What a lovely park. Most friendly staff and people staying here, heated pool, games room, fantastic camp kitchen. We have a wonderful ensuite site.

I would highly recommend the Ingenia Noosa. Helen at reception was so helpful and friendly, going above and beyond. Clean park, cabins and amenities. So much to offer for the kids. Great prices! Even a fish 🐠 n chip onsite. We will definitely be back!

Lovely place for couples and families and fur babies! Very good facilities and near to beach, restaurants, sightseeings. Shirt drive to Noosa Heads and other surf beaches. Will recommend it to our family and friends.

Great caravan park that's part of the Big 4 family. Really well set up with the jumping pillow and 2 pools. The ensuite sites are great but can be a little tight so just be aware of that. All its missing is a playground for kids and it'd be 5 star!

Very comfortable well furnished spotless cabins. Friendly reception. Good facilities including reliable Wi-Fi. Close to Tewantin. A short drive to Noosa beach and to gorgeous sunsets at Pelican Reserve at Noosaville.

Have enjoyed our time here, facilities are great, love the pizza 🍕 from the on-site pizza van, also had a feed of the fish& chips, petrol station next door, golf club opposite and a short drive to Tewantin and Noosa, definitely recommend.

The staff have been so friendly and helpful right from our first enquiry and during our stay here and the ensuite sites we had were immaculate. There were 3 couples in our group and they made sure all was ok for us.
Tonight they advertised "Park Pizza" available — yummy, they were sooo good and we had music as well from "Tonal Bliss" which was a bonus. We will definitely be back again and would recommend it to others.

Great for families. Clean and lots of area for kids to play. Great pool and games room. Nice and quiet in the evening which is great for families with little kids getting. Family movie shown at 6.30pm.

Staff are very friendly. Amenities are very clean. Park is in a lovely spot with plenty of trees & bird life. We have stayed here twice this year. Great location just over an hour from North Brisbane for some RNR.

Ingenia Holidays Noosa offers basic campsites and facilities. Nothing extraordinary but decent for the price. We had an en-suite site which was smaller than expected but that wasn’t an issue. The bathroom and campsite as a whole was clean and well kept. Our site was towards the front of the grounds and we heard every car drive by. It’s along a big main road so lots of hoons about all hours of the night. On Saturday night there was a domestic issue a few sites down, the same group was also up late (3-4am) on the Friday drinking talking and laughing. The fight on Saturday went on for well over an hour and a half. Security apparently drove past but did nothing. There was screaming, yelling, swearing, throwing bottles and bashing a car? It woke everyone around us which was five sites down so can only imagine what the neighbours felt. Lastly in the morning, around 7:30am we rang the after hours number three times to no answer. Thankfully we answered our own query. If situations were handled differently, we probably would recommend this site.

Large sites, very clean great amenities and staff very friendly and accommodating. Close to home for us so we will be back more often.

Beautiful camping grounds with lots of things to do for the kids. Our 2 bedroom cabin is amazing, so clean and comes with all the amenities you need. Very handy with a BP and fish and chip shop next door (fish and chips are beautiful! ) the only thing I found is that the communal camp kitchen needs to be a little more monitored in regards to cleanliness. However this is not big 4s fault, just the untidy people who don’t clean up after themselves! Apart from that, amazing holiday destination, we will definitely be back next year :) thanks again!

Great park second visit so must be good. Very helpful cheery staff and close to all activities in noosa. Very clean and always busy.

The signage of streets & site numbers need to be improved. When I booked I was not informed that the ladies shower & toilet facilities were closed. 2 ensuites had been left unlocked for ladies use, however men were using them & their cleanliness was less than adequate. There are no security gates meaning anyone can drive into the park also my account was accessed before we had even got to the office. Not happy. Won't be returning.

Lovely well kept park with very good caravan sites and facilities, and modern very well maintained amenities blocks. My wife and I would stay here again without hesitation. Jim & Rhonda.

