Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good sites and facilities. On site restaurant with variety of meals, licensed bar and often have live entertainment. Definitely stay again. Sue.

Fantastic shady van space. Lovely pool and great food in restaurant. The bar is welcoming and staff friendly. The en-suite sites appear offline as we couldn’t rent one Next to our van, however, the main facilities are single shower / toilet spaces so all good. Nice park and well maintained. Great pizzas 🍕 on the night we stayed.

Wasn't happy by the time I left. I was not told to be careful of sprinklers, woke to a very wet tent and my power board sitting In water sparking and shorted, could have been extremely dangerous and broke my fan and was a serious inconvenience. Was no one around to speak to before leaving, I left a note, they called back and gave me excuses said sorry and would pass on info but there was nothing they can do and they don't know when the sprinklers come on. Was asked rudely what I expected to be done so I hung up.

Management & staff are great. They go out of their way to help you. We arrived in difficult times but were treated well. A laid back place, new amenities for caravanners & campers. We've been here b4 & we'll come back again.

Great place to stay as so close to the thermal pools and springs. Owner Michael and Sharleen are so helpful and generous. Also very romantic restaurant at night. Will be back again.

Great spot for families with pool and restaurant. Live music each night was great. A couple of minutes from the great swimming spot, Bitter Springs. Pizza was perfect too.

Friendly owners and beautiful grassed areas with lots of shade. Pool is great. Rooms are comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable rooms and the surrounding landscape was nice and green with plenty of wildlife. The owners went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. The bar was a very nice place to sit and take in the scenery while having a couple of ice cold drinks. Glad we stayed here and will definitely be back.

The day/night we stayed they had some issues with the ordering system in the restaurant, however, they were extremely apologetic and the service was amazing. We were treated to a round of complimentary drinks without having to complain about the wait. The wait was worth it — the food was fantastic. We’d read reviews regarding the chef and how good the food was and it’s all true. I have to say that the service from the other staff was amazing too and deserving of the same compliments. Not all of the rooms have split system aircon, we managed to get one with the old box aircon and being December it was a little warm, however, I can see that the new owners are slowly updating air cons in the rooms which will be a huge advantage for them. This location is also good proximity to Bitter Springs which are a must see — the Manor did offer the use of their Pool Noodles for the float down these springs, hubby had packed ours and fought with them in amongst our other luggage in the back of our Ute for days ha ha ha! So — if you’re packing noodles only for the springs you need not as these guys have that covered too. The other thing I thoroughly loved was the cupboard in the restaurant/bar area filled with family board games. These were a great addition and we (as well as others with kids) made good use of them whilst having a quiet drink and waiting for dinner. Was great entertainment for us and our kids.

Thank you for having us Michael and Sharlene! What a beautiful place to stay! The food and service was exceptional (the best atmosphere we have encountered on our long journey up from the ACT). Such a humble family run business, especially with their young son helping out around the place, he has beautiful manners and better customer service skills than most adults — he is wise beyond his years. So welcoming and a great place to lay our heads for the night, has everything you need and more. Would 100% say this is the place to stay if you’re passing through Mataranka, check it out, you won’t be disappointed! We will be back.

Love this place. Always very helpful staff. The food is fantastic. But very big. Would like to have 1/2 serves. The toilet block & en-suites are in urgent need of updating. They are clean. Always recommend Territory Manor as a caravan park. Sue.
