Old and tired but very clean. Family Room (sleeps 5) was an odd but functional configuration. There was enough cutlery plates etc and an entire stove/oven, big fridge. Good air con. Good water pressure and temp. Downside — no couch or comfy chair at all, the wall separating the little bedroom from the rest of the space didn't go up to the ceiling so noise/light gets through. It's priced accordingly, so no one is expecting 5 stars… It's a clean and functional space, but not pretty or overly comfy.

Very basic. Our room looked to have not been used in quite awhile. Dead insects and spiderwebs. And very misty smell. Loud aircon. Tea & coffee but no milk.

If you are pondering To woomba or not To woomba… definitely woomba. We loved our stay here. The Coachman is clean and cute. BBQ facility was great and has a TV near by so you don't have to miss any cricket whilst cooking. Pat and Russell were fantastic hosts; friendly and accommodating.

Worst staff ever! They couldn't let me book a room just because I asked too many questions? Well of course I want to ask questions of this hotel Iv never been too. She was very rude and not approachable either. I would not recommend this hotel runned by rude staff members. Not a happy customer at all.

Great and comfortable, no complaints.

Management was rude. Beds very uncomfortable. Couldn't sleep due to hearing trucks all night. Pillows were hard as a rock. Would give it half a star if I could.

Stay there every year for the peak to park fun run.

I thought I wouldn't get much sleep but the bed was so comfortable had take photos of the mattress so I can buy one.

A quiet and easy accessible motel. Rooms are tidy and clean. Bathroom was decent. Twin room had double and single bed. Single bed is short for an average man and feet hang off end. Small Aircon in room provides good climate control. Prices are reasonable.

Lovely rooms, facilities and staff. May be 2 degrees outside but the rooms combined with the warm staff it's great. Clean n tidy and cost effective.

If u r wanting a nice quite weekend away with realy nice rooms and affordable prices look no further than this place kathy and peter r realy nice and polite ppl will b definitely going back.

If your looking for a clean adequate and affordable accommodation go no further than this little gem, its a Family run business and has that laid back country hospitality feel about it. Peter and Kathy are very friendly and enormously accommodating. I totally enjoyed my stay here and will certainly be staying here again… and definitely recommending my friends do too …

Service is great, owners are nice and room found to be clean and tidy. Bbq are and country setting is a great addition right outside your door.
