Great to deal with. Meticulously clean. Well priced. Good to see owners reinvesting in their asset with lovely upgrades that are not cheap and tacky. Definately will return and recommend. Great work.

Our whole family have just stayed her for the weekend we found it to be extremely neat and tidy, spacious and had an amazing bbq area hosts were very friendly and nothing was a hassle thanks for an enjoyable stay. Would recommend it highly.

Stayed in the Spa Room which was spacious, comfortable, private and very nice. The bed was lovely, not too soft not too firm, and with enough blankets to keep out the Toowoomba chill. Water was hot with great pressure and the Spa bath was big enough for 2 and worked a treat. The owner was welcoming and helpful and the amenities clean and bvb useable, (if it wasn't the middle of winter I would of enjoyed a swim). Definitely worth the visit.

We stayed at the Motel in September 2017 and really enjoyed it. We had a spacious self contained family unit comprising of 2 rooms and a bathroom. Our kids loved the pool, their own TV and a dvd player in their bedroom and all the games and puzzles that the owner`s children had lent to us. The place is owned and run by a beautiful family who were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, on a main road and so close to shops and restaurants. Surprisingly very little traffic noise. Rooms were clean and tidy. Undercover carpark. Definitely can't complain about anything during my stay.

An excellent choice and I cannot speak highly enough for this motel. Hosts Michael and Jackie fulfilled any request we made and the meals to the room were first class. Very relaxing and comfortable clean spacious room. The motel is in a good location and any future trip to Toowoomba by me this will be my choice.

For a small, cheap motor inn, this place punches far above it's weight. Can't fault it at all. Rooms were clean, management are friendly and helpful and facilities are fantastic. Rooms are fully self contained, everything works and is modern. Free Wi-Fi is a plus as well. Pool well maintained too.

Absolutely fantastic! Excellent staff who would do anything to make your stay better. My partner stayed here while he was in toowoomba for work and got very sick (something he ate else where). They did anything they could to make him feel better while I made my way up. And even when I got there the lady there continued to help me out. Even loaned us a bucket incase he was sick on the ride back home! Unfortunately we haven't yet returned the bucket but hope to next time we are up, along with a big thank you for going out of their way to help us out.

Room was clean but there was a wet carpet smell. Tea and coffee and a mini bar fridge were provided.

Unit was very clean. Owners and staff friendly. Loved the pool and bbq area. Undercover outdoor setting in pool area was great to relax and enjoy afternoon snacks. Even the cat paid us a visit. Definitely stay again. Mike and Julie.

We stayed at Ruthven Street Motor Inn because it was close to the venue we were attending which was very handy & the price was reasonable. The room was clean & had what we needed for a 1 night stay. The bed was very hard not to my liking but you can not please everyone. I handed the key back and the lady was on the phone it would have been nice to get a smile back in return but she kept on talking I did not like that either. I don't know if I would stay there again, I think I would try somewhere else if the price was right & just to see what other motels were like.

As a business taveller I stay at motels all over the world. The Ruthven Street Motor Inn is a treasure. It is rare these days to find people who are truely happy to help. The owners, Louis and Tara Moore are two of these rare breed of people who will do everything within their power to make your stay as enjoyable, and comfortable as possible. Treat your self and stay, the rates are more than reasonable and the food is wonderful.