Staying here now and the family's loving it great service from the people in the reception and everyone around us are so talkative and make us feel welcome we are definitely coming back.

Good kitchen, clean ensuite. This park was really family friendly. It had a great jumping pillow for kids of all ages. However, the location was far from town.

Spacious campsite with BIG 4 standards. The facilities could have been cleaner for BIG 4 standards. Nothing really close by beside of a gas station where you can buy some stuff if needed.

Nice park with open spaces and trees for shade. Friendly Staff. Areas were cleaned on a regular basis. Some ammenities up to date. Some sites where vans park were uneven mud patches. These areas need gravel and leveling. Some other areas in the park had low sections where water pooled. Amenities need some type of fans to extract the moisture. Floors are constantly wet. Amenities need a screen door to keep the ducks out. Duck poop over the floor.

Park was great. Fish shop serves pig food both pieces of flake were like rubber.

Rude staff at every service area. Something tells me they have a problem with people who have tattoos the way they looked at my son was disgusting.

Beautiful park in a beautiful area, just outside Noosa. I booked an en suite hook up, and from the photos on the website, thought it was basically going to be a canvas awning with a very basic interior. It was a proper concrete toilet block with great shower, wash hand basin, flushing toilet, mirror and electric points too. And all for £22. Would’ve liked to have stayed in the area a bit longer but didn’t have time. A great find and highly recommend it to anyone.

Clean, quiet, lots of trees around. Would be better if cafe open longer hours and a playground would've more kids friendly.

We paid and booked a cabin 3 months in advance when we arrived it had been given to somebody else. We had to take the only one available which was not satisfactory. This is not the first time this has happened we had to leave the caravan park two day's early last time we were here due to a large amount of noise. It is under very bad management since they changed manager it was quite excellent before. The staff are very nice except for the new manager.

We’ve just returned home after spending the Easter break here. Proceeding our stay it was a bit rainy so the sites were a bit boggy, but the concrete slab helped stop that from being a big inconvenience. Our site was a little smaller than others but it had a nice thick hedge around it which gave us privacy and protection from the elements. The other sites all looked large, green and shady.
The showers were fantastic! Clean and most importantly, hot with awesome water pressure.
The pools were fantastic! A nice sized toddler pool which was perfect for our 3 year old twins and a large deep pool perfect for everyone else.
The design layout made it a perfect park for the kids as they had free reign on the roads to ride bikes/ scooters/ play handball, and all drivers were very courteous to the kids playing and drove slowly and carefully.

A must come and stay park. Fabulous large flat sites, awesome staff, spotless amenities, good shade, lots of birds, pretty area and only a few minutes literally from Tewantin and Noosa. Will definitely revisit next time we are in the area and will definitely recommend to others.

Staff couldnt help enough the cabin was great for what we needed and cheap. Guy at the servo was a top bloke too.

Nice stuff, gas station right next to the entry. Lavatory old but clean, with low light conditions. Washing machine doesn’t works that good and is expensive. Really quite place midweek. Wi-Fi speed is okay, 500mb for free.

Paid for powered site for 2 days. Told them the power was not on in the first 15 mins after arrival. Was told “Paul will be notified”. No power for the 2 days, advised Lady in the site golf kart, but no one followed up. Other than that facilities were clean and kids had a good time on the pillow & games room.

Was a nise place, just lacked a bit of perant, child supervision.

Cool pool, nice sites at rear where it is away from road, so quieter. Short drive to Noosa, mouldy tables at camp kitchen only negative.

Nice park with a good pool, jumping pillow and games room. No play ground and a little pricey for being out of town and not near a beach etc but still a nice place. Bit strange with their wrist band "licenses" for the kids to ride their own bikes in the park.

The staff we encountered were friendly and there were great facilities for our young teens. We had an ensuite site which was fabulous. Our ensuite was reasonably modern and was very clean. The lots in the park were well spaced and were quiet most of the time (a few noisy cars & dirt bikes could be heard occasionally on the main road) We will visit again.

