Don't stay here if you are looking for enjoyable family holiday accommodation. The property itself was beautiful although body corporate and management were a nightmare to deal with. I received a phone call at midnight to say there had been a noise complaint and an excessive amount of people in the apartment, so called my daughter who was staying there and they were not even there at the time, they had gone out 2 hours earlier to enjoy a night out.
Management threatened to kick her out even though noone was actually there. My daughter was also harassed by management on her way out earlier in the night.
If you are under 40 or have young children I would suggest you book elsewhere or risk having a very unpleasant stay.

Stayed just one night for Mooloolaba triathlon. Great location. Very clean and spacious. Close to everything we needed. Communication prior was exceptional. Couldn’t fault it. We were given a parking space as well which was numbered so no confusion on arrival.

2 bed unit is very basic but clean. Easy check in however everything is done online. You’ll have to confirm your identity with ID sent to an off site manager.
Very expensive for a unit with NO Wi-Fi, reception or added extras. There isn’t even a compendium about the area in the unit.
Set back from main strip but very built in. The deck is literally looking at the wall of the next high rise with a glimpse of ocean.
Close to the Main Street with a 5 minute walk.
