My self and my partner came for a 3 night stay! Honestly I would have loved to never leave! The property owner were absolutely beautiful and very well spoken! Both had exceptional communication skills! And helped me resolve anything I needed immediately (nothing to be resolved just helped me find a few things out about the area) on arrival the property was above my standards for clean and I Instantly felt like my holiday had begun! Thank you so much guys! Amazing service you offer and to make it even better we had the compfort of sitting on our own balcony we had a bbq and just really enjoyed our time! My 25th was one to be remembered! Thanks guys.

Sunbird gardens is a fabulous self contained unit, perfect for couples. It is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen to cook yourself or close enough to everything in Agnes if you want to eat out. It is clean and tidy with a very comfortable bed! We loved the spa and enjoyed the little outdoor gazebo in the trees while having coffee. Angie is a wonderful host and is warm and welcoming! Highly recommend if you are wanting to feel like you are in a secluded area but don’t want to be out of reach of the beach or town.

This was our first time stay, we found the place clean tidy, and very relaxing.

It’s a great place to stay. Secluded, and close to beach, shops, and a bike paths everywhere. And the spa is fantastic after a hard day of surfing and cycling.

Pet friendly with quick access to shops, tavern and beach. Personal deck with b-b-q with all equipment provided. Very peaceful and relaxing time spent at Sunbird Gardens. Will be back.

A great place to get away. Neat, tidy, serene, with lots of managerial thoughfullnes to detail right down to jacuzzi towels & bbq wipes. Grrt job guys!

Totally awesome place to stay it's the little things that made the stay perfect such as BBQ stuff oil spray paper towel and cleaning wipe's all in a plastic box next to the BBQ. And all the other things in the draws and around the unit and the spar was awesome all up totally bloody relaxing plenty of things to see and do. We will be back to stay again.

Simply a perfect stay friendly relaxing spacious awesome layout car parking is great for me my misers loves the spar and back deck for a relaxing beer it’s quite aircon is fab TV is huge definitely love it Angie & Phill Thanks.

Great relaxing villas that is pet friendly. As it is only a short walk from the beach and shops, it is a very romantic and peaceful place to stay. Angie is super friendly and it great to chat with. Highly recommend.

We are very impressed with this beautiful home away from home, pet friendly hideaway. So quiet & very secluded. What a wonder treat to come back to our beautiful accommodation and relax in the wonderful spa, after a very long drive from Brisbane, checked in here, then headed off to surprise our beautiful family now living in Gladstone, then back here again. Waking up from a wonderful sleep in our very comfortable bed, we headed off again to Gladstone for our grandsons 10th Birthday. After a very busy day of 2 adults ending up at the hospital but the party continued and was a great success. After a very sad goodbye to our family, we came back here to relax in the spa & rest before our very long trip home in the morning.

We stayed here as last minute to stay overnight in Agnes and gosh we were glad we did. We were on a girls trip away with Mum, me, baby and fur baby and it was wonderful. Great set up and closed in location for a sense of seclusion, and super clean. While many reviews and the advertising is aimed at a couple's getaway (and I will be back for one! ) It is great for anyone wanting to getaway from reality for a little while. Super comfortable bed, plenty of kitchen utensils and boredom busters for convenience. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent place to stay, can highly recommend. Pet friendly a great bonus. Angie and Phil very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Place clean, all we needed was covered. Agnes Waters is a magical spot. Bed very comfortable, Spa a bonus. We will be back for sure!
