Great location, close to everything you need. Good size apartment, lovely and clean and comfortable.

Lovely apartment, friendly staff, view of other buildings not good.

Just one row back from the beach. Walk across the road through a shopping plaza right out onto the main beach front restaurants and shops. Nice clean apartments with everything you need.

We booked and confirmed our booking. 2 weeks later (today) we were called saying our booking had been cancelled and given a very pathetic reason. The real reason was the Mooloolabah triathlon had been cancelled and moved to the date we were staying. So they bumped our booking to get a more expensive rate from someone else. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Any traveller with a moral compass will avoid this place like the plague.

We came for a family holiday. Wife and 2 kids.
Room (2 bedroom apartment) was big, clean and perfect for us. Location was perfect for everything in Mooloolaba.

I have stayed the weekend, location is excellent,, although no beach view. I have one main complaint, the apartment was reaking of bleach, I mean overpowering smell, even my clothes stink of it. Made us nauseous when when we walked in.
Other than that was great!

Perfect location, Spacious rooms very handy for restaurants, bars Staff were very friendly and helpful…

The gates outside bagging when closed extremely loud,
And waiting for a lift (as only working) really can only hold 8 ppl, check out times we waited for near 1 hour.

Very disappointed — and didn’t even get to check out the motel.
We were booked for the weekend, scheduled the payment to be made prior to staying, the scheduled payment was cancelled by property and so was our booking 1 week out — with no notice, emailed property as soon as I saw it, and had no response so called once reception was open to be told they had already re booked that room and no rooms were avail. We both had leave from work, booked dogs into their accommodation, pre paid activities/ tours for the weekend and can not get any of that money back and there is no accom left in or around the area for that weekend. Very poor practice and communication.

The apartment was great, quite a bit of construction noise at the front at the moment though. Apartment is for 4 people but only had 3 wine glasses each of different sizes, also only 1 lift working at the moment which meant some long waits. Great location right in the middle of everything. No sea views unfortunately.

Would not stay again or recommend this place. Reception closed at 1pm on Saturday but check in is not till 2pm. After contacting the guy on the night button we were advised the room keys hidden in safe inside the lobby. Eventually along with other guests trying to check in as well we found them and a with a letter of necessary information we were able to get to our apartments. The rooms were no more than 3 star although the price did not reflect that. Lack of service and human contact very disappointing.

Very central location with apartments far better than the Q1 in Surfers Paradise. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Stayed here a few times while holidaying on the Sunshine Coast. Has a good pool plus spa. Also just a two minute walk to the main entrance to the beach. Front desk staff are really friendly.
Has free parking if you let them know you have a car which is good because the parking lot across the road charges you.
There is a Thai restaurant downstairs that has great food. Can also go down to the bar and grab a drink.
There's a gym available downstairs too and free to all guests.
Rooms have a massive balcony, our two bedroom apartment had two balconies, one on the front and one on the back.

Our room was above a busy/noisy bar that’s open til 11pm. Kept our kids up quite late due to the music.
Otherwise, good rooms and location.

Two day stay in two bed room apartment.
The apartment was disgustingly dirty. There were toys and rubbish all through and under the furniture. Skirting, walls and curtains were dirty. Splattered feces on the wall in bathroom, dirty all around the bath and disgusting under the beds, there was a dirty sock and more toys under the main room bed.
Broken curtains in main room and the 2nd bedroom and hallway light on all night that made the main room look like it was daylight. 7am, woke up to someone cleaning taking out bottles and ramming around their cleaning trolley. The windows were not double glazed so you could hear every single noise. Was meant to be a restful weekend away, which we desperately need but instead it was $550 down the drain for a horrible experience, would have preferred to have stayed at home. I complained and they sent someone to clean the room the next day, this was appreciated and got a late check out which they waived the $15, I personally felt that was an insult since that state of the apartment and the awful shades and light that made it impossible to sleep, more should have been offered like another night's stay in an apartment that wasn't in such a state.
We noticed other apartments had proper curtains so we are only left to assume the owner of the apartment we got didn't care for the experience of their guest.
