about the music he then proceeded to look into the room and tell us to remove our items from certain places for some unknown reason. The next morning at 5am I received a phone call from my friend that the front desk man was refusing to let her in and demanded that I bring down my id and hers.

We had a great stay here, nice, modern rooms and beautiful views of west Adelaide. Unfortunately, the unorganised staff at reception and the poor maintenance of the rooms lessened our ratings of the accommodation. But overall, it was a lovely place to stay at.

Big thanks to the staff working last night. Having lost my credit card last night the staff was patient and very helpful. After an hour of me running around like a headless chook they came up with a solution. Crisis averted. Getting a room last minute at a cheap rate I could not fault it at all, all amenities, balcony, spacious. First night in Adelaide very pleased.

Clean and tidy. Made the mistake of not specifying a non-smoking room, so the smell of air freshener was strong and unpleasant. No wash cloths in bathroom, but shower was nice and roomy. Bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. Staff were friendly.

Overall a nice room with helpful staff and its about a 10 min walk to the main shopping area with some great bars and the central market just up the road. Its nice and quite which is great as I am a really light sleeper. The negatives are you dont get a facewasher, hand towels or tissues and no bowls (being a serviced apartment that was odd) also you have to pay for internet.

Convenient location, short walk to chinatown and other destinations in the CBD. Parking is a little awkward, but there is plenty of space to park. Rooms are really nice, and the pool and spa have a wonderful view.

The iStay precinct is run by the Oaks group and by all accounts it's a very decent place to stay. The location is more on the west side, which is quieter at night but on the other hand, it's close to chinatown and the central market. The taller building has better views but rooms are generally clean and modern looking. Staff is friendly but the reception area can get a bit busy but we stayed at the start of the festival season so perhaps that's why. My only complain is the lack of amenities in the room. So don't forget to pack your shampoo and soap!

Stayed a few nights at this location. Staff were pleasant but didn't appreciate the hassle of requesting a room with a bigger bed and not two single beds and changing rooms when this request was clearly in our booking. I like the location because it's close to Central Market and Chinatown as well as a great pho Vietnamese Restaurant. The room was okay but lacking in amenities like shampoo. Also a lot of cutlery, plates and cups was missing. The one great redeeming factor for me was the water pressure in the shower.

Great location, the apartment is spacious and comfortable for two to easily spend an explorative weekend or get away from the family. The facilities include air conditioning to hide from the often extreme Adelaide heat, great bathroom with exceptional water pressure and an out door entertaining area for all your needs. The staff are helpful and available as needed, we had one issue with parking as local residents had taken all available parking — after inquiring at the desk the staff quickly ushered my car into their own carpark! Chinatown is nearby as are local marts for your needs as well as easy access to the CBD. Highly recommend the apartment for all.

Only problem was leaking bedroom ceiling during exceptionally heavy downpour. Quickly moved to new room.

So I have to share… Our arrival at this Oakes was very late so while we appreciated the late check in, raw sewage is not a pleasant smell as a first impression. No acknowledgement from staff that there was a problem and also no warning that the lifts weren't working when we went out for dinner later. Beds were good and bathroom was clean, even if the toilet seat lid didn't open back all the way. Carpets are heavily stained. No instructions were available for the washer/dryer or television. Remote for the underground parking worked on both doors or one door only (you had a 50/50 chance with that one) and on the final night of stay I was woken at 1am by a howling horrendous noise which, after a quick investigation of the corridor, was happening in all end rooms. Not sure if it happened higher up but the third floor had wind rushing through hallways and creating a noise Stephen King would appreciate. I won't be back is a guarantee. 4 out of 5 thumbs down.

Useless hotel go else where. If we didn't have voice recordings saved on our mobile they would NOT have believed the quoted rate and we would had to have paid much more. Crappy location. Horrible parking spot (much worse than Sydney)

I stayed in the 3bedroom appt, what a fantastic experience, the room was very clean and roomy, beds super comfy. The staff were and are extremely friendly and were very accommodating to all of our needs. The appts are central to everything, walking distance to the CBD. 5+ star rating for me.

Well presented, good location near Chinatown market and city proper without being right in the middle of it.

Awesome experience! Nice hotel with premium location. Good entertainment amenities. Room was very neat and clean. Everything including bathroom, bed, kitchen and balcony was very tidy and well organised. Happened to meet with the guy who cleaned my room. The housekeeper guy had a good personality and he looked well educated too! We also laughed about how difficult was the process of room cleaning and the guy showed me the trick of making bed and other aspects they look for the room cleaning! Never thought what all goes behind a clean room :D. It was a different experience all together. Had a great time with the staff and in the hotel as a whole! I also saw a few housekeeping staffs working around who look very hard working and professional. 5 stars for the housekeepers! I hope they keep up the good work. Will come here again.

All in all pretty sure they have picked up their game in the last 12 months. The staff were friendly and courteous, we were up graded to a sky view apartment great views! The apartment was clean and more than spacious for 2 people. The fact that the central markets is a short walk and all the fantastic fun if China town is pretty much on the door step makes it a great place to stay. Transport not an issue as there are bus stops right near the hotel. The airport is a short drive and if you need a shuttle go for the Northern Flyer great service and reasonably priced.

Pool filthy, spa not working, views half good, lounge dirty, apartment modern, great balcony, dishwasher dirty, some foxtel channels, location good if you like Chinatown.

We booked a 2 bedroom compact apartment as we had our daughter travelling with us. So, the rooms were adequate, bathroom clean, top floor view was great but it stopped there. Carpet very stained and grubby looking. We had a 2 seater lounge (for three of us? ) which was also stained and grubby looking. We had a dining table with 2 chairs (for three of us? ) They obviously knew there was 3 of us and had no problem taking our money and I wouldn't call it cheap either! The dishwasher was filthy and there was no plug for the sink, so keeping dishes, glasses etc clean was interesting. On the whole, very disappointing Oaks Group. Oh yeah, and I think maybe you could at least provide a hand towel in the bathroom for goodness sake! If the Stones do come back to Adelaide, we will not be choosing these apartments again.

The hotel is new and nicely set up. Front desk staff are friendly and considerate. Unfortunately, that's the extent of the positive aspects of the stay. Serious maintenance issues. The elevator has been down for over 4 weeks (and counting at time of writing this review). Air conditioner wasn't working — 6 days and counting to fix it — a real treat when outsides temps approach 40C. The did offer to move us finally, but the hotel was full first several nights when we first reported the air conditioner not working. The washing machine in our apartment "force locked" and couldn't be opened — 4 days to fix. Pool was out of service for 3 weeks. The patio door latch was broken and took 4 weeks to fix (and numerous prodding). Communication on all of these issues was non-existent. Numerous calls and visits to the front desk were required to figure out what was going on. Beyond the control of management, but numerous nearby bars produce significant noise until about 3 am on weekends. It is a nice facility, but until management improves communication with guests and takes prompt maintenance seriously, I would not stay again.

People use their washing machines in early morning hours. Apart from that Good, close to everything.

If you want to ruin your holiday or to ruin your business trip, this is the place. Travailed to different cities, iStay is THE WOREST hotel ever! After check in and went to the room. Guess what. The room hasn't been cleaned. And they told me to give a different room, so I went the room and found out the bathroom wasn't been cleaned. Used towel still hang up. overall, the room is dirty and staff were not helpful. With the money you spend, you could find somewhere else clean n nice.
