What a great place to stay — highly recommend Beach Breakers Resort. Lindsay and Julie are very friendly helpful people, nothing is too much bother. Very central to bus stops, beach and The Chalet coffee cafe.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay @ Beach Breakers while our bathroom was being renovated. Even though we were only a short walk from our home and I still had to go to work, our gorgeous apartment was a holiday in its self. Apartment number 3 was clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Relaxing in the sauna on cool winter nights after dinner, enjoying a dip in the heated pool, and lazing over coffee on the upstairs bedroom balcony overlooking the pool, and the ocean, was like being on holidays. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a reasonably priced holiday in a luxurious apartment by the beach and close to town and bus stops. We loved our stay and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Amazing value so close to Noosa Main beach, peaceful spacious 2 bedroom townhouses, close to Sunrise beach-150m, fab pool and bbq area, bus at door if needed, can’t wait fir December again.

Great resort, great hosts, very clean, close to everything!

Just had a week at Beach Breakers with family from Melbourne, had 3 very clean comfortable units they had all facilities that we needed. There is pool spa tennis court, undercover parking and just across the road from Beach. Some of our Melbourne family want to come back, we live 3 hrs from Noosa and stay here every time we come to Noosa. I highly recommend Beach Breakers Lindsay & Julie will go out of their way to make you welcome.

The resort was fabulous n close 2 the beach and the facilities were very gd. Will defo go bk when next in Australia 4 a break. The whole family were impressed n the pool was nice after a day at the beach.

I'm a Sunrise Beach local who booked my mum and her friend to stay here when they visited. The whole resort and holiday accommodation is excellent value for money and we all loved the place. Friendly, helpful staff, fantastic pool and incredible location just across the road from the beach. The two bedroom units are roomy and well equipped. I always recommend Beach Breakers to friends and family who are visiting Noosa.

Stayed here many years and always had an excellent time. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff happy to chat and even share a meal with you. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and the pool is more than adequate. Highly recommended.

Excellent place; excellent hosts. Couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. The appartment had everything we needed. The pool and spa was perfect. Even though we would see the car park full, the resort somehow absorbed everyone and all was tranquil for the entire length of our stay. Loved the tennis court (great design & use of space). Having explored Noosa fully we also really think Sunrise Beach is a perfect location — the beach is gorgeous and barely a soul there. All in all, we would definitely recommend.

Our stay has been fabulous, the accommodation has been really excellent with plenty of room, it has definitely felt like a home away from home. With the beach just across the road and any services just a few minutes away we couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. Our host has been very helpful at all times and has made us feel very welcome.

The accommodation is nicely situated as it is a 2 minute walk away from the beach. On the other hand, the accommodation is next to a busy main road, making swimming and playing tennis a noisy and unsightly experience.

My set destination whenever I go to Noosa has always been Beach Breakers and although it is right on the main road, traffic isn't too much of an issue and for added peace and quiet you can always ask for rooms away from the road such as 10-14 I think it is? They have rooms there that are set up as townhouses with self contained kitchens, bathroom upstairs with additional shower downstairs and laundry which is perfect for family. There's a quiet underpass to the beach if you are worried about kids and traffic. Pool is included but almost pointless when you are just across the road from the beach but all in all, heaven. I have had only one issue in the off season where they put a very dusty bed cover on the bed from what I assume was the wardrobe (built in) and being an asthmatic it gave me hell and the owner barked at me when I dusted it over the railing of the balcony so I did a bit of barking of my own but meh, such is life. Still a great place.

This resort is great and the best position. One of the best resorts I have stayed in and close to Noosa. Will defeniately recommend and be back.

Absolutely loved this place family friendly, spacious, close to beach shops and restaurants.
What amazed me is the man at reception letting us in before our checkin time, we had driven up from Sydney so we were very tired and hot that's customer service. I rang this morning to let Julie know how much we enjoyed the apartment we will be back again for sure.

Great place for a getaway.
