By far the WORST EVER "Service" I've ever encountered anywhere in my entire life! The 2 males on duty are clearly sexist as they completely ignored me when I spoke, spoke over the top of me, "Hamdi" rolled his eyes and totally refused to respond to simple there quest to repeat back what I had already asked numerous times (as he couldn't), then had to get his rude sod of a "boss" to take over who was just a bad if not worse! Neither had the ability to listen, answer or have the ability to communicate. And could not handle a female speaking up to them to say their disgusting behaviour was intolerable or acceptable. Then "Hamdi" thought it was appropriate to smirk & laugh at me from behind his bosses back while his boss refused point blank to ask him to tell him in front of me what I had asked him approx 7 times. It is a long winded & pathetic scenario that ended with the manager refusing to refund my money after having agreed to when I had complained about a very loud snorer coming into the room a day AFTER me, where by before I paid I asked "what would happen if their is behaviour in the room or a loud snorer I can't handle? " & the response was "come & see us & we will sort it out". Yet when I did, expecting that person would be given another room, but instead I am told "Bad luck. Either you pay for a single room or you leave". The same 2 males (the "manager" refused to give his name, but will be so easy to find out) also stated: "Besides, you can't stay any longer as we are totally booked out" yet a friend then asked if there is a bed avail & they said yes. So not only sexist, aggressive, rude, but also outright liars. The only thing these 2 are good for is firing, & should be. Pathetic.