En suite worth the extra cost. Close to Tewantin shops had great meal at local RSL club.

Great ensuite site, clean an easy to back the van in. Games room, camp kitchen, outdoor cinema, in ground trampoline. Close to Woollies, BWS, Bunnings. Highly recommend.

Units are nice, the pool and kitchen areas are good with a number of tables. Place is kids friendly.

Not worth rating — they only had a bunk bed left when we arrived, so we asked to view it, we where told we can go and walk passed the nominated room but not able to look inside, drapes where closed. After paying we got the key, when we opened the door all that was in the room was a double bed, air conditioner and open styled wardrobe, no bedside table. The air conditioner we couldn't work out how to put on heat, luckily we had extra blankets in the car (by the way we where told to park about 50 metres from the room). In the morning we went to the communal kitchen to boil some water for coffee, it was filthy, so we left without a drink. The good point was the shower block was only 30 metres away and was clean. I will never stay at a Big 4 again.

Bus stop outside. Close to Golf club for meals, golf and entertainment. Good sized caravan sites. Fish and chip shop on site. BP next door.

Loved it, lovely grounds, lovely staff. Kids absolutely loved the jumping pillow and night time movies.

We staid in a budget cabin and it was perfect. Clean kitchen, clean and big bathrooms. The park is lovely and the location perfect.

Definitely won't stay here again. Groundsman was rude, pool sign said open until 8pm but we were told to get out at 7.15pm as they had to clean it. Next morning went to pool at opening time and couldn't go in kids pool as it had to be cleaned. "Games room" is nothing more than a hot stuffy room with a few machines that chew up your money. Sorry to say but there are much better options out there.

I did a tour of Active Holidays BIG4 Noosa as I'm looking at organising an end of season trip for my junior football club. The park was really clean and tidy and had the pool, jumping cushion and games room. The BBQ facilities would work well for big groups.

Overpriced for power site. Amenities block very old and dirty. Lack of privacy in amenities an issue.

No shades at all. You need a car to get to the beach. It's cheap and the amenities are clean with hot water.

It is clean and has jumping pillow, pool, giant chess, laundry, etc. However the man on the golf cart was extremely rude and patrols the area like a hawk. At 10:10am on checkout day he came around with a clipboard giving everyone dirty looks. But overall the place is nice the people at reception were not.

Nice park. Birds drive you mad at daylight and they make a mess of your car and van if you are parked under a tree in the park. Big dislike was management telling porkies about water restrictions. I requested to wash my car USING MY WATER FROM TWIN 90 LITRE TANKS ON MY VAN. This was OK but while doing it a staff member rudely approached and tried to give me a lecture about using their water while restrictions were on. I had already rung Unity Water and was informed that All restrictions had been lifted on 1.1.13 If you tell the truth and train your staff on people skills you would have a better park. Would I go back. I think not.

First of all, the man at the reception desk was rude when he stopped me and asked me to slow down my vehicle before even entering the park. The latter, however, was doing more than 15K/h next day morning when he was driving his golf car disregarding the spark’s speed limit. Secondly, I was asked by the same person to remove my car from the grass near my site (it was next to an empty caravan slab) after an hour of checking in although many cars were parked on the grass and was obvious to him (See the attached photos). I removed my car though as I did not want to spoil my holiday. Thirdly, the kitchen area was not clean at all; the fridges had not been cleaned for ages and had seen better days! (See the photos attached please). The ice thickness shows that no cleaning has been done for a long time which prevented the door to be closed. On the other hand, the rusty body of both fridges gives a disgusting feeling. Finally, the BBQ were very dirty and only one burner working out of the three underneath that resulted in a big line of people. To sum up, the people on the front desk know nothing about hospitality, no smile, rude and not welcoming. PS: Don't be fooled by the beach photos! The camp is 15 mints drive from the beach. I really don't recommend it.
